¡Bienvenido Marzo! Es un mes tan especial porque marca en el calendario el inicio de la primavera en el hemisferio norte.

Aunque los efectos del cambio climático han hecho que exista un desfase en los meses que se identifican por las transiciones entre las estaciones; para el hemisferio norte, el mes de marzo se caracteriza por el incremento en la temperatura, el aparecimiento de follaje en los árboles. Y es que después de un invierno con diversas sorpresas bajo cero, tormentas que llegaron a lugares no esperados; es un motivo para celebrar que: ¡la primavera está llegando! 

Esta temporada que comienza, tiene entre sus tantos significados la renovación, el inicio de nuevas etapas, la vida, es el pasar de un tiempo de adversidad como lo son las bajas temperaturas a volver a la calidez que trae el florecimiento de nuevas cosas (2 Pedro 3:13).

Y ya que estamos hablando de la primavera así como la diversidad de plantas, árboles y flores que estarán por doquier; adornando con sus colores y aromas nuestra vida, quiero compartirles que  así como a ustedes, yo tengo también plantas y flores favoritas. Aunque algunas de ellas no necesariamente son propias de la estación de la que estamos hablando, sin embargo otras sí. 

Me gustaría hablarles particularmente de dos que son mis preferidas, siendo una de ellas una flor símbolo de la primavera y la otra es una planta que no es símbolo de la estación, pero ambas, representan mucho mi historia. ¡Así que comenzamos!

La primera que les comentaré, es una de las flores más apreciadas y reconocidas de la estación primaveral: Cherry Blossom, Flor de Cerezo o Sakura (en idioma japonés). Se le observa en los inicios de la primavera y la duración de sus flores en muy corta, por lo que se le denomina una flor efímera y muy apreciada especialmente en la cultura japonesa ya que se asocia con la fragilidad y la transitoriedad de la vida. Para mí representa el cumplimiento de una promesa, la manera que un sueño se hizo realidad y como Dios siempre cumple su palabra. Él me llevaría a tierras dónde nunca había imaginado estar, sería por medio de la flor de cerezo que me demostraría que aunque se te cierren las puertas, si Dios lo dijo, ¡así será! Detendrá incluso las estaciones, para que en su tiempo perfecto y aún en contra de los pronósticos de las floraciones, tengas frente a ti a esa Flor de Cerezo fuera del tiempo del calendario, sólo porque en ese momento la primavera se retrasó; pero para mí fue un regalo que esperaba por mí (Hebreos 6:15, Jeremías 29:11, Romanos 5:5).

La planta que no es propia de la primavera pero que también tiene un significado especial en mi vida son las suculentas, a las que se le relaciona con su capacidad para sobrevivir a las condiciones más adversas, protectoras y además que purifican el ambiente. Es una planta resistente, agradecida, es una luchadora que se adapta para sobrevivir y se nutre de su interior; por lo que me hace recordar que en los momentos de dificultad que he superado, vi como la fuerza que había en mi interior me ayudaba a superar las adversidades; y ese alimento espiritual era el agua que me nutria para buscar florecer en cada circunstancia, en cada día, aún en los más grises (Salmos 42:11,  Lamentaciones 3:22 -23, Hebreos 11:1).

Así que al iniciar Escribiendo la Vida con T, no podían faltar porque también son parte de su historia. Creo que todos tenemos algo con los que nos identificamos, algo que representa las batallas que hemos ganado y las lecciones que hemos aprendido; por lo que me gustaría preguntarte ¿y a ti que te representa? Sea lo que sea, imagino que es algo de lo que sientes una gran conexión y te sientes muy orgulloso por todo lo que existe detrás de esa historia (Romanos 4:20.

Por los momentos amigo escritor, te deseo que este inicio de mes sea muy especial; que continúes añadiendo tes a tu vida, escribiendo tu historia y llenándola de las cosas que te conviertan en tu mejor versión, pero sobre todo, que te hagan feliz.

Spring is coming!

Welcome March! It is such a special month because it marks the beginning of spring in the northern hemisphere on the calendar.

Although the effects of climate change have caused a lag in the months that are identified by the transitions between the seasons, for the northern hemisphere, the month of March is characterized by the increase in temperatura and the appearance of foliage on the trees. After a winter with various surprises below zero, storms that reached unexpected places, it is a reason to celebrate that spring is coming!

This season that begins, has among its many meanings the renewal, the beginning of new stages, life, and it is the passing of a time of adversity such as low temperatures to return to the warmth that brings the flowering of new things (2 Peter 3:13).

Since we are talking about spring as well as the diversity of plants, trees and flowers that will be everywhere; dorning our lives with its colors and aromas, I want to share that just like you, I also have favorite plants and flowers. Although some of them are not necessarily specific to the season we are talking about, others are.

I would like to talk to you particularly about two that are my favorites, one of them being a flower symbol of spring and the other is a plant that is not a symbol of the season, but both represent my story a lot. So we get started!

The first one that I will comment on, is one of the most appreciated and recognized flowers of the spring season: Cherry Blossom or Sakura (in Japanese language). It is observed in the early spring and the duration of its flowers is very short, which is why it is called an ephemeral flower and highly appreciated especially in Japanese culture since it is associated with the fragility and transience of life. For me, it represents the fulfillment of a promise, the way a dream came true and how God always keeps his word. He would take me to lands where I had never imagined being, it would be through the cherry blossom that would show me that even if the doors are closed, if God said so, it will be! He will even stop the seasons, so that in its perfect time and even against the forecasts of the blooms, you have in front of you that Cherry Blossom outside the calendar time, just because at that moment spring was delayed; but for me it was a gift that was waiting for me (Hebrews 6:15, Jeremiah 29:11, Romans 5: 5).

The plant that is not typical of spring, but that has a special meaning in my life are succulents, which are related to their ability to survive the most adverse conditions, protective and also that purify the environment. It is a resistant plant, grateful, it is a fighter that adapts to survive and thrives on its interior. It reminds me that in the moments of difficulty that I have overcome, I saw how the strength that was inside me helped me to overcome adversity and that spiritual food was the water that nourished me to seek to flourish in every circumstance, in every day, even in the grayer ones (Psalms 42:11, Lamentations 3: 22-23, Hebrews 11: 1).

So when starting Writing Life with Esteem, they could not miss because they are also part of its history. I think we all have something that we identify with, something that represents the battles we have won and the lessons we have learned Therefore, I would like to ask you, what represents you? Whatever it is, I imagine it is something that you feel a great connection to and you are very proud of everything that exists behind that story (Romans 4:20).

For now, my friend writer, I wish you that this beginning of the month is very special and that you continue adding esteem to your life, writing your story and filling it with the things that make you your best version, but above all, that make you happy.
