Hoy no es un día de celebración especial en el calendario, solamente es un día más al que deseo celebrar por todo lo recibido, entre esas maravillas te encuentras tú.

Gracias por todo lo que haces por mí, muchas veces puedo pasar por alto esas palabras de aliento, las oraciones recibidas, el apoyo, tu compañía entre tantas maneras que tienes para hacerme saber que estás a mi lado. 

Entre los afanes de la vida, la palabra gracias muchas veces se queda en mi garganta o en mi subconsciente y olvido hacerte saber cuánto agradezco tu cariño, tu amistad y solidaridad. 

“En todo tiempo ama el amigo, Y es como un hermano en tiempo de angustia” cita el libro de Proverbios 17:17 y  qué verdadero es. Aunque en muchas ocasiones pensemos de maneras diferentes, tengamos costumbres, tradiciones e ideologías diferentes; esto no ha sido un impedimento para considerarte mi amigo.

Muchas gracias por demostrarme tu amistad y afecto porque cada vez que lo he necesitado, has estado a mi lado, más que un amigo, eres mi hermano. ¡He aquí, cuán bueno y cuán agradable es que los hermanos habiten juntos en armonía! Salmos 133:1 

Por eso en esta ocasión te dedico el Poema Creo en ti Amigo de Pablo Neruda: “Creo en ti amigo: Si tu sonrisa es como un rayo de luz que alegra mi existencia. Creo en ti amigo: Si tus ojos brillan de alegría al encontrarnos. Creo en ti amigo: Si compartes mis lágrimas y sabes llorar con los que lloran. Creo en ti amigo: Si tu mano está abierta para dar y tu voluntad es generosa para ayudar. Creo en ti amigo: Si tus palabras son sinceras y expresan lo que siente tu corazón. Creo en ti amigo: Si sabes comprender bondadosamente mis debilidades y me defiendes cuando me calumnian. Creo en ti amigo: Si tienes valor para corregirme amablemente. Creo en ti amigo: Si sabes orar por mí, y brindarme buen ejemplo. Creo en ti amigo: Si tu amistad me lleva a amar más a Dios y a tratar mejor a los demás. Creo en ti amigo: Si no te avergüenzas de ser mi amigo en las horas tristes y amargas.”

A ti que me ayudas, te dedico este mensaje, porque gracias a personas como tú, tenemos aún esperanza en la humanidad, en la solidaridad, en la entrega y en el perdón. Buscas más las cosas que nos unen que aquellas que nos hacen ser diferentes, porque has entendido el mandamiento que nos améis unos a los otros, como yo os he amado,  (San Juan 15:12).

A ti que me ayudas, te digo: ¡sigue adelante! Sigue dejando huellas de amor en la vida de los demás. Con tu dulzura, nobleza y paciencia; permites que los demás podamos sabernos escuchados, comprendidos y apoyados (Efesios 4:2).

Today is not a special day of celebration on the calendar, it is just one more day that I want to celebrate for everything received, among those wonders you are.

Thank you for everything you do for me, many times I can overlook those words of encouragement, the prayers received, the support, your company among so many ways you have to let me know that you are by my side.

Among the cares of life, the word thank you many times stays in my throat or in my subconscious and I forget to let you know how much I appreciate your love, your friendship and solidarity.

“A friend loves at all times, And he is like a brother in time of trouble” quotes the book of Proverbs 17:17 and how true he is. Although on many occasions we think in different ways, we have different customs, traditions and ideologies; This has not been an impediment to consider you my friend.

Thank you very much for showing me your friendship and affection because every time I have needed it, you have been by my side, more than a friend, you are my brother. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in harmony! Psalm 133: 1.

That is why this time I dedicate to you the Poem I believe in you Friend of Pablo Neruda: “I believe in you friend: If your smile is like a ray of light that brightens my existence. I believe in you friend: If your eyes shine with joy when we meet. I believe in you friend: If you share my tears and you know how to cry with those who cry. I believe in you friend: If your hand is open to give and your will is generous to help. I believe in you friend: If your words are sincere and express what your heart feels. I believe in you friend: If you know how to kindly understand my weaknesses and defend me when they slander me. I believe in you friend: If you have the courage to kindly correct me. I believe in you friend: If you know how to pray for me, and give me a good example. I believe in you friend: If your friendship leads me to love God more and to treat others better. I believe in you friend: If you are not ashamed to be my friend in sad and bitter hours. “

To you who help me, I dedicate this message, because thanks to people like you, we still have hope in humanity, in solidarity, in dedication and forgiveness. You look more for the things that unite us than those that make us different, because you have understood the command that you love one another, as I have loved you, (Saint John 15:12).

To you who help me, I say: go ahead! Keep leaving traces of love in the lives of others. With your sweetness, nobility and patience; You allow others to know that we are heard, understood and supported (Ephesians 4: 2).
