A lo largo de nuestra vida y como parte de las relaciones humanas, conocemos y compartimos con muchas personas construyendo una lista de contactos que van en amistad, intereses, colaboración, relación laboral entre muchas otras áreas o razones por las cuales forman parte de nuestra lista.
En las diversas etapas, esa lista se actualiza permanente; dependiendo de las circunstancias ésta se reduce o se incrementa; sin importar el tamaño la lista de contactos que construimos a lo largo de la historia – cuánto nos alivia saber que contamos con ellos para apoyarnos en los momentos de necesidad -.
Todos nos hemos sentido reconfortados al acceder a ese listado y saber que ante una dificultad, a un clic, un llamado o una conversación; encontramos las opciones para la soluciones a nuestras dudas.
Y algo que alimenta o fortalece esa lista es el agradecimiento para reconocer el valor de la amistad y confianza en las relaciones que construimos a lo largo de nuestra historia.
Un corazón agradecido, se nutre de amor y bondad; porque estamos en una constante ayuda mutua.
Desde donde estemos, seamos parte activa de ese listado de contactos para ser un apoyo en los momentos de necesidad.
Brindado comprensión y cariño, los unos a los otros, que fortalecen nuestra fe y esperanza; pero sobre todo el amor a la humanidad.

Throughout our lives and as part of human relationships, we meet and share with many people building a list of contacts that range in friendship, interests, collaboration, employment relationship among many other areas or reasons why they are part of our list. .
In the various stages, this list is constantly updated; depending on the circumstances it is reduced or increased; no matter the size the list of contacts we have built throughout history – how relieved we are to know that we have them to support us in times of need -.
All of us have felt comforted when accessing that list and knowing that in the face of a difficulty, a click, a call or a conversation; we find the options for the solutions to our doubts.
And something that feeds or strengthens that list is the gratitude to recognize the value of friendship and trust in the relationships that we have built throughout our history.
A grateful heart is nourished by love and kindness; because we are in constant mutual help.
From wherever we are, let’s be an active part of that list of contacts to be a support in times of need.
