El mes del Amor y la Amistad

Febrero es el mes del amor y la amistad, celebrando el amor desde donde se quiera ver.

Con la llegada del mes de febrero, el segundo mes del año; la mercadotecnia se acelera para generar ventas entorno a la mundialmente conocida celebración del mes del amor y la amistad, haciendo énfasis en las relaciones de pareja por el día de San Valentín.

Viendo la temporada fuera de las campañas publicitarias, es un tiempo para celebrar el amor desde el lado donde se quiera ver, ya sea en el amor propio, en el amor al prójimo, en el amor a la vida, a la pareja, a los amigos y así sucesivamente hasta que la lista incluya las prioridades de cada cual.

Especialmente en los tiempos que vivimos, construir relaciones saludables son más necesarias que nunca; es así que cuando nos damos cuenta que “en el amor no hay temor, sino que el perfecto amor echar fuera el temor“; se vuelve una parte vital para relacionarnos con nuestro entorno.

Cada una de las experiencias que vamos adquiriendo nos va conectando con el tipo de relaciones que deseamos forjar con los demás; por esa razón, debemos volver a lo simple, a lo prioritario, a la sencillez de ver en las pequeñas cosas lo valioso que nos rodea y encontrar el amor en la amistad.

Encontramos en 1 Corintios 13:4 – 7:”El amor es sufrido, es benigno; el amor no tiene envidia, el amor no es jactancioso, no se envanece; no hace nada indebido, no busca lo suyo, no se irrita, no guarda rencor; no se goza de la injusticia, mas se goza de la verdad. Todo lo sufre, todo lo cree, todo lo espera, todo soporta.”

Y que regalo tan grande podemos darnos los unos a los otros si somos la expresión de la bondad y el amor de Dios en cada aspecto de nuestra vida, ya sea en nuestro rostro, mirada, sonrisa, acciones; en el día a día.

Bien es conocido que la felicidad no es la ausencia de problemas, es la capacidad de tratar con ellos sin importar las circunstancias que atravesemos; porque en el desierto saldrán nuestras mejores victorias.

“Y Sabemos que a los que aman a Dios, todas las cosas les ayudan a bien, esto es, a los que conforme a su propósito son llamados” encontramos en Romanos 8:28; desde esta perspectiva hagamos de la felicidad un estilo de vida, el camino y no el destino.

Por esa razón, demos gracias que nunca nos falte el camino que nos lleva a nuestros sueños, el amor que nos humaniza y la razón que nos equilibra.

Amémonos los unos a los otros, con afecto de amigos, de hermanos, de pareja para que en el día que tengamos desavenencias, se quite de toda amargura, enojo, ira que no nos permite avanzar (Efesios 4:31).

El secreto de nuestro éxito, lo determina nuestra agenda del día a día,; agreguemos en ella lo que deseamos cumplir, lo que nos alimente, lo que nos brinde la paz, el gozo, el amor, la amistad, la alegría (Romanos 12:18).

En el mes del amor y la amistad, celebremos el amor desde donde se quiere ver, con acción de gracias a la vida, a la salud, a todo lo que hemos alcanzado y con la ayuda de quienes lo logramos.

No ha sido un recorrido en solitario, ha sido un recorrido en amor y amistad.

De Segunda Mano

Hola amigos escritores de su vida, espero que se encuentren muy bien especialmente en esta semana que tiene un significado muy especial e importante para muchos de nosotros.

El término de segunda mano, generalmente es utilizado a todos aquellos productos que se adquieren o compran y que han sido utilizados por una o más personas, pero que, de manera general, éste hace referencia a un significado plural en relación al número de dueños que ha tenido ese producto.

Generalmente los artículos de segunda mano son adquiridos a través de mercados o bazares a un precio módico relativo a su uso, o que en algunos casos representa alguna herencia de amigos o familiares que consideran ya no usar los productos y los regalan a otra persona.

En tiempos de recesión económica, los artículos de segunda mano, se vuelven una opción muy favorable para todo aquel que desea optimizar sus ingresos; por lo que no es nada extraño ver como este tipo de tiendas han incrementado en diversas regiones del mundo, especialmente en los países donde las condiciones económicas son más precarias.

Y este tipo de acción me hace llamar mi atención en vista que en una sociedad altamente consumista, los artículos de segunda mano se vuelven interesantes desde el punto de vista de su valor; ya que lo que para algunos puede ser considerado ya no útil o vigente, para otros, es una necesidad que resulta satisfecha e incluso es un tesoro, sin importar el deterioro que pueda tener por el uso recibido del producto.

Así que llevando este tema a la vida diaria, la segunda mano lo interpreto también como segundas oportunidades, nuevos comienzos, nuevas versiones de nosotros mismos y nuestras relaciones con los demás; ya que en muchas ocasiones y dependiendo de las circunstancias, hemos sido desechados por aquellos que considerábamos eran nuestra primera opción y tal como ocurre con el consumismo nos colocaron en un sitio de canje o adiós en este caso.

Sin embargo, en ese capítulo cerrado, nuestra historia se continua escribiendo; ya que es a través de esa segunda mano, que nos permite conocer nuevos destinos, nuevas compañías, nuevos afectos que nos hacen representarnos como el tesoro que estuvieron esperando y hace que nuestro corazón aprenda nuevas formas de afecto en base a la experiencia y a la razón.

Y es así, como también en esas segundas oportunidades, lo deseo vincular a algo más espiritual y es que es a través de la redención, nuestro Señor y Salvador dio su vida por nosotros, comprando a precio de sangre a lo que se consideraba desechado (Mateo 21:9, Juan 1:29).

Aquel que nos redimió en la cruz de calvario, es el comprador que vio en nosotros a una perla hermosa, al que no le importó pagar un alto precio y que aún en nuestros días lo seguimos celebrando con acción de gracias; por lo que en este jueves de semana santa, no quiero dejar pasar la oportunidad para resaltar lo que desde la creencia del cristianismo representa la conmemoración más importante como lo es la pasión, muerte y resurrección de Jesucristo (Isaías 53:7, Juan 3:16, Romanos 5:8).

Aunque en esta vida recibamos aflicciones, dificultades, existe ese amor que nos redime y renueva; ese amor que nos restaura y otorga una valía de ser coherederos de algo especial y sublime (Juan 16:33).

Ese amor que nos hace ver con ojos nuevos, con paz, sabiduría y perdón a la vida así como a las circunstancias que debemos enfrentar. En esa segunda mano, existe salvación, gracia y misericordia, también esperanza, fe y amor.

Si te encuentras pasando algún momento de dificultad que te haga considerar la idea que tu camino se ha cerrado y ya no existe algo más para recibir; me permito recordarte que al igual que los productos de segunda mano, nosotros somos personas de nuevas oportunidades porque sus misericordias son nuevas cada mañana y tu nombre lo lleva escrito en su ser.

Somos su obra perfecta, sin importar las cicatrices que hemos acumulado a lo largo de nuestro caminar. Él sigue viéndonos como esa joya de gran valía que compraría en un bazar una y otra vez (Jeremías 31:3).

Celebremos entonces este producto que somos, con acción de gracia y alegría; permitiendo que esas experiencias sea aprendizajes pero que no nos limitan porque cada día tenemos la oportunidad de escribir nuestro Best – Seller llamado vida.

Second-hand

Hello writer friends of your life, I hope you are very well especially in this week that has a very special and important meaning for many of us.

The term second-hand is generally used for all those products that are acquired or bought and that have been used by one or more people, but that, in general, it refers to a plural meaning in relation to the number of owners that have had that product.

Generally, second-hand items are purchased through markets or bazaars at a reasonable price relative to their use, or in some cases represents an inheritance from friends or relatives who consider they no longer use the products and give them to another person.

In times of economic recession, second-hand items become a very favorable option for anyone who wants to optimize their income; so it is not at all strange to see how this type of store has increased in various regions of the world, especially in countries where economic conditions are more precarious.

And this type of action draws my attention to the fact that in a highly consumerist society, second-hand items become interesting from the point of view of their value; since what for some may be considered no longer useful or in force, for others, is a need that is satisfied and is even a treasure, regardless of the deterioration it may have due to the use received from the product.

So bringing this theme to daily life, second-hand I also interpret it as second chances, new beginnings, new versions of ourselves and our relationships with others; since on many occasions and depending on the circumstances, we have been discarded by those who we considered were our first option and as it happens with consumerism they placed us in a place of exchange or goodbye in this case.

However, in that closed chapter, our history continues to be written; since it is through that second-hand, that allows us to meet new destinations, new friends, new affections that make us represent ourselves as the treasure they were waiting for and makes our hearts learn new forms of affection based on experience and reason.

And so, as well as in those second chances, I want to link it to something more spiritual and it is through redemption, our Lord and Savior gave his life for us, buying at the price of blood what was considered discarded ( Matthew 21:9, John 1:29).

The one who redeemed us on the cross of calvary, is the buyer who saw in us a beautiful pearl, who did not mind paying a high price and who even today we continue to celebrate with thanksgiving. Therefore, on this Thursday of Holy Week, I do not want to miss the opportunity to highlight what, from the belief of Christianity, represents the most important commemoration, such as the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ (Isaiah 53:7, John 3: 16, Romans 5:8).

Although in this life we receive afflictions, difficulties, there is that love that redeems and renews us; that love that restores us and gives us the value of being co-heirs of something special and sublime (John 16:33).

That love that makes us see with new eyes, with peace, wisdom and forgiveness to life as well as to the circumstances that we must face. In that second hand, there is salvation, grace and mercy, also hope, faith and love.

If you find yourself going through a moment of difficulty that makes you consider the idea that your path has been closed and there is no longer something else to receive; I allow myself to remind you that just like second-hand products, we are people of new opportunities because their mercies are new every morning and your name is written on their being.

We are his perfect handiwork, regardless of the scars we have accumulated throughout our journey. He continues to see us as that priceless jewel that he would buy at a bazaar again and again (Jeremiah 31:3).

Let us then celebrate this product that we are, with thanksgiving and joy; allowing these experiences to be learning but not limiting us because every day we have the opportunity to write our Best – Seller called life.

El Frasco de la Felicidad

Hola amigos escritores de su vida, existe una dinámica para darnos ánimo llamada de muchas formas, entre ellas el frasco de la felicidad.

Consiste en escribir un mensaje de alegría, de motivación, positivismo o esperanza y guardarlo en un recipiente cada día para que al final del año podamos leer cada uno de los mensajes. Así que para este último jueves de publicación del año 2021, comparto con ustedes algunos de los principales resultados de mi frasco de la felicidad para el año que está por culminar:

Cada detalle o circunstancia que afrontamos en nuestras vidas, forman parte como una pieza de un rompecabezas, algunas complejas, otras con sabiduría, algunas con gracia pero todas necesarias.

Retomemos los hábitos saludables, aprendiendo a manejar emocionalmente y de forma inteligente los retos y dificultades. Algunos meses fueron de cambios inesperados, de nuevos planteamientos; de tomar decisiones así que aquí vamos, aprendiendo cada de sus enseñanzas, poco a poco, vamos saliendo adelante.

Los detalles que pensamos que pueden pasar desapercibidos, nos sorprenden cuando dan sus frutos. De lo menos pensado, Dios hará proezas, no dejemos de creer en las promesas que están escritas para nuestras vidas.

En la interminable búsqueda de lo necesario, adecuado y sostenible; con cautela y sabiduría se tomarán las decisiones más adecuadas. Tomando tiempos de reflexión, la definición de nuevos cambios y prioridades; todo es una oportunidad para verlo siempre como crecimiento.

El sube y baja de la adrenalina provoca tensiones que son necesarias atender, recordando que existen situaciones que nos pueden rebasar pero que nos hacen recordar la importancia del cuidado personal, retomar terapias para una calidad de vida a largo plazo y a preservar el tesoro invaluable que es la salud.

Veamos cada circunstancia como parte de nuestro entrenamiento, de lo necesario que necesitamos fortalecer para alcanza nuestras metas, enfocados hacia el nuevo lugar donde queremos llegar. En un inicio cuesta un poco retomar el ritmo de antes de la pandemia pero conforme avanzamos así lo hacen nuestras habilidades … ¡vamos bien!

Reconozco que todo está bajo el control y una solución para cada etapa, con amor inagotable toda adversidad se supera; es un tiempo de entrega para que con pasión, disciplina, humildad, valentía y perseverancia produzcamos los cambios que deseamos. Dando pasos de fe con la confianza puesta en aquel que cuyos pensamientos en Él prosperan, aquel que abre caminos y me hace a no renunciar; venciendo mis temores soltando las cargas porque el viaje debe ser ligero.

Disfrutar de esas pequeñas salidas, cumplir con los objetivos, pero también disfrutar el vivir. Cada cosa o detalle tiene su tiempo y cada día tiene su propi afán. Entre los doce meses del año, hemos aprendido que es necesario tomar los caminos que nos ayudan a cumplir las metas y nuestros sueños, ¡por lo que sigamos adelante para lograrlos!

Tenemos por delante un nuevo año para seguir escribiendo el Best Seller de nuestra historia. ¡Feliz año nuevo y que tengas mucho que celebrar! ¡Hasta la próxima!

The Bottle of Happiness

Hello writers friends of your life, there is a dynamic to encourage us called in many ways, including the bottle of happiness.

It consists of writing a message of joy, motivation, positivism or hope and keeping it in a container every day so that at the end of the year we can read each of the messages. So for this last Thursday of publication of the year 2021, I share with you some of the main results of my bottle of happiness for the year that is about to end:

Every detail or circumstance that we face in our lives is part of a puzzle, some complex, some with wisdom, some with grace, but all necessary.

Let’s return to healthy habits, learning to handle challenges and difficulties emotionally and intelligently. Some months were of unexpected changes, of new approaches; to make decisions so here we go, learning each of his teachings, little by little, we move forward.

Details that we think may go unnoticed surprise us when they bear fruit. At least thought of, God will do feats, let us not stop believing in the promises that are written for our lives.

In the endless search for what is necessary, adequate and sustainable; with caution and wisdom the most appropriate decisions will be made. Taking time for reflection, defining new changes and priorities; everything is an opportunity to always see it as growth.

The rise and fall of adrenaline causes tensions that need to be addressed, remembering that there are situations that can overwhelm us but that make us remember the importance of personal care, return to therapies for a long-term quality of life and preserve the invaluable treasure that is health.

Let’s see each circumstance as part of our training, of what we need to strengthen to achieve our goals, focused on the new place where we want to go. Initially, it is a bit difficult to get back to the rhythm of before the pandemic, but as we move forward, so do our skills … we are doing well!

I recognize that everything is under control and a solution for each stage, with inexhaustible love all adversity is overcome; It is a time of dedication so that with passion, discipline, humility, courage and perseverance we can produce the changes we want. Taking steps of faith with trust placed in the one whose thoughts in Him prosper, the one who opens paths and makes me not renounce; overcoming my fears by releasing the burdens because the journey must be light.

Enjoy those little outings, meet the objectives, but also enjoy living. Each thing or detail has its time and each day has its own desire. Between the twelve months of the year, we have learned that it is necessary to take the paths that help us fulfill our goals and our dreams, so let’s move forward to achieve them!

We have a new year ahead to continue writing the Best Seller in our history. Happy New Year and have a lot to celebrate!

¡Son en esos detalles!

Hola amigos escritores de su vida. Como cada jueves, hoy es día para compartirles un mensaje más de Escribiendo la Vida con T. 

En esta ocasión, me gustaría hacer referencia a esos regalos que llegan a nuestras manos sin pedirlos, esos regalos que nos sorprenden, llenan de alegría y que son muestras de bondad y afecto que por gracia nos son dados.

A lo largo de nuestra historia, nos enfrentaremos por diversas circunstancias que nos obligan a tomar decisiones inmediatas y sobre las que esperamos se resuelvan a nuestro favor y conforme  así como lo hemos planeado en nuestras mentes. 

Sin embargo, en esa búsqueda de soluciones, nos encontramos con la realidad y sus diversas respuestas que nos hacen cambiar de ideas y replantearnos nuevas salidas. Donde, en la mayoría de los casos, no se asemejan en nada a esos planteamientos que habíamos ideado en nuestro ser.

A primera vista, resulta algo abrumador, ya que cuestionamos o dudamos acerca de ¿Qué es lo mejor y cómo debemos de actuar ante estos escenarios imprevistos?  (2 Corintios 12:9).

Es hasta que con el paso del tiempo, y sólo entonces, donde vemos claramente las respuestas y el porqué las cosas no funcionaron así como las deseábamos.

Son en esos detalles, que se encuentran numerosos regalos que llegan a nuestras manos. Se encuentra una gracia que nos hace entender que todo pasa por una razón y que con los años, vamos entendiendo lo afortunados que somos al ser merecedores de algo incalculable como lo es la gracia (Tito 2:11).

Son en esos detalles, que nos hacen recordar que en nuestros momentos más difíciles, recibiremos ayuda o una solución; llegarán en esos momentos que nos darán esperanza para seguir adelante, para renovar nuestras fuerzas y retomar el camino (Filipenses 4:7, Hebreos 4:16).

Las adversidades son parte de la vida, son necesarias para entender y valorar los momentos de abundancia; pero en cada estación de nuestro caminar, la gracia es algo que nos acompañará para que en cada temporada recordemos que siendo como somos, existe un amor invaluable e incalculable hacia nosotros (1 Corintios 15:10).

Son en esos detalles, donde recordamos que aquel tiene el cuidado hasta en lo más pequeño que podemos pasar por desapercibido, es así como cada día tiene su propio afán, basta a cada día su propio mal porque mañana también ahí estará nuestro proveedor (Mateo 6:34, Romanos 8:37).

Y ya que la gracia es un tesoro, celebremos con alegría y humildad el recibirla cada día en esos detalles (Salmos 100:4, 1 Crónicas 16:34).

Hello writers friends of your life. Like every Thursday, today is the day to share one more message from Writing Life with Esteem.

On this occasion, I would like to refer to those gifts that come into our hands without asking for them, those gifts that surprise us, fill us with joy and are tokens of kindness and affection that are given to us by grace.

Throughout our history, we will face various circumstances that force us to make immediate decisions and on which we hope will be resolved in our favor and in accordance with the way we have planned in our minds.

However, in that search for solutions, we find reality and its various responses that make us change our ideas and rethink new ways out. In most cases, they do not resemble at all those approaches that we had devised in our being.

At first glance, it is somewhat overwhelming, since we question or doubt about what is best and how should we act in these unforeseen scenarios? (2 Corinthians 12: 9).

It is until over time, and only then, that we clearly see the answers and why things did not work out the way we wanted them to.

It is in those details that there are numerous gifts that come into our hands. There is a grace that makes us understand that everything happens for a reason and that over the years, we understand how lucky we are to be worthy of something incalculable such as grace (Titus 2:11).

It is in those details that remind us that in our most difficult moments, we will receive help or a solution. They will come in those moments that will give us hope to move on, to renew our strength and get back on track (Philippians 4: 7, Hebrews 4:16).

Adversities are part of life, they are necessary to understand and value moments of abundance. However, in each season of our walk, grace is something that will accompany us so that in each season we remember that being who we area and the invaluable and incalculable love for us (1 Corinthians 15:10).

It is in those details, where we remember that even he is careful, even in the smallest that we can go unnoticed, that is how each day has its own desire, each day its own evil is enough because tomorrow our provider will also be there (Matthew 6 : 34, Romans 8:37).

And since grace is a treasure, let us joyfully and humbly celebrate receiving it each day in those details (Psalm 100: 4, 1 Chronicles 16:34).

Hola queridos escritores de su vida, el mes de junio tiene entre sus días festivos, la celebración del día del padre, la cual varía según las regiones, así que para todos aquellos padres que celebran su día conmemorativo en este mes, está publicación es para ustedes. 

Gracias Papá, aunque la gestación se produce en el vientre de la madre, en tu corazón también se gesta la llegada de un nuevo ser, y haces que junto a ella, ningún esfuerzo sea mínimo para apoyar en cada etapa del crecimiento de tus hijos (Deuteronomio 5:16).

Gracias Papá, porque llevas en tus hombros la responsabilidad de ser el protector de la familia. Al saberte que con la llegada de tu descendencia, tu vida no volverá a ser igual; te llenas de alegría y emoción para recibir a ese ser, que será el legado más importante que dejarás en tu paso por este mundo. 

Gracias Papá, porque al ver por primera vez el rostro de tu extensión, descubres un amor único que te hace más valiente, disipando cualquier duda o temor de no hacer bien tu tarea. Produce en ti una fuerte determinación y motivación en buscar tu mejor versión cada día para ser el ejemplo de quienes te llaman papá (Filipenses 4:6).

Gracias Papá, porque aunque no ha sido fácil, has luchado incansablemente por suplir todas las necesidades que un hijo necesita. Ahora que soy adulto, me he preguntado muchas veces ¿En cuántas ocasiones te privaste tú por darme a mí lo que yo requería en cada etapa de mi vida?  ¿En cuántas ocasiones a pesar de estar agotado, tuviste tiempo para ayudarme en mis deberes escolares tratando de mantener la calma necesaria para que yo pudiese entender más fácilmente? (Efesios 6:2).

Gracias Papá, porque cuando lo necesité, fuiste mi corrección y mi ancla; y sabes, ¡lo sigues siendo! Con el paso de los años, tu pelo se ha teñido de gris y en tu rostro se reflejan las huellas de los años que te han vuelto más sabio, más amado. Eres el ejemplo de que entre todas las adversidades que pueda enfrentar en la vida, con determinación y esfuerzo saldré adelante (Proverbios 3:12).

Gracias Papá, por todo tu amor y estar presente en mi vida. ¡Que disfrutes del día celebrado a tu noble e incondicional labor! (Proverbios 17:6).

Si tienes la dicha de tener a tu padre con vida, ¡permítele saber cuánto le amas! ¡Nunca se es demasiado adulto para recibir el abrazo acogedor de nuestros padres! 

Si ya tu padre ha partido de este mundo, elevamos una oración con acción de gracias por todo su legado, ya que gracias a nuestros padres, nosotros estamos hoy aquí (Colosenses 3:20).

Para aquellas mujeres que también han cumplido el doble rol de padre y madre, muchas felicidades también porque están construyendo su obra más valiosa. Y para los futuros padres, disfruta de todos esos matices que trae consigo el formar una familia. Nadie trae consigo un manual de como ser un padre, cometeremos aciertos y errores; pero en cada etapa iremos aprendiendo. No nos queda más que hacer nuestro mejor esfuerzo, disfrutar y aprender de cada paso que demos en este camino llamado vida (Romanos 15:13).

Thanks Dad, although gestation occurs in the mother’s womb, the arrival of a new being is also gestated in your heart, and you make sure that with her, no effort is minimal to support each stage of your children’s growth ( Deuteronomy 5:16).

Thanks Dad, because when you see the face of your extension for the first time, you discover a unique love that makes you more courageous, dispelling any doubt or fear of not doing your homework well. It produces in you a strong determination and motivation to seek your best version each day to be the example of those who call you dad (Philippians 4: 6).

Thanks Dad, because although it has not been easy, you have fought tirelessly to meet all the needs that a child needs. Now that I am an adult, I have asked myself many times how many times did you deprive yourself for giving me what I required at each stage of my life? On how many occasions, despite being exhausted, did you have time to help me with my homework, trying to remain calm so that I could understand more easily? (Ephesians 6: 2).

Thanks Dad, because when I needed it, you were my correction and my anchor and you know, you still are! Over the years, your hair has been dyed gray and your face reflects the traces of the years that have become wiser, more loved. You are the example that among all the adversities that I may face in life, with determination and effort I will move forward (Proverbs 3:12).

Thank you Dad, for all your love and being present in my life. Enjoy the day celebrated for your noble and unconditional work! (Proverbs 17: 6).

If you have the joy of having your father alive, let him know how much you love him! It is never too old to receive a welcoming embrace from our parents!

If your father has already left this world, we offer a prayer with thanksgiving for all his legacy, since thanks to our parents, we are here today (Colossians 3:20).

For those women who have also fulfilled the double role of father and mother, congratulations also because they are building their most valuable work. And for future parents, enjoy all those nuances that starting a family brings. Nobody brings with him a manual on how to be a father, we will make successes and mistakes, but at each stage we will learn. We have no choice but to do our best, enjoy and learn from every step we take on this path called life (Romans 15:13).

El Coach de mi Vida

Hola queridos escritores de su vida, espero que se encuentren muy bien.

En publicaciones anteriores abordamos el tema de la Trinidad. Hemos hablado acerca del Espíritu Santo y sobre el Hijo. Hoy es la oportunidad de comentar acerca de Dios Padre. 

Se le conoce también como Adonai, Elohim, Abba por mencionar algunos, ya que mi intención no es confundirte con tanta información, solamente traer a memoria algunos de los nombres que posiblemente has escuchado.

Como ese Padre protector y proveedor que es, cuida de sus hijos; y desde la creencia del cristianismo, éste es un vínculo de amor entre el creyente y Dios, lo encontrarás en Efesios 4:6 que es “un Dios y Padre de todos, el cual es sobre todos, por todos, y en todos.”

Y como esa maravillosa trinidad son un sólo Dios, para mí son el Coach de mi Vida. Ese entrenador o tutor que me instruye desde la oración; en esa comunicación que me regala momentos de paz, me llena de energía y fuerza para tomar las mejores decisiones. 

Es este Coach quien entiende todos los aspectos del juego, impactando de manera positiva mis días ya que puedo encontrar que entre otras cosas su paciencia y bondad son inagotables. 

Siempre está a nuestro lado disciplinándonos cuando es necesario, dándonos sabiduría, dejándonos tomar nuestras propias decisiones y aún cuando éstas no fueran las más acertadas, está ahí para levantarnos con un amor inagotable y hacernos saber que esos errores no nos definen ni nos alejan de su amor; pues nos conoce mejor que nadie y ante ese Coach podemos presentarnos tal como somos sabiendo que seremos recibidos igual que aquel hijo pródigo en el camino de regreso a casa (San Lucas 15: 11-24). 

El Coach de mi Vida tiene preparada una estrategia para ayudarme en todas las áreas, comprende mis perspectivas, que es lo que necesito y como juntos iremos trabajando para que yo llegue a mis propósitos y tener éxito en mis objetivos (Salmos 18:30, Deuteronomio 32:4). 

Me ayuda a descubrir mis talentos y me motiva a reconocer mis logros en donde en este proceso de coaching vamos construyendo día a día una relación de confianza para trabajar en cualquier área que deba superar, me entrena constantemente ya que “Él, pues, acabará lo que ha determinado de mí, Y muchas cosas como estas hay en él” Job 23:14.

Así que aquí vamos juntos, construyendo de la mano de mi Coach la mejor versión de mí misma cada día. 

Hace más de dos mil años que este proceso de coaching fue pagado, por lo que mi entrenamiento de continuo aprendizaje, humildad, amor depende de mi voluntad en implementarlo y en compartir con los demás para poder brindar ese calor humano a las personas que me rodean de manera física o virtual y que ese amor al prójimo crezca cada día más. 

En los momentos que más lo he necesitado, el amor de los demás ha llegado a mí para apoyarme. Y con una inmensa gratitud creo que ese mutuo amor a los demás debe seguir multiplicándose como la semilla que fue sembrada en tierra fértil.

Recuerda que en tus manos está el elegir que deseas dejar a los demás, si huellas o cicatrices.

The Coach of my Life 

Hello dear writers of your life, I hope you are very well. 

In previous posts we addressed the subject of the Trinity. We have talked about the Holy Spirit and the Son. Today is the opportunity to comment on God the Father. 

He is also known as Adonai, Elohim, Abba to name a few, since my intention is not to confuse you with so much information, only to recall some of the names that you may have heard.

As the protective and provider Father that he is, he cares for his children and from the belief of Christianity, this is a bond of love between the believer and God, you will find it in Ephesians 4: 6 which is ” One God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all. ” 

And since this wonderful trinity is one God, for me they are the Coach of my Life. That coach or tutor who instructs me from prayer; in that communication that gives me moments of peace, fills me with energy and strength to make the best decisions.

It is this Coach who understands all aspects of the game, positively impacting my days as I can find that among other things his patience and kindness are inexhaustible. 

He is always by our side disciplining us when necessary, giving us wisdom, letting us make our own decisions and they were not the right ones yet, he is there to lift us up with an inexhaustible love and let us know that those mistakes do not define us or take us away from his love because he knows us better than anyone and before that Coach we can present ourselves as we are, knowing that we will be received just like that prodigal son on the way back home (Saint Luke 15: 11-24). 

The Coach of my Life has prepared a strategy to help me in all areas, understands my perspectives, what I need and how together we will work so that I reach my purposes and be successful in my goals (Psalms 18:30, Deuteronomy 32: 4). 

He helps me to discover my talents and motivates me to recognize my achievements where in this coaching process we are building day by day a relationship of trust to work in any area that I must overcome, it constantly trains me since “For what has been ordered for me by him will be gone through to the end: and his mind is full of such designs.” Job 23:14. 

So here we go together, building with the hand of my Coach the best version of myself every day. 

More than two thousand years ago, this coaching process was paid for, and as for my training of continuous learning, humility, love depends on my will to implement it and share it with others in order to provide that human warmth to the people surround me physically or virtually and love of the neighbor grows more and more each day. 

In the moments that I have needed it most, the love of others has come to me to support me. And with immense gratitude, I believe that this mutual love for others must continue to multiply like the seed that was sown in fertile soil. 

Remember that it is in your hands to choose what you want to leave to others, whether footprints or scars.

Palabra japonesa cuya traducción significa ¡muchas gracias por tu arduo trabajo! Ese gran esfuerzo y dedicación que una persona realiza en las tareas que se le encomiendan y que al momento de despedirse cada día de la jornada laboral, se les dice a los compañeros de trabajo como reconocimiento y ánimo para un merecido descanso.

Es una frase tan popular que incluso se ha extendido al ámbito familiar, para reconocer el arduo trabajo que una persona realiza en las tareas del hogar, en el cuidado de los hijos, con los amigos, etc.

Pero cuando se da la última despedida ¿Cómo hacemos ese reconocimiento por última vez? Es inevitable reflexionar acerca de los detalles que diariamente tenemos hacia los demás y hacia nosotros mismos. ¿Es difícil verdad?

Ese último adiós es un proceso tan difícil de aceptar, que muchas veces damos por sentado todo, y dejamos de lado expresar nuestras muestras de gratitud, de reconocimiento, de dar palabras de ánimo y aliento a los que nos rodean por todo el gran esfuerzo que están haciendo para dar lo mejor de sí mismos en sus diversas actividades personales y profesionales (Marcos 12:33, Isaías 41:10).

Se ha cumplido el primer mes de la partida de un compañero de trabajo que dedicó su vida a sus dos familias: la de la vida personal y la laboral.

Es por esa razón, que hoy dedico esta entrega a una persona que fue un ejemplo con su dedicación, disciplina y compromiso. Quien ha dejado un vacío en sus dos familias, y aún con los sentimientos encontrados que nos embargan, seguiremos haciendo nuestro mejor esfuerzo para continuar con su legado.

Que la paz que sobrepasa todo entendimiento esté con todos los que lloran su partida, con la esperanza de poder volverse a encontrar.

Y para los que aún tenemos la tarea de seguir en este paseo llamado vida, no olvidemos que cada detalle suma, que los recuerdos que tendremos el día de mañana son las cosas que construimos hoy; así que procuremos que esos momentos sean llenos de los tesoros de valor incalculable como la empatía, solidaridad, el amor, el perdón, la alegría y el eterno reconocimiento por el gran trabajo que hacemos los unos a otros en dar lo mejor de nosotros mismos (Mateo 6:25, Colosenses 3:14, Hebreos 13:1).

Recuerda que en nuestras manos está el elegir, qué queremos dejar a los demás. Me despido, no sin antes decir:

It is such a popular phrase that it has even been extended to the family environment, to recognize the hard work that a person does in housework, in caring for children, with friends, etc.

But when the last goodbye is given, how do we make that recognition for the last time? It is inevitable to reflect on the details that we have daily towards others and towards ourselves. Is it difficult right?

That last goodbye is such a difficult process to accept, that many times we take everything for granted, and put aside expressing our expressions of gratitude, appreciation, giving words of encouragement and encouragement to those around us for all the great effort that they are doing to give the best of themselves in their various personal and professional activities (Mark 12:33, Isaiah 41:10).

The first month has passed since the departure of a co-worker who dedicated his life to his two families: his personal life and his work life.

It is for that reason that today I dedicate this delivery to a person who was an example with his dedication, discipline and commitment. Who has left a void in their two families, and even with the mixed feelings that overwhelm us, we will continue to do our best to continue their legacy.

May the peace that surpasses all understanding be with all those who mourn his departure, hoping to meet again.

And for those of us who still have the task to follow on this walk called life, let’s not forget that every detail adds up, that the memories that we will have tomorrow are the things that we build today; so let’s ensure that those moments are filled with priceless treasures such as empathy, solidarity, love, forgiveness, joy and eternal recognition for the great work we do to each other in giving the best of ourselves ( Matthew 6:25, Colossians 3:14, Hebrews 13: 1).

¡El Último Día del Año!

¡Hoy es 31 de diciembre, llegamos al último día de este 2020!

En una vista a este año, ¡será un año para la historia! Recuerdo que en el 2019 esperaba con muchas expectativas ¿Cómo sería este año? Pero con todo lo vívido y lo ocurrido, no pude imaginarlo y llego a la conclusión de que, aunque tengamos muchos planes, la última palabra la tiene Dios.

A la par de momentos difíciles, que incluye la pérdida de seres queridos, de empleos, de deterioros en nuestra salud; es necesario también decir que vivimos momentos llenos de alegría. Personalmente puedo decir, que este 2020 trajo el cumplimiento de este sueño, de este bambú entre en mis manos; este nuevo yo sin barreras que con pasos firmes me embarqué en esta aventura en la cual me ha hecho salir muchas veces de mi zona de confort, dando como resultado muchas satisfacciones (Habacuc 2:3).

Hemos visto a lo largo de estos meses, que nuestra fe, fortaleza, resiliencia y valentía han sido puestas a prueba; desarrollándose en nuestro interior para salir adelante ante las adversidades de la vida (Santiago 1:5). 

Este 2020 me enseñó determinación, paciencia, perseverancia y a no renunciar porque quien va delante de mí es mucho más grande que cualquier Goliat que pueda enfrentar. 

En medio de todo lo vívido, puedo decir únicamente ¡gracias 2020! 

Gracias por la tremenda lección que nos distes, la de volver a la esencia; de valorar y atesorar los detalles de la vida, a nuestros seres queridos y lo que compartimos con nuestro prójimo.

Por todas esas razones, tengo en mi corazón un anhelo ferviente de que el 2021 sea un mejor año; en el que todos los que aún se encuentran luchando por las secuelas de tantas adversidades acaecidas en este año, logren salir adelante (Jeremías 29:11, Salmos 42:5). 

Y así como muchos, también tengo la costumbre de preparar una lista de propósitos. La cual ahora elaboraré de una forma más intencionada, la estoy llenando de tantas ilusiones, sueños y proyectos.

Que el 2021 sea un año de restauración, de renovación, de solidaridad, gratitud y de un amor constante los unos a los otros. 

Y que mejor que desearte el último día del año: “Jehová te bendiga, y te guarde; Jehová haga resplandecer su rostro sobre ti, y tenga de ti misericordia; Jehová alce sobre ti su rostro, y ponga en ti paz” Números 6:24-26.

¡Que pases una feliz noche vieja! ¡2021 te esperamos con los brazos abiertos, feliz año nuevo!

The Last Day of the Year!

Today is December 31, we reach the last day of this 2020!

In a look back to this year, it will be a year for history! I remember that in 2019 I waited with great expectations, what would this year be like? But with everything lived and what happened, I could not imagine it and I come to the conclusion that, although we have many plans, the last word belongs to God.

Along with difficult times, which includes the loss of loved ones, jobs, deterioration in our health; It is also necessary to say that we live moments full of joy. Personally I can say that this 2020 brought the fulfillment of this dream, of this bamboo into my hands. This new self without barriers that with firm steps I embarked on this adventure in which it has made me leave my comfort zone many times, resulting in many satisfactions (Habakkuk 2: 3).

We have seen throughout these months that our faith, strength, resilience and courage have been put to the test; developing within us to get ahead in the face of life’s adversities (James 1: 5).

This 2020 taught me determination, patience, perseverance and not to give up because whoever goes in front of me is much bigger than any Goliath I can face.

In the midst of all the vivid, I can only say thank you 2020!

Thank you for the tremendous lesson you gave us, to return to the essence; to value and treasure the details of life, our loved ones and what we share with our neighbors.

For all these reasons, I have in my heart a fervent longing for 2021 to be a better year; in which all those who are still struggling through the aftermath of so many adversities that have occurred this year, will succeed (Jeremiah 29:11, Psalm 42: 5).

And like many, I also have a habit of preparing a list of purposes. Which now I will elaborate in a more intentional way, I am filling it with so many illusions, dreams and projects.

May 2021 be a year of restoration, renewal, solidarity, gratitude and constant love for one another.

And what better way than to wish you on the last day of the year: “May the Lord send his blessing on you and keep you; May the light of  the Lord’s face be shining on you in grace; May the Lord’s approval be resting on you and may he give you peace” Numbers 6: 24-26.

Vísperas de Navidad

El 24 de diciembre marca en el calendario, la antesala a una de las celebraciones más importantes entre los creyentes del cristianismo. Representa la víspera de la navidad, la conmemoración del nacimiento del salvador del mundo en un pesebre de Belén y sería llamado “Emanuel que traducido es Dios con nosotros” (Isaías 7:14, Mateo 1:23).

Navidad, una celebración a lo largo del mundo y dependiendo de las costumbres y tradiciones, se celebran de diversas maneras. En esa pluralidad de estilos, existen elementos que son el común denominador y es que definitivamente es una temporada donde los colores, luces, árboles visten las ciudades; los centros comerciales están abarrotados porque todos quieren dar un obsequio especial a sus seres amados. Por esas comodidades, las tendencias y los estilos que año con año son más impresionantes, hemos nublado un poco nuestra visión en la esencia de la temporada; al permitir que sea una época de alto valor comercial y no de la adopción de algunos valores humanos que parecen olvidarse el resto del año.

Esta navidad, sin imaginarlo, hemos vuelto a la esencia de este tiempo maravilloso; a regalar lo más valioso: nuestro tiempo y cariño a nuestros seres queridos. El ser agradecidos porque hemos podido ir afrontando todas las adversidades, y ante esta nueva realidad, hacemos una pausa que nos hace vibrar el corazón al recordar a los que han partido (Hebreos 4:16, Colosenses 2:7, Filipenses 4:6).

Mientras escribo esta entrega, vienen a mi memoria los recuerdos de mi infancia. Me embargan sentimientos de amor y nostalgia por los años pasados, las navidades en familia, los preparativos familiares, la decoración del árbol, los platillos tradicionales, las visitas a los abuelos, tíos, primos y amigos. Esperar juntos a que llegara la medianoche que indicaba el momento para elevar una oración por compartir en familia, bendecir los alimentos e intercambiar abrazos y regalos que, según el presupuesto; determinaría el tipo de regalo a recibir. ¿Cuán grande era la habilidad de nuestros padres en hacer que el dinero alcanzara para que todos tuviésemos algo? Todo aquello era felicidad y riqueza; ¡no lo sabíamos!, pero así era y no por el valor monetario del regalo, sino que por el amor con que era entregado (1 Tesalonicenses 5:18, Salmos 100:4, Salmos 63:4).

Años maravillosos aquellos, que son los tesoros más preciados de tiempos pasados; así que, en esta nochebuena, con una inmensa gratitud nos sentaremos a la mesa, regalando lo más preciado: la vida en familia, el tiempo con quienes amamos porque en navidad todos los caminos conducen a casa, compartir con los seres queridos y amigos un momento de alegría, paz, felicidad y fe porque hemos recordado que el pesebre es cada uno de nuestros corazones en el que permitimos nacer al Redentor del universo. ¡Esa amigo escritor, es la magia de la navidad! (Lucas 2:11-12, Juan 3:16, Mateo 2:11).

 Así que, en estas vísperas de navidad, deseo que el amor, la unión, la paz y la esperanza llenen tu corazón, que sea una nochebuena muy especial, que al calor de tu familia; eleven juntos una oración que les llene de fe e ilusión para que, en el pesebre de nuestro corazón, el Redentor, el Mesías tenga su lugar. Pero también llene de solidaridad para extender tu mano misericordiosa al más necesitado, al que necesita de alimento, abrigo y una palabra de aliento. Y, unidos en un sólo abrazo y en acción de gracias digamos tal y como lo dice el libro de San Lucas 2:14 “¡Gloria a Dios en las alturas, Y en la tierra paz, buena voluntad para con los hombres!” 

¡Muy feliz navidad! Deseo que puedas alcanzar los anhelos de tú corazón, que todos esos proyectos sean una realidad y que juntos sigamos escribiendo nuestra vida con tes, porque somos los escritores de nuestro destino, eligiendo qué añadir, qué dejar, qué compartir y cómo impactar a los demás.

Christmas Eve

December 24 marks on the calendar, the prelude to one of the most important celebrations among Christian believers. It represents the eve of Christmas, the commemoration of the birth of the savior of the world in a manger in Bethlehem and would be called “Emanuel that is, God with us” (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23).

Christmas, a celebration throughout the world and depending on customs and traditions, is celebrated in various ways. In this plurality of styles, there are elements that are the common denominator and it is definitely a season where colors, lights, trees dress the cities; shopping malls are crowded because everyone wants to give a special gift to their loved ones. Because of those comforts, trends and styles that are more impressive year after year, we have somewhat clouded our vision in the essence of the season; by allowing it to be a time of high commercial value and not the adoption of some human values ​​that seem to be forgotten the rest of the year.

This Christmas, without imagining it, we have returned to the essence of this wonderful time; to give away the most valuable: our time and love to our loved ones. Being grateful that we have been able to face all adversities, and before this new reality, we pause that makes our hearts vibrate as we remember those who have left (Hebrews 4:16, Colossians 2: 7, Philippians 4: 6).

As I write this installment, memories of my childhood come to mind. Feelings of love and nostalgia for years gone by, family holidays, family preparations, tree decoration, traditional dishes, visits to grandparents, uncles, cousins ​​and friends overwhelm me. Wait together for midnight to arrive, which indicated the time to raise a prayer to share with the family, bless the food and exchange hugs and gifts that, according to the budget; would determine the type of gift to receive. How great was our parents’ ability to make money enough for all of us to have something? All this was happiness and wealth; We did not know! But it was so and not because of the monetary value of the gift, but because of the love with which it was given (1 Thessalonians 5:18, Psalm 100: 4, Psalm 63: 4).

Those wonderful years, which are the most precious treasures of times past; So, on this Christmas Eve, with immense gratitude we will sit at the table, giving away the most precious things: family life, time with those we love because at Christmas all roads lead home, share with loved ones and friends a moment of joy, peace, happiness and faith because we have remembered that the manger is each of our hearts in which we allow the Redeemer of the universe to be born. That writer friend is the magic of Christmas! (Luke 2: 11-12, John 3:16, Matthew 2:11).

So, on this Christmas Eve, I wish that love, union, peace and hope fill your heart, that it be a very special Christmas Eve, that it would be in the warmth of your family. Raise together a prayer that fills you with faith and hope so that, in the manger of our hearts, the Redeemer, the Messiah has his place. But also fill with solidarity to extend your merciful hand to those most in need, to those who need food, shelter and a word of encouragement. And, united in a single embrace and in thanks, let us say as the book of Saint Luke 2:14 says: “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom he is pleased!”

El día de Acción de Gracias o Thanksgiving es una celebración nacional muy importante para los Estados Unidos. Una conmemoración que se caracteriza por dar las gracias a Dios por todas las bendiciones recibidas.

La festividad se ha difundido a lo largo de los siglos en diversas regiones, por lo que no quiero dejar pasar la oportunidad de agradecer especialmente en este año.

El 2020 ha sido un año de retos, de adversidad, pero también un año para recoger el fruto de nuestro esfuerzo, de nuestro trabajo. Ha sido un año en dónde todas nuestras capacidades y habilidades han sido puestas a prueba, de igual forma hemos descubierto que en la dificultad, surge una fuerza y determinación para seguir adelante (Jeremías 33:11).

Más que una celebración de un día especial y el inicio de una temporada importante en el calendario desde el punto de vista comercial; Acción de Gracias debe ser un estilo de vida.

Es necesario volver al significado de sus orígenes, orar por todo lo recibido, ver en los detalles la gratitud, la empatía y solidaridad que los que se unen a una mesa, comparten entre sí como una sola familia.

Hoy más que nunca es necesario “para exclamar con voz de acción de gracias, y para contar todas tus maravillas” como lo dice Salmos 26:7.

Nuestro Creador recompensa en público lo que en privado le pedimos en oración. Lo cumple de maneras en las que únicamente Él es un especialista, sorprendiéndonos, haciéndonos sentir tan amados y especiales (1 Timoteo 2:1, Filipenses 4:6).

Así que demos las gracias por un día más de vida, por el logro de una meta, por el trabajo, por culminar los estudios, por emprender un nuevo proyecto, por vencer una enfermedad, por iniciar una nueva vida, por mejorar tu autoestima; por iniciar una nueva familia, por sanar tus heridas, por ser tu mejor versión, por ser feliz.

Y aunque ha sido doloroso, aún en medio de las despedidas, por los que han dejado este mundo; sobre todo por ellos dar gracias a Dios por sus vidas, por su legado (1 Timoteo 4:4, Salmos 100:4).

Que mejor manera que demostrar nuestra gratitud, que vivir una vida en plenitud, sin importar lo que se encuentre a tu alrededor. “Cantad a Jehová con alabanza, Cantad con arpa a nuestro Dios. Él es quien cubre de nubes los cielos, El que prepara la lluvia para la tierra, El que hace a los montes producir hierba” lo describe el Libro de los Salmos 147: 7-8.

¡Que cada día celebres tu Acción de Gracias por todas las maravillas que existen en ti! ¡Hasta la próxima!

So let’s thank you for one more day of life, for achieving a goal, for your work, for completing your studies, for undertaking a new project, for overcoming a disease, for starting a new life, for improving your self-esteem; for starting a new family, for healing your wounds, for being your best version, for being happy.

And although it has been painful, even in the midst of the goodbyes, for those who have left this world; especially for them to thank God for their lives, for their legacy (1 Timothy 4: 4, Psalms 100: 4).

What better way than to show our gratitude, than to live a life to the full, no matter what you are around. “Make songs of praise to the Lord; make melody to our God with instruments of music. By his hand, the heaven is covered with clouds and rain is stores up for the earth; he makes the grass tall on the mountains” as is described in the Book of Psalms 147: 7-8.

May you celebrate your Thanksgiving every day for all the wonders that exist in you!
