Bajo su promesa

Cada vez que nos enfrentamos a una circunstancia que nos hace salir de nuestra zona de confort es probable que cuestionemos algunos puntos que por diversas razones no logramos entender; sin embargo, qué agradable es recibir una palabra de aliento, un abrazo o una sonrisa que nos recuerden que estamos bajo una promesa. “El sana a los quebrantados de corazón, y venda sus heridas.” es una palabra poderosa que encontramos en Salmo 147:3.

Cuando menos lo esperamos recibimos esa dosis de ánimo, de esperanza que nos permite recordar que aún en medio de la adversidad somo más que vencedores y que una vez que seamos probados, brillaremos como el oro.

Estar bajo su promesa es tener la certeza que cada paso que demos éste será prosperado aún en medio del valle de sombras. Es esa fortaleza que adquirimos junto a la sabiduría necesaria para tomar las mejores decisiones que nos impactan el día a día así lo encontramos en Isaías 26:3 “Tú guardarás en completa paz a aquel cuyo pensamiento en ti persevera.”

Estar bajo su promesa es tener la calma que desde nuestro interior se manifiesta, al saber que vamos por la ruta adecuada; es llenarnos de determinación y esfuerzo porque nuestras convicciones se llenan de más argumentos del camino a recorrer. “Echando toda vuestra ansiedad sobre él, porque él tiene cuidado de nosotros.” 1 Pedro 5:7.

Y para ti, especialmente para ti, que hoy es un día decisivo y especial, te recuerdo que te encuentras bajo su promesa. Esas largas horas de dudas e incertidumbre ya tienen su respuesta, así que llénate de fuerza para celebrar tu victoria porque te lo mereces así lo encontramos en Isaías 10:27 “Acontecerá en aquel tiempo que su carga será quitada de tu hombro, y su yugo de tu cerviz.”

¡Ánimo! mucho ánimo para tu vida, ¡estás haciendo tu mejor esfuerzo! y recuerda que estás bajo su promesa (Isaías 43:2).

Under his promise

Every time we face a circumstance that makes us leave our comfort zone, it is likely that we question some points that for various reasons we fail to understand; however, how nice it is to receive a word of encouragement, a hug or a smile that reminds us that we are under a promise. “He makes the broken-hearted well, and puts oil on their wounds.” it is a powerful word that we find in Psalm 147:3.

When we least expect it, we receive that dose of encouragement, of hope that allows us to remember that even in the midst of adversity we are more than conquerors and that once we are tested, we will shine like gold.

Being under his promise is having the certainty that every step we take will be prosperous even in the middle of the valley of shadows. It is that strength that we acquire along with the necessary wisdom to make the best decisions that impact us day to day, as we find in Isaiah 26:3 “The man whose heart is unmoved you will keep in peace, because his hope is in you.“

To be under his promise is to have the calm that manifests itself from within, knowing that we are on the right path; it is to fill us with determination and effort because our convictions are filled with more arguments of the way to go. “Putting all your troubles on him, for he takes care of you.” 1 Peter 5:7.

And for you, especially for you, who today is a decisive and special day, I remind you that you are under his promise. Those long hours of doubts and uncertainty already have their answer, so fill yourself with strength to celebrate your victory because you deserve it, so we find it in Isaiah 10:27 “And in that day the weight which he put on your back will be taken away, and his yoke broken from off your neck.“

Come on! much encouragement for your life, you are doing your best! and remember that you are under his promise (Isaiah 43:2).

Liderazgo

Hola amigos escritores de su vida. Le damos un abrazo a este mes de abril en donde personalmente es un mes de inicios, de nuevas tareas y metas que año con año me voy replanteando.

Entre esa mejora continua, el tema de liderazgo tiene un papel importante. Si lo vemos desde su definición “es el conjunto de habilidades gerenciales o de las directivas que un individuo tiene para influir en la forma de ser y actuar de las otras personas o en un grupo de trabajo determinado, haciendo que este equipo trabaje con entusiasmo hacia el logro de sus metas y objetivos. También se entiende como la capacidad de delegar, tomar la iniciativa, gestionar, convocar, promover, incentivar, motivar y evaluar un proyecto.”

Y este es un factor valioso para cualquier persona, el contar un líder que lo ayude a impactar de manera adecuada en su vida; ¿Quién no se siente agradecido por haber tenido a su lado a personas que dejaron huellas que sin importar el pasar de los años, son tangibles como el primer día?

Por esa razón, el rol de liderazgo que asumamos o recibamos, debe ser aplicado de la mejor manera con características que van desde la innovación, la capacidad comunicativa, la adaptación al cambio, el compromiso, la resiliencia, la pasión para inspirar y motivar, la agilidad, flexibilidad y la empatía que permita conectarse con los demás.

El verdadero líder es aquel que se encuentra cercano, humano, sabio y con una capacidad de conexión a todos los niveles que permitan a todas las mentes poderse sentirse identificadas y crear la confianza necesaria para que por convicción sean parte activa del cambio (Proverbios 16:9).

El liderazgo gestiona eficientemente su tiempo, no se diluye en acciones que no conducen más que a un camino sin salida ni soluciones. Es aquel que desde sus lecciones aprendidas, reconoce la importancia de la mejora continua y con la humildad necesaria acepta que esta vida es una constante asimilación de nuevas formas de hacer las cosas porque el conocimiento es dinámico.

Esas características nos ayudan a reconocer a esos líderes, lo que nos motiva en aplicar esos ejemplos, reconocer el camino que debemos andar y las obras que hemos de realizar como lo menciona Éxodo 18:20.

Esos liderazgos son tan gratos encontrarlos en nuestros caminos, por lo que a todos ellos les damos las gracias por todas las huellas que han dejado en nuestras vidas.

Leadership

Hello writer friends of your life. We give a hug to this month of April where personally it is a month of beginnings, of new tasks and goals that year after year I am rethinking.

Among this continuous improvement, the issue of leadership plays an important role. If we see it from its definition “it is the set of management skills or directives that an individual has to influence the way of being and acting of other people or in a certain work group, making this team work enthusiastically towards the achievement of its goals and objectives. It is also understood as the ability to delegate, take the initiative, manage, convene, promote, encourage, motivate and evaluate a project.”

And this is a valuable factor for any person, to have a leader who helps them make an adequate impact on their life. Who does not feel grateful for having had by their side people who left footprints that, regardless of the passing of the years, are as tangible as the first day?

For this reason, the leadership role that we assume or receive must be applied in the best way with characteristics that range from innovation, communication skills, adaptation to change, commitment, resilience, passion to inspire and motivate, agility, flexibility and empathy that allows you to connect with others.

The true leader is one who is close, human, wise and with a capacity for connection at all levels that allows all minds to feel identified and create the necessary confidence so that by conviction they are an active part of the change (Proverbs 16: 9).

Leadership efficiently manages its time, it is not diluted in actions that only lead to a path with no exit or solutions. It is the one who, from his lessons learned, recognizes the importance of continuous improvement and with the necessary humility accepts that this life is a constant assimilation of new ways of doing things because knowledge is dynamic.

These characteristics help us recognize those leaders, which motivates us to apply those examples, recognize the path we must walk and the works we must perform as mentioned in Exodus 18:20.

These leaderships are so pleasing to meet on our paths, so we thank all of them for all the traces they have left in our lives.

Ikigai

Hola amigos escritores de su vida, para estos días con lo cercano que se encuentra el final del año; me hace pensar en esas pequeñas y continuas acciones que hacemos para cumplir lo que es más que un trabajo para nosotros, es decir lo que nos llena de emoción y es nuestra misión (Salmos 139:13).

El éxito es la suma de todos los esfuerzos y aprendizajes que obtenemos al dedicarle tiempo a una actividad, en donde a través de los errores, estudiamos una manera de cómo intentarlo la próxima vez y lograr cumplir nuestros objetivos.

Y es que cuando algo se convierte en nuestra misión, no importa el tiempo, esfuerzo, dedicación o resultados; seguimos desarrollando nuestros dones y talentos para cada día acercarnos más al logro de ese objetivo (1 Timoteo 1:5).

Por esa razón, esta publicación la abordaremos a través del Ikigai. Palabra japonesa que dentro de su filosofía lo considera como la razón principal de la existencia, ese motivo para levantarnos cada día y  en que en nuestro interior se encuentra el sentido de nuestra vida.

En ese proceso de descubrimiento, aprendemos a descubrirnos como personas en donde reconocemos nuestras virtudes, las cosas que nos gusta hacer, las actividades con las que podemos obtener una remuneración o un medio de vida y por último pero no menos importante; las necesidades del mundo (Gálatas 6:10). 

Estos cuatro elementos son importantes para que idealmente podamos trabajar en lo que amamos y así sobrellevemos los retos de la vida, alternando lo demás componentes de talentos y beneficio hacia la humanidad.

En ese descubrimiento de nuestro camino por la vida será un proceso de aprendizaje de prueba y error que nos permitirá sin duda alguna el conocernos mejor, autoanalizarnos así como reflexionar. Esos resultados nos conducirán a definir el sentido de nuestra vida apuntando a nuestro ikigai (Proverbios 4:23).

Si ya has descubierto tu ikigai, te ánimo a que sigas en tu camino en la construcción y cumplimiento de esa pasión; que en los momentos de dificultad, no pierdas la fe como la esperanza de seguir en el proceso de llegar a su meta. El camino es la felicidad así que disfruta de cada matiz que encuentres.

Si por otra parte, te encuentras en el proceso de descubrimiento, deseo que puedas conocer a su debido tiempo tus valores, virtudes, fortalezas; recordando que dentro de ti existe un potencial grande, una pasión que te mueve y únicamente es cuestión de lograr unir las piezas de ese rompecabezas para encontrarte a ti mismo.

Y una vez que encontremos nuestro ikigai, pongamos nuestra alma, vida y corazón en esa pasión; disfrutando de cada momento. Añadiendo más planes si nuestras perspectivas cambian ya que todo evoluciona para crecer y llevarnos a otros proyectos, porque como todo, este camino es un constante cambio como aprendizaje que nos recuerda para que fuimos creados (Romanos 12:4).

Ikigai

Hello writers friends of your life, these days closet to the end of the year make me think of those small and continuous actions we do to accomplish what is more than a job for us, that is, what fills us with emotion and is our mission (Psalm 139: 13).

Success is the sum of all the efforts and learning that we obtain by dedicating time to an activity, where through mistakes, we study a way of how to try it the next time and achieve our objectives.

And it is that when something becomes our mission, it does not matter the time, effort, dedication or results. We continue to develop our gifts and talents to get closer to achieving that goal each day (1 Timothy 1: 5).

For that reason, we will address this post through the Ikigai. It is a Japanese word that within its philosophy considers it as the main reason for existence, that reason to get up every day and in which the meaning of our life is found within us.

In this process of discovery, we learn to discover ourselves as people where we recognize our virtues, the things we like to do, the activities with which we can obtain a remuneration or a livelihood and last but not least, the needs of the world (Galatians 6:10).

These four elements are important so that we can ideally work on what we love and thus overcome the challenges of life, alternating the other components of talents and benefit towards humanity.

In this discovery of our path through life, it will be a learning process of trial and error that will allow us without a doubt to get to know ourselves better, to analyze ourselves as well as to reflect. These results will lead us to define the meaning of our life by pointing to our ikigai (Proverbs 4:23).

If you have already discovered your ikigai, I encourage you to continue on your way in building and fulfilling that passion. Do not lose faith in times of difficulty, as the hope to continue in the process of reaching your goal. The path is happiness so enjoy every nuance that finds you.

If, on the other hand, you are in the process of discovery, I hope you can know your values, virtues, strengths in due time; remembering that within you there is a great potential, a passion that moves you and it is only a matter of joining the pieces of that puzzle to find yourself.

And once we find our ikigai, let’s put our soul, life and heart in that passion, enjoying every moment. Adding more plans if our perspectives change as everything evolves to grow and lead us to other projects, because like everything else, this path is a constant change as learning that reminds us why we were created (Romans 12: 4).

Hoy amigo escritor es un nuevo amanecer, la gracia e ilusión de este día lo viviremos de principio a fin sin importar la circunstancias que nos acompañen.

Hoy, es un día para vivirlo de manera especial, porque sabemos que bienaventurado el hombre que tiene ti sus fuerzas, en cuyo corazón están tus caminos como lo dice Salmos 84:5.

Hoy, haremos que cada minuto que transcurra sea atesorado como las riquezas que tendremos en nuestras memorias el día de mañana.

Hoy, nos gozaremos y alegraremos con canto nuevo porque en nuestras aflicciones hemos sido consolados (Salmos 31:7).

Hoy, desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer, disfrutaremos los regalos de la naturaleza; los rayos de sol, el cielo azul y todo lo que se encuentra a nuestro alrededor. 

Hoy es tiempo de agradecer por todo, ya que hemos recordado que Dios es el que nos ciñe de poder, Y quien hace perfecto nuestro camino (Salmos 18:32).

Hoy, vemos con nuevos colores lo hermoso de la vida, no existen afanes ni presiones porque hemos entendido que este presente es uno de los regalos más preciados que podemos tener.

Hoy, somos más que vencedores por medio de aquel que nos amó, aquel que nos sostiene y nos dice: no temas, yo te ayudo (Romanos 8:37, Isaías 41:13).

Hoy, haremos que las emociones que en este día descubramos, nos llenen de la fuerza necesaria para abrazar nuestro futuro.

Todas las emociones son necesarias para enseñarnos el valor de la alegría, de la esperanza y la fe; así que también damos gracias por las lecciones que las adversidades, las dudas, la tristeza, la desilusión y el miedo nos han enseñado para ser más conscientes de lo necesario que es vivir este hoy.

 Así que recibamos este hoy, que cada segundo de este día cuenta. Son tantas las adversidades que enfrentamos, que es muy necesario e importante recordar que cada día tiene su propio afán y por eso cada día merece ser vivido a su manera.

El ayer es pasado, el mañana es futuro, lo que concretamente tenemos es este hoy lleno de metas por cumplir.

Disfrutemos este hoy, abracémoslo con eterna gratitud y bondad, por que este es el día que ha hecho el Señor, para celebrarlo con Él (Salmos 118:24).

Today my writer friend is a new dawn and with grace and illusion we will live this day from beginning to end regardless of the circumstances that accompany us.

Today is a day to live it in a special way, because we know how blessed is the man who has his strength in you, in whose heart are your ways as Psalm 84: 5 says.

Today, we will make every minute that passes be treasured like the riches that we will have in our memories tomorrow.

Today, we will rejoice and rejoice with new song because in our afflictions we have been comforted (Psalm 31: 7).

Today, from dawn to dusk, we will enjoy the gifts of nature: the sun’s rays, the blue sky and everything that is around us.

Today is the time to be thankful for everything, since we have remembered that God is the one who girdles us with power, and who makes our way perfect (Psalms 18:32).

Today, we see with new colors the beauty of life, there are no worries or pressures because we have understood that this present is one of the most precious gifts we can have.

Today, we are more than conquerors through the one who loved us, the one who sustains us and tells us: do not fear, I will help you (Romans 8:37, Isaiah 41:13).

Today, we will make the emotions that we discover on this day fill us with the necessary strength to embrace our future.

All emotions are necessary to teach us the value of joy, hope and faith. We also give thanks for the lessons that adversity, doubts, sadness, disappointment and fear have taught us to be more aware of how necessary it is to live this today.

 So let’s get this today, every second of this day counts. There are so many adversities we face that it is very necessary and important to remember that each day has its own desire and that is why each day deserves to be vivid in its own way.

Yesterday is past, tomorrow is future, what we specifically have is this today full of goals to meet.

Let’s enjoy this today, let’s embrace it with eternal gratitude and kindness, because this is the day that the Lord has made, to celebrate it with Him (Psalms 118: 24).

Sublime Gracia

Hola queridos escritores de su vida, hace más de un año que nos encontramos en confinamiento y durante este tiempo hemos afrontado tantas cosas. Personalmente, he visto como la gracia  ha estado presente en cada segundo, a cada instante; por lo que esta entrega la dedico a esa Sublime Gracia.

¿Qué es la Gracia? Es ese regalo concedido por el Creador del Universo para ayudar al ser humano a cumplir o lograr en cada aspecto de nuestra vida diversos tipos de bendiciones que no son resultado de nuestras acciones sino su infinito amor de padre. Una de las traducciones a la que  hace referencia en las Escrituras proviene de la palabra griega charis, que significa “favor, bendición o bondad” (Efesios 2:8-10, Tito 2:11). 

Viéndolo de la manera más sencilla, la podemos encontrar en cada esfuerzo que le dedicamos a una tarea o actividad, donde las circunstancias hacen que el camino tal vez no sea tan sencillo  como nos lo habíamos planteado y de repente; ante nosotros, se abren las puertas que no imaginamos se pudieran lograr. Nos extienden la mano, nos miran con agrado para que podamos superar con creces las expectativas de nuestros planes y la única explicación que encontramos es que hemos recibido gracia ante los ojos de los demás (2 Corintios 12:9, Hebreos 4:16, Números 6:25). 

Que alegría la que sentimos al recibir sorpresivamente ese regalo, sabiendo que detrás de lo que nuestros ojos ven, existe un amor incondicional que nos hace sabernos amados, escuchados, privilegiados ya que aún medio de nuestros días de dificultad; cuando nuestra humanidad aflora y muestra nuestra debilidad, sin importar cuánto nos equivoquemos, la incertidumbre que tengamos hacia lo desconocido, nuestras oraciones son escuchadas, regalándonos esa gracia sublime de vernos con amor (Juan 8:9-12, 2 Timoteo 2:1).

Por lo que la mejor manera de corresponder a ese amor inagotable, es celebrar con acción de gracias de que en cada etapa de atravesemos, en las circunstancias más dolorosas, más difíciles o en los días de abundancia,  de salud; tengamos esa conexión única que se tiene a través de la conversación íntima como lo es la oración con ese amigo, con ese Coach, con ese Padre o como quieras llamarle. Encontrarás en esos momentos la paz, la fe y fortaleza que necesitas para seguir adelante (1 Tesalonicenses 5:17, Salmos 100:4) .

Así que amigo escritor, no te sientas solo. Esta temporada pasará y te será de ayuda para alcanzar tu mejor versión, fortalecer tu fe, tu amor a la humanidad; en los momentos de mayor dificultad es donde florecen nuestros más significativos aprendizajes y es también ahí donde recibimos muestras más grandes de que “en todas estas cosas somos más que vencedores por medio de aquel que nos amó”, como lo encuentras en Romanos 8:37.

¡Que la gracia y paz siempre estén presentes en nuestras vidas! (Efesios 1:2, Gálatas 6:18 Filipenses 1:2)

Amazing Grace

Hello dear writers of your life, we have been in confinement for more than a year and during this time we have faced so many things. Personally, I have seen how grace has been present in every second, every moment and I dedicate this delivery to that Amazing Grace.

What is Grace? It is that gift granted by the Creator of the Universe to help the human being to fulfill or achieve in every aspect of our life with different types of blessings that are not the result of our actions, but the infinite love of his father. One of the translations referenced in Scripture comes from the Greek word charis, which means “favor, blessing, or goodness” (Ephesians 2: 8-10, Titus 2:11).

Seeing it in the simplest way, we can find it in every effort that we dedicate to a task or activity, where circumstances make the path perhaps not as simple as we had planned and suddenly, before us, doors open that we did not imagine could be achieved. They reach out to us, they look at us with pleasure so that we can far exceed the expectations of our plans and the only explanation we can find is that we have received grace in the eyes of others (2 Corinthians 12: 9, Hebrews 4:16, Numbers 6:25).

What joy we feel when we suddenly receive that gift, knowing that behind what our eyes see, there is an unconditional love that makes us know that we are loved, listened to, privileged, even in the midst of our difficult days. When our humanity emerges and shows our weakness, no matter how much we are wrong, the uncertainty we have towards the unknown, our prayers are heard, giving us that amazing grace to see each other with love (John 8: 9-12, 2 Timothy 2: 1) .

Therefore, the best way to respond to this inexhaustible love is to celebrate with thanksgiving that in each stage we go through the most painful and difficult circumstances or in the days of abundance, of health. Let’s have that unique connection through intimate conversation such as prayer with that friend, with that Coach, with that Father or whatever you want to call him. In those moments you will find the peace, faith, and strength you need to move forward (1 Thessalonians 5:17, Psalm 100: 4).

So writer friend, don’t feel alone. This season will pass and it will help you to reach your best version, strengthen your faith, your love for humanity. It is in moments of greatest difficulty that our most significant learnings flourish and it is also there that we receive the greatest signs that “in all these things we are more than conquerors through the one who loved us”, as you find in Romans 8:37 .

May grace and peace always be present in our lives! (Ephesians 1: 2, Galatians 6:18 Philippians 1: 2)

¡Resolviendo la Tarea!

La nueva forma en que los estudiantes reciben sus aprendizajes en la mayoría del mundo, ha obligado a la familia en ser ese pilar fundamental, ese soporte técnico para que los niños en edad escolar puedan recibir la educación; el tiempo no se detiene y debemos seguir adelante especialmente en tiempos de confinamiento.

La asignatura estelar es matemáticas, ¿Cuántos de nosotros hacemos ejercitar nuestras neuronas en querer ayudar a los niños que se encuentran estudiando y tienen diversas dudas con un problema matemático? 

Estos intentos, me llaman mucho la atención. Observo como en la edad temprana aprendemos lo necesario para la resolución de los problemas que llevan sumas, restas, multiplicaciones y división por mencionar algo básico; pero son en realidad algo con un trasfondo mayor, son los primeros retos intencionados que nos preparan para crear y fortalecer nuestra habilidad en cómo resolver problemas para el resto de nuestra vida.

Y es que las matemáticas son fundamentales para el desarrollo intelectual del ser humano, nos ayudan a razonar, a usar la lógica y la mente para el pensamiento y la abstracción entre muchos otros beneficios. El resto de las asignaturas de acuerdo a los distintos diseños curriculares que existen alrededor del mundo; van complementando las habilidades que se requieren para la vida adulta y en la formación de las nuevas generaciones.

El día de mañana, cuando esta nueva normalidad sea superada y se vuelvan a abrir los centros escolares, la economía y la sociedad; en las memorias que tendrán los que hoy son menores de edad, seguramente contarán a sus descendencias el cómo fue sobrellevar el confinamiento en una era que daba todo por sentado, y que nos vimos obligados en recordar cómo resolver esos problemas (Proverbios 2:2, Colosenses 4:6).

Aún seguimos resolviendo la tarea, la vida es una asignatura que implica la capacidad de decisión, de iniciativa, de confianza en sí mismo, así como el respecto a las creencias e ideas de los demás; de la solidaridad, el amor al prójimo, de la empatía y el optimismo entre muchas otras cosas (Santiago 3:17, Efesios 5:15,  Proverbios 12:15) . 

Así que la próxima vez, que le des una mano a un escolar para que pueda estudiar matemáticas, recuerda que detrás de esos problemas numéricos, existe toda una intencionalidad en la formación de un ser humano que sea capaz de enfrentar con un pensamiento lógico las mejores decisiones para su vida (Proverbios 22:6, Deuteronomio 11:9).

El Poema Educar de Gabriel Celaya refleja a la perfección lo que deseo expresar: “Educar es lo mismo que poner un motor a una barca…Hay que medir, pensar, equilibrar… y poner todo en marcha. Pero para eso, uno tiene que llevar en el alma un poco de marino… un poco de pirata… un poco de poeta… y un kilo y medio de paciencia concentrada. Pero es consolador soñar, mientras uno trabaja, que ese barco, ese niño, irá muy lejos por el agua. Soñar que es navío llevará nuestra carga de palabras hacia puertos distantes, hacia islas lejanas. Soñar que, cuando un día esté durmiendo nuestra propia barca, en barcos nuevos seguirá nuestra bandera enarbolada.”

Por lo que antes de despedirme amigo escritor de tu vida, me gustaría felicitar a todos los que están  luchando por salir adelante, creando las condiciones para que el crecimiento intelectual, emocional y físico no se detenga. Solving the Homework! 

The new way in which students receive their learning in most of the world has forced the family to be that fundamental pillar, that technical support so that school-age children can receive education. Time is ticking and we must keep going especially in times of confinement.

The stellar subject is mathematics and how many of us do exercise our neurons in wanting to help children who are studying and have various doubts with a mathematical problem?

These attempts attract my attention a lot. I observe how at an early age we learn what is necessary to solve problems that involve addition, subtraction, multiplication and division to mention something basic. However, they are actually something with a greater background, they are the first intentional challenges that prepare us to create and strengthen our ability to solve problems for the rest of our lives.

Mathematics is fundamental for the intellectual development of the human being as it helps us to reason, to use logic and the mind for thought and abstraction among many other benefits helps the rest of the subjects according to the different curricular designs that exist around the world. The subjects are complementing the skills required for adult life and in the training of new generations.

Tomorrow, when this new normal is overcome and schools, the economy and society reopen, the memories of those who are minors today will have, they will surely tell their descendants what it was like to endure confinement in an era that took everything for granted, and that we were forced to remember how to solve those problems (Proverbs 2: 2, Colossians 4: 6).

We are still solving the task, life is a subject that implies the capacity for decision, initiative, self-confidence, as well as respect for the beliefs and ideas of others; solidarity, love of neighbor, empathy and optimism among many other things (James 3:17, Ephesians 5:15, Proverbs 12:15).

So next time, that you give a hand to school children so that they can study mathematics, remember that behind those numerical problems, there is a whole intention in the formation of a human being who is capable of facing the best with a logical thought decisions for your life (Proverbs 22: 6, Deuteronomy 11: 9).

The Educating Poem by Gabriel Celaya perfectly reflects what I want to express: “Educating is the same as putting an engine in a boat… You have to measure, think, balance… and start everything. But for that, one has to carry in one’s soul a bit of a sailor … a bit of a pirate … a bit of a poet … and a kilo and a half of concentrated patience. But it is comforting to dream, while you are working, that that ship, that child, will go very far on the water. Dreaming that it is a ship will carry our load of words to distant ports, to distant islands. To dream that, when one day our own boat is sleeping, our flag will follow in new boats.“

So before saying goodbye, my writer friend of your life, I would like to congratulate all those who are struggling to get ahead, creating the conditions so that intellectual, emotional and physical growth does not stop. I want you to know that we are doing our best, let’s move on, let’s not give up that in due time we will rejoice in the harvest of success for all we have dedicated so that humanity has a better place to live.

Con Profunda Gratitud

Hola queridos escritores de su vida, estamos a escasos días de concluir febrero. ¡Este año va avanzando rápidamente!

Hoy quiero compartirles que hace un par de días atrás, recibí una cirugía que no estaba en mis planes pero sin duda la necesitaba para mejorar mi condición de salud; la cual de manera silenciosa se había deteriorado pero que en el momento adecuado se tomaron las medidas para mejorar.

Esta inesperada condición me hace incorporar más metas u objetivos a mi plan de propósitos para este 2021. El simple hecho de pasar por el quirófano es una experiencia de emociones encontradas para el paciente, dejando de lado el grado de complejidad que la intervención pueda tener así como el proceso de recuperación.

En los días previos a la cirugía, mientras preparaba todo lo necesario, en los momentos de conversación con mi Coach, me llené de paz, tranquilidad y fe; aunque a mi alrededor las circunstancias no son tan apacibles por las condiciones de la vida misma y los momentos de dificultad que vive la humanidad (Salmos 103:3, Salmos 147:3).

Esa paz que sobrepasa todo entendimiento es un regalo maravilloso, que todo aquel que lo recibe es afortunado en tener esa dosis de amor de lo alto.

Durante este tiempo de descanso, me hizo pensar en varios detalles que no sólo se enfocan en mi caso de salud, sino en la lucha diaria que el personal sanitario y pacientes debemos de afrontar ante esta nueva normalidad. Por esa razón no quiero dejar pasar la oportunidad para agradecer a todas las personas que dan de sí para ayudar a otros mientras atravesamos un proceso de convalecencia, a esas manos que están ahí y que sin conocerte, te apoyan para que puedas recuperarte y seguir con tu vida (Santiago 5:14).

Deseo que todo aquel que se encuentra en un proceso de enfermedad o convalecencia encuentre ánimo y paz en: “No temas, porque yo estoy contigo; no desmayes, porque yo soy tu Dios que te esfuerzo; siempre te ayudaré, siempre te sustentaré con la diestra de mi justicia” como lo encuentras en Isaías 41:10.

Y a los que nos ayudan de todas las maneras posibles como lo son en la oración, en ánimo, en recuperación, entre otras; con profunda gratitud expresamos nuestro reconocimiento por extender la mano al que necesita ayuda (Santiago 5:16, San Mateo 4:23, Salmos 30:2).

Mi recuperación va por un excelente camino, poco a poco voy retomando mis actividades, mis proyectos, tareas, creando de manera más consciente esa mejor versión, ¡así que aquí vamos con los mejores ánimos en esta nueva temporada! (1 Tesalonicenses 5:18, Filipenses 4:6, Hebreos 4:16).

With Deep Gratitude

Hello dear writers in your life, we are a few days away from concluding February. This year it is progressing rapidly!

Today I want to share with you that a couple of days ago, I received a surgery that was not in my plans but without a doubt I needed it to improve my health condition; which had quietly deteriorated but measures were taken to improve at the right time.

This unexpected condition makes me incorporate more goals or objectives to my purpose plan for this 2021. The simple fact of going through the operating room is an experience of conflicting emotions for the patient, leaving aside the degree of complexity that the intervention may have as well as the recovery process.

In the days before the surgery, while preparing everything I needed, in the moments of conversation with my Coach, I was filled with peace, tranquility and faith. Although around me the circumstances are not so peaceful due to the conditions of life itself and the moments of difficulty that humanity experiences (Psalm 103: 3, Psalm 147: 3).

That peace that passes all understanding is a wonderful gift, that everyone who receives it is fortunate to have that dose of love from on high.

During this time of rest, he made me think about several details that not only focus on my health case, but on the daily struggle that healthcare personnel and patients must face in the face of this new normal. For that reason I do not want to miss the opportunity to thank all the people who give of themselves to help others while we go through a convalescence process, to those hands that are there and that without knowing you, support you so that you can recover and continue with your life (James 5:14).

I hope that everyone who is in a process of illness or convalescence finds encouragement and peace in: “Have no fear, for I am with you; do not be looking about in trouble, for I am your God; I will give you strength, yes I will be your helper; yes, my true right hand will be your support” as you find it in Isaiah 41:10.

And to those who help us in all possible ways such as in prayer, in encouragement, in recovery, among others. With deep gratitude we express our appreciation for reaching out to those in need (James 5:16, Matthew 4:23, Psalms 30: 2).

My recovery is on an excellent path, little by little I am resuming my activities, my projects, tasks, creating in a more conscious way that best version. So here we go with the best of spirits in this new season! (1 Thessalonians 5:18, Philippians 4: 6, Hebrews 4:16).

¡187 Días!

Hola queridos escritores de su vida. Hoy cumplimos 187 días desde el inicio oficial de Escribiendo la Vida con T. Es un día de celebración porque he visto a lo largo de estos meses, cómo este Bambú entre mis Manos ha ido creciendo (Habacuc 2:2).

En algunas entregas anteriores he comentado brevemente lo fascinante, interesante y aleccionador que ha sido el superar muchos retos que me han permitido entre otras cosas salir de mi zona de confort.

Por lo que además de celebrar, es un día para agradecer a todos los que me han brindado su apoyo, a ustedes que dedican su valioso tiempo en leer o escuchar mis pensamientos. A esas manos valiosas que están a mi lado para darme toda la ayuda que necesito y también a los que me han dado la espalda, me han cerrado las puertas simplemente porque sí (1 Corintios 15:57; 1 Tesalonicenses 5:18). 

A todos, han sido una motivación para seguir adelante, a no renunciar a mis sueños, a mis propósitos y a confirmar cada día que a la única persona que debo superar es a mí misma y no a nadie más. Mi visión es no ser mejor que nadie más, sino que buscar mi mejor versión cada día, ahí está la diferencia. 

Cada ser humano tiene un papel que cumplir en esta vida, por lo que, aunque intente mil cosas por tener el rol de otro y que obviamente no es para mí; simplemente las cosas no funcionarán porque mis talentos, habilidades, dones me han preparado para ser el protagónico de mi propia historia no la de alguien más (Salmos 141:2).

Así que, ¡seamos felices como podamos cada día! Disfrutando de los detalles, de los colores, de nuestras experiencias. Puedo decirte que en los momentos de tristeza o decepción; toma un descanso, elimina de tu camino lo que no edifica, suelta lo que te lastima para que viajes más ligero y disfrutes mejor del viaje (Filipenses 4:6).

Por mi parte, sigo adelante con mis metas y proyectos, con mis ilusiones, lecciones; aprendiendo a disfrutar de los matices de la vida, porque la alegría es el camino que recorremos cada día no el destino de nuestro viaje (Colosenses 3:17).

Te animo a que retomes esos sueños, esos proyectos, atrévete a cumplirlos, a dejar huellas; ya que muchas veces no podemos imaginar que con nuestras pequeñas acciones impactamos la vida de los demás, somos como esas ondas que mueven las aguas estancadas, que cumplen con su trabajo sin darse cuenta y les hace realmente feliz porque con el tiempo vieron cumplir esas promesas, viviendo un nuevo día, entendiendo lo necesario del trayecto que nos ha traído hasta aquí (Romanos 15:2).

Recuerda que damos a los demás lo que existe en nuestro interior, y en nuestras manos está el elegir si dejaremos huellas o cicatrices.

187 Days!

Hello dear writers of your life. Today we celebrate 187 days since the official start of Writing Life with T. It is a day of celebration because I have seen throughout these months, how this Bamboo between my hands has grown (Habakkuk 2: 2).

In some previous installments, I have briefly commented how fascinating, interesting and instructive it has been to overcome many challenges that have allowed me, among other things, to get out of my comfort zone.

So in addition to celebrating, it is a day to thank all those who have given me their support, you who spend your valuable time reading or listening to my thoughts. To those precious hands that are by my side to give me all the help I need and also to those who have turned their backs on me, they have closed the doors simply because (1 Corinthians 15:57; 1 Thessalonians 5:18).

To all of them, they have been a motivation to keep going, not to give up my dreams, my purposes and to confirm every day that the only person I must overcome is myself and not anyone else. My vision is not to be better than anyone else, but to look for my best version every day, there is the difference.

Each human being has a role to play in this life, so even if I try a thousand things to play the role of another and that is obviously not for me; things simply won’t work out because my talents, abilities, gifts have prepared me to be the protagonist of my own story, not someone else’s (Psalm 141: 2).

So, let’s be happy as we can every day! Enjoying the details, the colors, our experiences. I can tell you that in moments of sadness or disappointment; take a break, remove from your path what does not build up, let go of what hurts you so that you travel lighter and enjoy the trip better (Philippians 4: 6).

For my part, I continue with my goals and projects, with my dreams, lessons; learning to enjoy the nuances of life, because joy is the path we travel every day, not the destination of our journey (Colossians 3:17).

I encourage you to take up those dreams, those projects, dare to fulfill them, to leave traces; since many times we cannot imagine that with our small actions we impact the lives of others, we are like those waves that move the stagnant waters, that do their job without realizing it and make them really happy because over time they saw those promises fulfilled , living a new day, understanding the necessity of the journey that has brought us here (Romans 15: 2).

Remember that we give to others what exists within us, and it is in our hands to choose whether we will leave traces or scars.

¡Feliz Año Nuevo! El 2021 está aquí.

La lista de propósitos de Año Nuevo es una costumbre muy utilizada por las personas alrededor del mundo. Es la ilusión de nuevos comienzos, mejorar estilos de vida, establecerse nuevas metas que incluyen estudios, proyectos, empleos; en fin, de tantas cosas que te permitan motivarte por lo que de manera consciente o inconsciente formulamos esta lista (2 Corintios 5:17).

Dentro de las cosas a tomar en consideración al momento de establecer tus metas o propósitos es que definas objetivos medibles, verificables y alcanzables para evitar que con el pasar de los meses, perdamos la motivación y terminemos abandonando lo escrito con mucha ilusión en esa lista. 

Recuerda que para cada proyecto que emprendas, es necesario destinar esfuerzos, paciencia, constancia, motivación y desarrollar cada vez más tus habilidades para que tus talentos se fortalezcan también.  

Recuerda también establecer un balance en tu vida para no llenarte de ansiedad o estrés, al ver que tu meta no avanza como lo habías pensado. Los grandes logros de la historia hechos por la humanidad han tomado su tiempo, no fueron hechos de la noche a la mañana, ¡así que no te desanimes! (San Mateo 6:25).

Disfruta del camino, valora las lecciones, sonríe cada día, llora cuando sea necesario; descansa cuando te sientas agotado, toma ese respiro y continúa. Paso a paso, poco a poco, irás viendo frente a ti como recoges el fruto de tus manos.

Y una vez que lo consigas, ¡Sé agradecido!, sé bondadoso y comparte con los demás de tus éxitos.

Existe una famosa frase que dice que cada vez que inicia un año, son 365 nuevas oportunidades para escribir tu historia, así que disfruta de estos doce meses, 52 semanas que son el lienzo el blanco para seguir escribiendo la vida con t.

Por lo pronto, yo sigo elaborando mi lista de propósitos para que en este nuevo año no falte la esperanza, la fe, el amor, la salud, la solidaridad y la alegría de vivir (2 Pedro 3:13, Isaías 40:31, Hebreos 13:1).

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! 2021 is here.

The list of New Year’s resolutions is a custom widely used by people around the world. It is the illusion of new beginnings, improving lifestyles, setting new goals that include studies, projects, Jobs and many things that allow you to be motivated by what we consciously or unconsciously formulate for this list (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Among the things to take into consideration when setting your goals or purposes is that you define measurable, verifiable and achievable objectives to avoid that with the passing of the months, we lose motivation and end up abandoning what is written with great enthusiasm in that list.

Remember that for each project you undertake, it is necessary to allocate efforts, patience, perseverance, motivation and increasingly develop your skills so that your talents are also strengthened.

Remember also to establish a balance in your life so as not to fill you with anxiety or stress, seeing that your goal does not advance as you had thought. The great achievements of history made by humanity have taken their time, they were not made overnight, so do not be discouraged! (Matthew 6:25).

Enjoy the road, appreciate the lessons, smile every day, cry when necessary, rest when you feel exhausted, take that breath and continue. Step by step, little by little, you will see in front of you how you collect the fruit from your hands.

And once you do, be grateful! Be kind and share your successes with others.

There is a famous phrase that says that every time a year begins, there are 365 new opportunities to write your story, so enjoy these twelve months, 52 weeks that are the blank canvas to continue writing life with you.

For now, I continue to draw up my list of resolutions so that in this new year hope, faith, love, health, solidarity and joy of life do not lack (2 Peter 3:13, Isaiah 40:31, Hebrews 13: 1).

¡El Último Día del Año!

¡Hoy es 31 de diciembre, llegamos al último día de este 2020!

En una vista a este año, ¡será un año para la historia! Recuerdo que en el 2019 esperaba con muchas expectativas ¿Cómo sería este año? Pero con todo lo vívido y lo ocurrido, no pude imaginarlo y llego a la conclusión de que, aunque tengamos muchos planes, la última palabra la tiene Dios.

A la par de momentos difíciles, que incluye la pérdida de seres queridos, de empleos, de deterioros en nuestra salud; es necesario también decir que vivimos momentos llenos de alegría. Personalmente puedo decir, que este 2020 trajo el cumplimiento de este sueño, de este bambú entre en mis manos; este nuevo yo sin barreras que con pasos firmes me embarqué en esta aventura en la cual me ha hecho salir muchas veces de mi zona de confort, dando como resultado muchas satisfacciones (Habacuc 2:3).

Hemos visto a lo largo de estos meses, que nuestra fe, fortaleza, resiliencia y valentía han sido puestas a prueba; desarrollándose en nuestro interior para salir adelante ante las adversidades de la vida (Santiago 1:5). 

Este 2020 me enseñó determinación, paciencia, perseverancia y a no renunciar porque quien va delante de mí es mucho más grande que cualquier Goliat que pueda enfrentar. 

En medio de todo lo vívido, puedo decir únicamente ¡gracias 2020! 

Gracias por la tremenda lección que nos distes, la de volver a la esencia; de valorar y atesorar los detalles de la vida, a nuestros seres queridos y lo que compartimos con nuestro prójimo.

Por todas esas razones, tengo en mi corazón un anhelo ferviente de que el 2021 sea un mejor año; en el que todos los que aún se encuentran luchando por las secuelas de tantas adversidades acaecidas en este año, logren salir adelante (Jeremías 29:11, Salmos 42:5). 

Y así como muchos, también tengo la costumbre de preparar una lista de propósitos. La cual ahora elaboraré de una forma más intencionada, la estoy llenando de tantas ilusiones, sueños y proyectos.

Que el 2021 sea un año de restauración, de renovación, de solidaridad, gratitud y de un amor constante los unos a los otros. 

Y que mejor que desearte el último día del año: “Jehová te bendiga, y te guarde; Jehová haga resplandecer su rostro sobre ti, y tenga de ti misericordia; Jehová alce sobre ti su rostro, y ponga en ti paz” Números 6:24-26.

¡Que pases una feliz noche vieja! ¡2021 te esperamos con los brazos abiertos, feliz año nuevo!

The Last Day of the Year!

Today is December 31, we reach the last day of this 2020!

In a look back to this year, it will be a year for history! I remember that in 2019 I waited with great expectations, what would this year be like? But with everything lived and what happened, I could not imagine it and I come to the conclusion that, although we have many plans, the last word belongs to God.

Along with difficult times, which includes the loss of loved ones, jobs, deterioration in our health; It is also necessary to say that we live moments full of joy. Personally I can say that this 2020 brought the fulfillment of this dream, of this bamboo into my hands. This new self without barriers that with firm steps I embarked on this adventure in which it has made me leave my comfort zone many times, resulting in many satisfactions (Habakkuk 2: 3).

We have seen throughout these months that our faith, strength, resilience and courage have been put to the test; developing within us to get ahead in the face of life’s adversities (James 1: 5).

This 2020 taught me determination, patience, perseverance and not to give up because whoever goes in front of me is much bigger than any Goliath I can face.

In the midst of all the vivid, I can only say thank you 2020!

Thank you for the tremendous lesson you gave us, to return to the essence; to value and treasure the details of life, our loved ones and what we share with our neighbors.

For all these reasons, I have in my heart a fervent longing for 2021 to be a better year; in which all those who are still struggling through the aftermath of so many adversities that have occurred this year, will succeed (Jeremiah 29:11, Psalm 42: 5).

And like many, I also have a habit of preparing a list of purposes. Which now I will elaborate in a more intentional way, I am filling it with so many illusions, dreams and projects.

May 2021 be a year of restoration, renewal, solidarity, gratitude and constant love for one another.

And what better way than to wish you on the last day of the year: “May the Lord send his blessing on you and keep you; May the light of  the Lord’s face be shining on you in grace; May the Lord’s approval be resting on you and may he give you peace” Numbers 6: 24-26.

Have a happy New Year’s Eve! 2021, we are waiting for you with open arms, happy new year!
