Los pesos innecesarios que llevamos sin darnos cuenta

Hola amigos escritores de su vida, este septiembre ha ido avanzando con mucho aprendizaje para mí. Entre esos aprendizajes es el de soltar cargas innecesarias que en muchas ocasiones no nos corresponden llevar.

Recientemente, casi de manera inconsciente, hice un ejercicio bastante bueno que me hizo reflexionar sobre la pregunta ¿Cómo manejamos nuestras cargas? Por asunto de espacio, tuve que elegir cinco cosas esenciales. Al ser los únicos cinco objetos, tuve que seleccionarlos considerando que estaría al menos mediodía en esa actividad.

Es así como al llevar un peso tan ligero, pasé de la sensación de que algo faltaba a la de tranquilidad en el transcurso de la mañana.

La comodidad que fue llegando me hizo darme cuenta de los pesos innecesarios que llevamos sin darnos cuenta. Esos pesos también incluyen los aspectos emocionales; nos llenamos de preocupación y ansiedad en circunstancias donde en la mayoría de los casos poco o nada podemos hacer para solventarlas.

Entonces, ¿Por qué le otorgamos ese peso innecesario a nuestro cuerpo? Esa pregunta tiene varios insumos como respuesta, entre ellas podemos encontrar nuestra necesidad de tener el control de todo aunque ciertamente los factores incontrolables son mayores de nuestra capacidad de solucionarlos. Otro aspecto, es estar inmersos en una era en donde todo se encuentra a un clic de respuesta, por lo que nuestra capacidad de espera y paciencia tal vez se encuentre debilitada por los afanes del día a día.

Adicionalmente, el ser personas multitareas, no contamos con que nuestro organismo también necesita un tiempo de descanso, reflexión y rehabilitación para hacer frente a esas altas demandas que nos colocamos; olvidando muchas veces, las cosas esenciales de la vida.

Esas cargas que llevamos, son pesos que si no los soltamos causan lesiones físicas, emocionales; y al darnos cuenta de que la vida es más sencilla de lo que pensamos, es una liberación el soltar lo que no nos lleva a ninguna parte.

La vida no espera mucho de nosotros, sólo que la vivamos cita una famosa frase, y cuanta verdad encontramos en ella. Por ello, nunca es tarde para soltar esas cargas, encontrar nuevas formas de vivir y gestionar los pesos que debemos enfrentar.

Entreguemos entonces esas cargas a aquel que en nuestro corazón se encuentra presente. Aprendamos a darle a cada día su propio afán, ya que hemos sido creados para descubrirnos, superarnos y cada día encontrarnos como vencedores por aquel que nos amó.

La suma de nuestros esfuerzos son las semillas que sembramos para una cosecha postrera.

How do we handle our loads?

The unnecessary weights that we carry without realizing it

Hello writer friends of your life, this September has been progressing with a lot of learning for me. Among those learnings is that of letting go of unnecessary weights that on many occasions it is not our responsibility to carry.

Recently, almost unconsciously, I did a pretty good exercise that got me thinking about the question, How do we handle our burdens? Due to space issues, I had to choose five essential things. Being the only five objects, I had to select them considering that I would be at least noon in that activity

This is how carrying such a light weight, I went from the feeling that something was missing to that of tranquility in the course of the morning.

The comfort that was arriving made me realize the unnecessary weights that we carry without realizing it. Those weights also include the emotional aspects; we are filled with worry and anxiety in circumstances where in most cases we can do little or nothing to solve them.

So why do we put unnecessary weight on our body? This question has several inputs as an answer, among them we can find our need to have control of everything, although certainly the uncontrollable factors are greater than our ability to solve them. Another aspect is being immersed in an era where everything is just a click away, so our ability to wait and patience may be weakened by the toils of everyday life.

Additionally, being multitasking people, we do not realize that our body also needs a time of rest, reflection and rehabilitation to face those high demands that we place on ourselves; forgetting many times, the essential things of life.

Those loads that we carry are weights that if we do not release them, they cause physical and emotional injuries; and realizing that life is simpler than we think, it is a liberation to let go of what leads us nowhere.

Life does not expect much from us, only that we live it quotes a famous phrase, and how much truth we find in it. For this reason, it is never too late to drop those burdens, find new ways of living and manage the weights that we must face.

Let us then deliver those burdens to the one who is present in our hearts. Let us learn to give each day its own desire, since we have been created to discover ourselves, improve ourselves and each day find ourselves as winners for the one who loved us.

The sum of our efforts are the seeds we sow for a later harvest.

Esperanzas

Hola amigos escritores de su vida, marzo ha llegado con múltiples condiciones que nos hace tener sentimientos encontrados por los acontecimientos internacionales y nacionales que cada uno de nosotros enfrenta.

Y en estos momentos, una palabra de aliento, apoyo y esperanza son más que bien recibidas para todos los que se están en una adversidad (Hebreos 6:19).

La esperanza es a lo que nos aferramos para superar todos los retos que nos llegan, es un bálsamo que nutre nuestro ser para llenarnos de fe en que las cosas pueden y deben mejorar (Jeremías 29:11).

Esas esperanzas nos hacen levantarnos cada día para salir adelante, para avanzar y en los escenarios más difíciles el poder sobrevivir pero todos ellos comparten los latidos humanos de que estamos aún con vida (Romanos 5:5).

Que esas esperanzas sean multiplicadas, que se sumen a ellas la fortaleza, la alegría y la gratitud de volver a lo realmente importante cada día que es de valorar en los pequeños detalles como lo es compartir con nuestros seres queridos, ver un amanecer, alimentos en nuestras mesas, un descanso seguro y reconfortante, ver las bellezas de la naturaleza, hacer lo que disfrutas en armonía con tu entorno (Hebreos 11:1).

Así como la llegada de la primavera, renace la vida en la naturaleza; de los lugares menos esperados brota la vida y se niega de desaparecer, se aferra y de una manera estoica soporta la adversidad, así nosotros también saldremos adelante (Romanos 12.12).

No desmayes, sigue creyendo, sigue confiando, sigue esperando ese cambio, esa buena nueva, esa nueva oportunidad; mantén tu alma con ánimo aún en medio de la oscuridad porque cuando más sombrío es  porque anuncia la llegada del amanecer.

Hello writer friends of your life, March has arrived with multiple conditions that make us have mixed feelings about the international and national events that each of us faces.

And in these moments, a word of encouragement, support and hope are more than welcome for all who are in adversity (Hebrews 6:19).

Hope is what we cling to in order to overcome all the challenges that come our way, it is a balm that nourishes our being to fill us with faith that things can and should improve (Jeremiah 29:11).

Those hopes make us get up every day to get ahead, to advance and in the most difficult scenarios to be able to survive but all of them share the human heartbeat that we are still alive (Romans 5:5).

May these hopes be multiplied, may the strength, joy and gratitude be added to return to what is really important every day, which is valued in the small details such as sharing with our loved ones, seeing a sunrise, food in our tables, a safe and comforting rest, seeing the beauties of nature, doing what you enjoy in harmony with your surroundings (Hebrews 11:1).

Just like the arrival of spring, life is reborn in nature; from the least expected places life springs up and refuses to disappear, clings and in a stoic way endures adversity, so we too will get ahead (Romans 12.12).

Do not lose heart, keep believing, keep trusting, keep waiting for that change, that good news, that new opportunity; keep your soul with courage even in the midst of darkness because when it is darkest it is because it announces the arrival of dawn.

Hola Amigos Escritores de su Vida. En estos primeros días del mes y del año, es un ambiente propicio para  revisar cada una de las cosas que nos hemos propuesto, esto será de gran ayuda para avanzar hacia lo que queremos alcanzar.

Así que Escribe la Visión que te has propuesto, organiza todo a su alrededor para que puedas de manera constante reconocer los avances que tienes, esto te permitirá tomar las mejores decisiones, capacitarte y llenarte de las herramientas necesarias para apuntar a su cumplimiento.

Clásicos de Navidad

Hola amigos escritores de su vida, conforme avanza el mes vemos que el ambiente de la temporada toma mayor fuerza y los clásicos de la navidad hacen de sus mejores galas para animarnos aún más.

Entre los clásicos de la navidad se encuentran las melodías, comidas, postres, luces, árboles entre muchas otras cosas que inyectan esperanza para poder volver a compartir con nuestros seres queridos de esta festividad.

Y es que se siente un aire de renovado de esperanza muy diferente al que vivimos el año anterior, reconozco que la festividad pasada fue un tiempo consciente y de mucha gratitud; pero este año es un momento de agradecimiento lleno de gozo, alegría, paz y determinación de seguir adelante.

El Poema Espíritu de Navidad de Monibe  refleja a la perfección este sentimiento:  “La navidad aflora y destapa, sentimientos cargados de amor, sensaciones de fe, vida y esperanza, momentos vibrantes, que hacen bailar el corazón, rebosando la solidaridad del alma. 

En navidad todos damos y recibimos, época que evoca paz y dicha, un grito desesperado que ansía felicidad, tiempo para dibujar sonrisas en rostros con desdichas. El espíritu que rebosa el ambiente navideño, rompe barreras, acercando al que está lejos, transmite paz y alegría de forma desmedida, se abre al mundo entero mostrando fuerza, cargado de abrazos, besos y caricias.

Celebremos esta navidad, esperanzados en un mañana prometedor, añorando que el próximo año el mundo esté en paz, que se acabe la violencia y la marginalidad y que por fin podamos ser un  mundo unido, sin envidias, sin guerras, sin odios, ni desatinos.

Disfrutemos entonces de estos clásicos de navidad usando todos nuestros sentidos para saborear, observar, escuchar, tocar y hablar de esos detalles que hacen especial todo lo característico de la estación, recordando que la esencia de esta celebración es el nacimiento del redentor como se muestra en Isaías 9:6 “Porque un niño no es nacido, hijo no es dado, y el principado sobre su hombro; y se llamará su nombre Admirable, Consejero, Dios Fuerte, Padre Eterno, Príncipe de Paz.”  

Y con voz de júbilo digamos: “¡Gloria a Dios en las alturas, Y en la tierra paz, buena voluntad para con los hombres!” como lo encontramos en Lucas 2:14

Christmas Classics

Hello writers friends of your life, as the month progresses we see that the atmosphere of the season takes more force and the Christmas classics do their best to cheer us up even more.

Among the classics of Christmas are the melodies, meals, desserts, lights, trees among many other things that inject hope to be able to share this holiday with our loved ones again.

And it is that you feel an air of renewed hope very different from the one we lived the previous year, I recognize that the last holiday was a conscious time and of great gratitude; but this year is a time of gratitude filled with joy, contentment, peace, and determination to keep going.

Monibe’s Spirit of Christmas Poem perfectly reflects this sentiment: “Christmas emerges and uncovers, feelings full of love, feelings of faith, life and hope, vibrant moments that make the heart dance, overflowing with the solidarity of the soul.

At Christmas we all give and receive, a time that evokes peace and happiness, a desperate cry that yearns for happiness, a time to draw smiles on unhappy faces. The spirit that overflows the Christmas atmosphere, breaks barriers, bringing those who are far closer together, transmits peace and joy in an inordinate way, opens up to the whole world showing strength, loaded with hugs, kisses and caresses.

Let’s celebrate this Christmas, hopeful for a promising tomorrow, longing that next year the world is at peace, that violence and marginalization end, that we can finally be a united world, without envy, without wars, without hatred, or nonsense.

A world that celebrates without fear, that celebrates each year of life and thanks to heaven, for what Mother Nature teaches us, for the strength of our spirit, for our planet earth and each of its wonders.

So let’s enjoy these Christmas classics using all our senses to savor, observe, listen, touch and talk about those details that make everything characteristic of the season special, remembering that the essence of this celebration is the birth of the redeemer as shown in Isaiah 9: 6 “For to us a child has come, to us son is given; and the government has been placed in his hands; and he has been named Wise Guide; Strong God, Father for ever, Prince of Peace.“

And with a voice of joy let us say: “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom he is well pleased!” as you find it in Luke 2:14

Un lugar llamado Hogar

Con el paso de los años, junto a nuestros seres queridos construimos ese espacio de convivencia. Esa área geográfica que invertimos nuestros recursos, al que también le agregamos ilusión, alegría y esperanza de ver cómo poco a poco se va formando frente a nosotros ese lugar llamado hogar.

En ese proceso de creación, vamos aprendiendo y reflexionando sobre los avances que tenemos;  sí vemos lo recorrido, nos maravillamos de cuánto hemos logrado. Lo que con paciencia, incertidumbre y también determinación ha ido creciendo frente a nuestros ojos. 

Posiblemente varios de esos días cuentan con lecciones de armonía, de trabajo en equipo, crecimiento y aceptación; precisamente eso es lo enriquecedor de las relaciones humanas porque nos permite darnos cuenta que estamos aquí para aprender constantemente (Colosenses 3:15).

El anhelo de todos, es tener un lugar llamado hogar, no únicamente un sitio que habitamos físicamente. Por lo que todo lo que hemos construido a lo largo de nuestra historia es un pilar importante para la realización de ese deseo.

Que en ese lugar llamado hogar sobreabunde la comprensión, la alegría, la solidaridad y unión para superar todas las adversidades que nos toca enfrentar. Así mismo, que sea un lugar acogedor con la calidez del cariño y confianza de quienes lo habitan y no necesariamente por las comodidades en su infraestructura.

Que en ese lugar llamado hogar, encontremos el descanso necesario, el refugio y comprensión para renovar nuestras fuerzas y continuar andando el camino.

Sin importar el tamaño de ese espacio, que sea un lugar donde el amor inagotable habite y permanezca entre sus miembros (Efesios 4:2).

 Y en las circunstancias que debamos de comenzar desde cero, con un nuevo inicio, una nueva historia, que no perdamos la esperanza que a su debido tiempo; veremos nacer nuevamente ese sitio el que se irá llenando de gozo, misericordia, gracia y llamaremos hogar (1 Corintios 15:57).

Un lugar llamado hogar es una de las más grandes bendiciones que tiene el ser humano, por lo que deseamos que todos puedan encontrarlo y construirlo cada día (Hebreos 6:14). 

Que cada día se abran las cortinas de par en par, dejando entrar la luz del sol, el aire fresco de renovación, la brisa de nuevas oportunidades, del ánimo y todo lo que necesitemos para ver con optimismo como en ese amanecer las misericordias son nuevas (Lamentaciones 3:22-23).

A place called home

Over the years, together with our loved ones, we have built space for coexistence. That geographic area in which we invest our resources, to which we also add hope, joy and hope to see how little by little that place called home is being formed in front of us.

In this process of creation, we are learning and reflecting on the progress we have made. If we see what we have done, we would marvel at how much we have achieved with patience, uncertainty and also determination and how it has been growing in front of our eyes.

Possibly several of those days have lessons in harmony, teamwork, growth, and acceptance. This is precisely what is enriching about human relationships because it allows us to realize that we are here to constantly learn (Colossians 3:15).

Everyone’s desire is to have a place called home, not just a place that we physically inhabit.  Everything we have built throughout our history is an important pillar for the realization of that wish.

May understanding, joy, solidarity and union abound in that place called home to overcome all the adversities that we have to face. Likewise, that it be a cozy place with the warmth of the affection and trust of those who inhabit it and not necessarily because of the comforts in its infrastructure.

That in that place called home, we find the necessary rest, shelter and understanding to renew our strength and continue walking the path.

Regardless of the size of that space, let it be a place where inexhaustible love dwells and remains among its members (Ephesians 4: 2).

 And in the circumstances that we must start from scratch, with a new beginning, a new history, that we do not lose hope. In due time we will see that place being born again, which will be filled with joy, mercy, grace and we will call home (1 Corinthians 15:57).

A place called home is one of the greatest blessings human beings have, so we want everyone to be able to find and build it each day (Hebrews 6:14).

May the curtains be opened wide every day, letting in the sunlight, the fresh air of renewal, the breeze of new opportunities, the spirit and everything we need to see with optimism how in that dawn the mercies are new. (Lamentations 3: 22-23).

Costo de Oportunidad

De acuerdo a la definición de costo de oportunidad: “es el costo a la alternativa a la que renunciamos cuando tomamos una determinada decisión, incluyendo los beneficios que podríamos haber obtenido escogido la opción alternativa. Para entrar más en detalle, son aquellos recursos que dejamos de percibir o que representan un costo por el hecho de no haber elegido la mejor alternativa posible, cuando se tienen recursos limitados (generalmente dinero y tiempo). El término también es denominado como el valor de la mejor opción no seleccionada”.

Y ya que a lo largo de nuestra vida, en cada circunstancia deberemos considerar el costo de oportunidad, resulta imprescindible que en esos momentos de decisión tengamos la sabiduría necesaria para no dejar ir de nuestras manos lo realmente importante por ir detrás de lo que es una ilusión que se diluye con el tiempo.

O viceversa, por temor, dejar escapar las oportunidades de cumplir nuestros sueños, de elegir a la persona correcta; de tomar ese empleo que tan atractivo y prometedor, de hacer ese emprendimiento, de iniciar ese estilo de vida saludable, así como tantas decisiones importantes que pasan en nuestro día a día (Proverbios 1:7). 

La sabiduría no se obtiene de la noche a la mañana, de hecho, gran parte de ella, se logra por darnos cuenta de ese costo de oportunidad al que hemos renunciado; esos aprendizajes en primera persona que nos brindan las lecciones más determinantes (Santiago 3:17).

Que en ese costo de oportunidad, podamos visualizar las decisiones más importantes; porque la vida no se detiene, porque de los errores se aprende; porque se gana la experiencia para hacer mejor las cosas y decidir seguir adelante (Proverbios 3:5).

El costo de oportunidad al que debemos de invertir, es el de construir nuestra felicidad, de disfrutar del camino sin dejar de lado las responsabilidades; de no olvidarnos de vivir por ir detrás de lo que es menos importante o de finalmente llenarnos de valor para tomar de una vez esa decisión para no renunciar a nuestros proyectos (Proverbios 4:7).

Por eso, no desistamos a lo que hemos considerado que es una meta, un proyecto, una ilusión. Que los temores no sean el ancla que nos detengan, al contrario, sean parte del combustible para hacernos seguir bajo una decisión tomada con inteligencia y templanza (Salmos 90:12).

Como sabes amigo escritor de tu vida, todo tiene un costo de oportunidad. Unos en mayor cuantía en relación a otros; por lo que en nuestras manos está el determinar cuál será el costo por el que deseamos apostar y cuáles se vuelven innegociables de sacrificar.

Mientras tanto, sigamos en este proceso, aprendiendo de la vida, de sus obstáculos, de sus lecciones y recompensas; porque ante cada circunstancia con paciencia, esmero, humildad y fe saldremos adelante (Colosenses 4:6). 

Y lo hermoso de esta vida, ¡es que está llena de oportunidades!

Opportunity Cost

According to the definition of opportunity cost: “it is the cost to the alternative that we renounce when we make a certain decision, including the benefits that we could have obtained by choosing the alternative option. To go into more detail, they are those resources that we no longer perceive or that represent a cost due to the fact of not having chosen the best possible alternative, when there are limited resources (generally money and time). The term is also referred to as the value of the best option not selected ”.

Throughout our lives, we must consider the opportunity cost in various circumstances. It is essential that in those deciding moments we have the necessary wisdom to not let go from our hands what is really important by going after what is an illusion that fades over time.

In a similar perspective,we must not miss the opportunities to fulfill our dreams, to choose the right person, to take that job that is so attractive and promising, to do that undertaking, to start that healthy lifestyle, as well as so many important decisions that happen in our day to day (Proverbs 1: 7).

Wisdom is not obtained overnight. In fact, much of it is achieved by realizing that opportunity cost that we have given up throughout those first-person learnings that provide us with the most determining lessons (James 3:17).

At an opportunity cost, we can visualize the most important decisions, because life does not stop, because you learn from mistakes, because you gain the experience to do things better and decide to move on (Proverbs 3: 5).

The opportunity cost to which we must invest is to build our happiness, to enjoy the road without neglecting responsibilities, of not forgetting to live by going after what is less important or of finally filling ourselves with courage to make that decision once and for all so as not to give up on our projects (Proverbs 4: 7).

Therefore, let us not give up on what we have considered a goal, a project, an illusion. Our fears are not the anchor that stops us, on the contrary, they are part of the fuel to make us continue under a decision made with intelligence and temperance (Psalms 90:12).

As you know writer friend of your life, everything has an opportunity cost. Some in greater amount in relation to others. It is in our hands to determine what will be the cost for which we want to bet and which ones become non-negotiable to sacrifice.

Meanwhile, let’s continue in this process, learning from life, its obstacles, its lessons and rewards because before each circumstance that requires patience, dedication, humility and faith, we will move forward (Colossians 4: 6).

And the beauty of this life is that it is full of opportunities!

Amigos escritores de su vida, con esta publicación llegamos a la número 55 de Escribiendo la Vida con T, una aventura que ya está por cumplir su primer año oficialmente.

Aunque hace un año para estas fechas, la idea estaba tomando forma, era cuestión de días para que decidiera salir de mi zona de confort y embarcarme en esta aventura.

Ha sido una experiencia muy gratificante a la que le he dedicado lo mejor que he podido sabiendo que con la mejora continua este espacio será de motivación para todo aquel que lo necesite.

Y como todo con lo que amas, te comprometes con esos proyectos, he sido muy afortunada y bendecida porque he contado con el apoyo de muchas personas para que este espacio tome forma, crezca y cumpla su objetivo.

En algunas de las publicaciones he compartido un poco de mi historia y de cómo se inició esta aventura. En un momento en el que pensé que ese anhelo lo daba por cancelado, por no logrado; con la palabra adecuada en el tiempo perfecto, entendí que, existen mil maneras de lograr nuestros propósitos, ya que como lo dice Isaías 55:8-11:“Porque mis pensamientos no son vuestros pensamientos, ni vuestros caminos mis caminos dijo Jehová. Como más altos los cielos que la tierra, así son mis caminos más altos que vuestros caminos, y mis pensamientos más que vuestros pensamientos. Porque como desciende de los cielos la lluvia y la nieve, y no vuelve allá, sino que riega la tierra, y la hace germinar y producir, y da semilla al que siembra, y pan al que come, así será mi palabra que sale de mi boca; no volverá a mí vacía, sino que hará lo que yo quiero, y será prosperada en aquello para que la envié.”

Y a un año después, aquí estoy, viendo cumplir esa promesa, esos caminos que con lágrimas despedí suponiendo que no eran para mí; más mis pensamientos no son sus pensamientos y mis caminos no son sus caminos… Hoy con esta quincuagésimo quinta publicación reafirmo que no existe nada imposible para aquel que nos formó en el vientre de nuestra madre.

Todo lo vívido, todo lo aprendido era necesario para traerme hasta aquí; como todo lo valioso, no ha sido fácil pero así es con lo que realmente es importante. 

Agosto te esperamos con alegría, gratitud y celebración, porque es el mes que marca la fecha en el calendario del nacimiento oficial de esta promesa.

Y a ti amigo escritor de tu vida, deseo que esas promesas que están en ti, crezcan, se fortalezcan y sean de bendición para los demás. Sigamos cada día reinventándonos, ampliando nuestra zona de confort, creando nuestra mejor versión, porque para eso fuimos creados.

Recuerda que en tus manos está elegir que quieres dejar a los demás, si huellas o cicatrices.

Writer friends of your life, with this publication we reach number 55 of Writing Life with T, an adventure that is already officially celebrating its first year.

Although a year ago by this time, the idea was taking shape, it was a matter of days before I decided to get out of my comfort zone and embark on this adventure.

It has been a very gratifying experience to which I have dedicated the best I could, knowing that with continuous improvement this space will be motivating for everyone who needs it.

And like everything you love, you commit to those projects, I have been very lucky and blessed because I have had the support of many people so that this space takes shape, grows and fulfills its objective.

In some of the posts I have shared a bit of my story and how this adventure started. At a time when I thought that this desire was canceled, as not achieved, with the right word in the perfect time, I understood that there are a thousand ways to achieve our purposes, since as Isaiah 55: 8-11 says:  “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, or your ways my ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and does not go back again, but gives water to the earth, and makes it fertile, giving seed to the planter, and bread for food. So will my word be which goes out of my mouth: it will not come back to me with nothing done, but it will give effect to my purpose, and do that for which I have sent it.”

And a year later, here I am, seeing that promise fulfilled, those roads that I tearfully dismissed assuming they weren’t for me, but my thoughts are not his thoughts and my ways are not his ways … Today with this fifty-fifth publication I reaffirm that there is nothing impossible for the one who formed us in the womb of our mother.

Everything vivid, everything learned was necessary to bring me here, like everything valuable, it has not been easy but that is what is really important.

August we await you with joy, gratitude and celebration, because it is the month that marks the date on the calendar of the official birth of this promise.

And to you the writer friend of your life, I wish that those promises that are in you grow, become stronger and be a blessing for others. Let’s continue each day reinventing ourselves, expanding our comfort zone, creating our best version, because that is what we were created for.

Remember that it is in your hands to choose what you want to leave to others without footprints or scars.

Hola queridos escritores de su vida, el mes de junio tiene entre sus días festivos, la celebración del día del padre, la cual varía según las regiones, así que para todos aquellos padres que celebran su día conmemorativo en este mes, está publicación es para ustedes. 

Gracias Papá, aunque la gestación se produce en el vientre de la madre, en tu corazón también se gesta la llegada de un nuevo ser, y haces que junto a ella, ningún esfuerzo sea mínimo para apoyar en cada etapa del crecimiento de tus hijos (Deuteronomio 5:16).

Gracias Papá, porque llevas en tus hombros la responsabilidad de ser el protector de la familia. Al saberte que con la llegada de tu descendencia, tu vida no volverá a ser igual; te llenas de alegría y emoción para recibir a ese ser, que será el legado más importante que dejarás en tu paso por este mundo. 

Gracias Papá, porque al ver por primera vez el rostro de tu extensión, descubres un amor único que te hace más valiente, disipando cualquier duda o temor de no hacer bien tu tarea. Produce en ti una fuerte determinación y motivación en buscar tu mejor versión cada día para ser el ejemplo de quienes te llaman papá (Filipenses 4:6).

Gracias Papá, porque aunque no ha sido fácil, has luchado incansablemente por suplir todas las necesidades que un hijo necesita. Ahora que soy adulto, me he preguntado muchas veces ¿En cuántas ocasiones te privaste tú por darme a mí lo que yo requería en cada etapa de mi vida?  ¿En cuántas ocasiones a pesar de estar agotado, tuviste tiempo para ayudarme en mis deberes escolares tratando de mantener la calma necesaria para que yo pudiese entender más fácilmente? (Efesios 6:2).

Gracias Papá, porque cuando lo necesité, fuiste mi corrección y mi ancla; y sabes, ¡lo sigues siendo! Con el paso de los años, tu pelo se ha teñido de gris y en tu rostro se reflejan las huellas de los años que te han vuelto más sabio, más amado. Eres el ejemplo de que entre todas las adversidades que pueda enfrentar en la vida, con determinación y esfuerzo saldré adelante (Proverbios 3:12).

Gracias Papá, por todo tu amor y estar presente en mi vida. ¡Que disfrutes del día celebrado a tu noble e incondicional labor! (Proverbios 17:6).

Si tienes la dicha de tener a tu padre con vida, ¡permítele saber cuánto le amas! ¡Nunca se es demasiado adulto para recibir el abrazo acogedor de nuestros padres! 

Si ya tu padre ha partido de este mundo, elevamos una oración con acción de gracias por todo su legado, ya que gracias a nuestros padres, nosotros estamos hoy aquí (Colosenses 3:20).

Para aquellas mujeres que también han cumplido el doble rol de padre y madre, muchas felicidades también porque están construyendo su obra más valiosa. Y para los futuros padres, disfruta de todos esos matices que trae consigo el formar una familia. Nadie trae consigo un manual de como ser un padre, cometeremos aciertos y errores; pero en cada etapa iremos aprendiendo. No nos queda más que hacer nuestro mejor esfuerzo, disfrutar y aprender de cada paso que demos en este camino llamado vida (Romanos 15:13).

Hello dear writers of your life, the month of June has among its holidays, the celebration of Father’s Day, which varies according to the regions and for all those parents who celebrate their memorial day this month, this publication is for you .

Thanks Dad, although gestation occurs in the mother’s womb, the arrival of a new being is also gestated in your heart, and you make sure that with her, no effort is minimal to support each stage of your children’s growth ( Deuteronomy 5:16).

Thanks Dad, because you carry on your shoulders the responsibility of being the protector of the family. Knowing that with the arrival of your offspring, your life will never be the same, you are filled with joy and emotion to receive that being, which will be the most important legacy that you will leave in your passage through this world.

Thanks Dad, because when you see the face of your extension for the first time, you discover a unique love that makes you more courageous, dispelling any doubt or fear of not doing your homework well. It produces in you a strong determination and motivation to seek your best version each day to be the example of those who call you dad (Philippians 4: 6).

Thanks Dad, because although it has not been easy, you have fought tirelessly to meet all the needs that a child needs. Now that I am an adult, I have asked myself many times how many times did you deprive yourself for giving me what I required at each stage of my life? On how many occasions, despite being exhausted, did you have time to help me with my homework, trying to remain calm so that I could understand more easily? (Ephesians 6: 2).

Thanks Dad, because when I needed it, you were my correction and my anchor and you know, you still are! Over the years, your hair has been dyed gray and your face reflects the traces of the years that have become wiser, more loved. You are the example that among all the adversities that I may face in life, with determination and effort I will move forward (Proverbs 3:12).

Thank you Dad, for all your love and being present in my life. Enjoy the day celebrated for your noble and unconditional work! (Proverbs 17: 6).

If you have the joy of having your father alive, let him know how much you love him! It is never too old to receive a welcoming embrace from our parents!

If your father has already left this world, we offer a prayer with thanksgiving for all his legacy, since thanks to our parents, we are here today (Colossians 3:20).

For those women who have also fulfilled the double role of father and mother, congratulations also because they are building their most valuable work. And for future parents, enjoy all those nuances that starting a family brings. Nobody brings with him a manual on how to be a father, we will make successes and mistakes, but at each stage we will learn. We have no choice but to do our best, enjoy and learn from every step we take on this path called life (Romans 15:13).

Mi Elección, Mi Decisión

Hola amigos escritores de su vida, espero que se encuentren muy bien. Mientras leía las noticias internacionales y observaba que en todas las regiones del mundo existen diversos temas a resolver, lo que comienzan como asuntos personales, de comunidad, locales, nacionales y así sucesivamente hasta interrelacionarse y convertirse en un asunto mundial; pensaba en que todas las circunstancias que debemos enfrentar tienen un factor común y es el libre albedrío.

El libre albedrío es esa capacidad que los seres humanos tenemos en función a lo que consideramos o elegimos hacer con nuestras decisiones. Ha sido estudiado a nivel bíblico, filosófico y en lo jurídico; entre lo que se puede resaltar se encuentra nuestra facultad de accionar según sea nuestro deseo independientemente si nuestras decisiones sean buenas o malas. 

El resultado de esas decisiones son las consecuencias de nuestros actos, por ende, nos hace responsables de nuestras acciones, ya sean acertadas o erradas. Así que viéndolo desde un punto de vista muy individual o personal, este aspecto tan importante determina la forma en la que los seres humanos decidimos vivir así como relacionarnos con los demás y las implicaciones que tendrán nuestras vidas como sociedad (Deuteronomio 30:19). 

Esas decisiones y sus resultados nos conectan, por lo que es muy importante desde muy temprana edad aprender la importancia de que nuestras elecciones son nuestras decisiones en todos los ámbitos de nuestra vida (Salmos 25:12).

Conforme vayamos aprendiendo del resultado de nuestras decisiones, nuestra madurez e inteligencia emocional se gestionarán de mejor manera ante las dificultades y en los momentos de éxito, nos ayudará a sobrellevar nuestro ego; que inevitablemente tiende a expandirse en nuestros momentos de gloria y que por esa razón es muy oportuno recordarnos regularmente que somos seres humanos intentando cada día aprender sin olvidar las lecciones aprendidas. 

El libre albedrío nos da la oportunidad de día con día elegir entre las múltiples opciones lo que consideramos es lo mejor, pero como todo, también implica usarlo responsablemente en no culpar a los demás sobre nuestras decisiones, es importante traer a memoria que es mi elección, es mi decisión y las implicaciones que éstas tengan impactaran en la vida de los demás (Génesis 3:6).

Mi elección, mi decisión en qué es lo que quiero hacer, cómo puedo  amar al prójimo, cómo superar las dificultades, cómo celebrar mis victorias y cómo disfrutar de la alegría de vivir en armonía como hermanos con los demás y con la naturaleza (Salmos 119:30).

Las elecciones y decisiones que tomemos hoy, repercutirán en los demás, por lo que en nuestras manos está el elegir qué queremos dejar como legado a la humanidad. No lo olvides…¿Huellas o cicatrices?

My Choice, My Decision

Hello writers friends of your life, I hope you are very well. As we read the international news and observe that in all regions of the world there are various issues to be resolved, which begin as personal, community, local, national issues and so on until they interrelate and become a global issue. The thought that all the circumstances that we must face have a common factor and that is free will.

Free will is the capacity that human beings have based on what we consider or choose to do with our decisions. It has been studied at the biblical, philosophical and legal level. Among what can be highlighted, is our ability to act according to our desire, regardless of whether our decisions are good or bad.

The result of those decisions are the consequences of our actions. Therefore, it makes us responsible for our actions, whether they are right or wrong. Looking at it from an individual or personal point of view, this very important aspect determines the way in which human beings decide to live as well as relate to others and the implications that our lives will have as a society (Deuteronomy 30:19).

Those decisions and their results connect us, so it is very important from an early age to learn the importance that our choices are our decisions in all areas of our lives (Psalm 25:12).

As we learn from the result of our decisions, our maturity and emotional intelligence will be better managed in the face of difficulties and in times of success. It will help us to overcome our ego, that inevitably tends to expand in our moments of glory and for that reason, it is very timely to remind ourselves regularly that we are human beings trying every day to learn without forgetting the lessons learned.

Free will gives us the opportunity every day to choose among the multiple options what we consider to be the best, but like everything else, it also implies using it responsibly in not blaming others for our decisions. It is important to remember that it is my choice and the implications they have will impact the lives of others (Genesis 3: 6).

My choice, my decision in what I want to do, how can I love my neighbor, how to overcome difficulties, how to celebrate my victories and how to enjoy the joy of living in harmony as brothers with others and with nature (Psalm 119 : 30).

The choices and decisions we make today will have an impact on others, so it is in our hands to choose what we want to leave as a legacy to humanity. Don’t forget… Footprints or scars?

¡187 Días!

Hola queridos escritores de su vida. Hoy cumplimos 187 días desde el inicio oficial de Escribiendo la Vida con T. Es un día de celebración porque he visto a lo largo de estos meses, cómo este Bambú entre mis Manos ha ido creciendo (Habacuc 2:2).

En algunas entregas anteriores he comentado brevemente lo fascinante, interesante y aleccionador que ha sido el superar muchos retos que me han permitido entre otras cosas salir de mi zona de confort.

Por lo que además de celebrar, es un día para agradecer a todos los que me han brindado su apoyo, a ustedes que dedican su valioso tiempo en leer o escuchar mis pensamientos. A esas manos valiosas que están a mi lado para darme toda la ayuda que necesito y también a los que me han dado la espalda, me han cerrado las puertas simplemente porque sí (1 Corintios 15:57; 1 Tesalonicenses 5:18). 

A todos, han sido una motivación para seguir adelante, a no renunciar a mis sueños, a mis propósitos y a confirmar cada día que a la única persona que debo superar es a mí misma y no a nadie más. Mi visión es no ser mejor que nadie más, sino que buscar mi mejor versión cada día, ahí está la diferencia. 

Cada ser humano tiene un papel que cumplir en esta vida, por lo que, aunque intente mil cosas por tener el rol de otro y que obviamente no es para mí; simplemente las cosas no funcionarán porque mis talentos, habilidades, dones me han preparado para ser el protagónico de mi propia historia no la de alguien más (Salmos 141:2).

Así que, ¡seamos felices como podamos cada día! Disfrutando de los detalles, de los colores, de nuestras experiencias. Puedo decirte que en los momentos de tristeza o decepción; toma un descanso, elimina de tu camino lo que no edifica, suelta lo que te lastima para que viajes más ligero y disfrutes mejor del viaje (Filipenses 4:6).

Por mi parte, sigo adelante con mis metas y proyectos, con mis ilusiones, lecciones; aprendiendo a disfrutar de los matices de la vida, porque la alegría es el camino que recorremos cada día no el destino de nuestro viaje (Colosenses 3:17).

Te animo a que retomes esos sueños, esos proyectos, atrévete a cumplirlos, a dejar huellas; ya que muchas veces no podemos imaginar que con nuestras pequeñas acciones impactamos la vida de los demás, somos como esas ondas que mueven las aguas estancadas, que cumplen con su trabajo sin darse cuenta y les hace realmente feliz porque con el tiempo vieron cumplir esas promesas, viviendo un nuevo día, entendiendo lo necesario del trayecto que nos ha traído hasta aquí (Romanos 15:2).

Recuerda que damos a los demás lo que existe en nuestro interior, y en nuestras manos está el elegir si dejaremos huellas o cicatrices.

187 Days!

Hello dear writers of your life. Today we celebrate 187 days since the official start of Writing Life with T. It is a day of celebration because I have seen throughout these months, how this Bamboo between my hands has grown (Habakkuk 2: 2).

In some previous installments, I have briefly commented how fascinating, interesting and instructive it has been to overcome many challenges that have allowed me, among other things, to get out of my comfort zone.

So in addition to celebrating, it is a day to thank all those who have given me their support, you who spend your valuable time reading or listening to my thoughts. To those precious hands that are by my side to give me all the help I need and also to those who have turned their backs on me, they have closed the doors simply because (1 Corinthians 15:57; 1 Thessalonians 5:18).

To all of them, they have been a motivation to keep going, not to give up my dreams, my purposes and to confirm every day that the only person I must overcome is myself and not anyone else. My vision is not to be better than anyone else, but to look for my best version every day, there is the difference.

Each human being has a role to play in this life, so even if I try a thousand things to play the role of another and that is obviously not for me; things simply won’t work out because my talents, abilities, gifts have prepared me to be the protagonist of my own story, not someone else’s (Psalm 141: 2).

So, let’s be happy as we can every day! Enjoying the details, the colors, our experiences. I can tell you that in moments of sadness or disappointment; take a break, remove from your path what does not build up, let go of what hurts you so that you travel lighter and enjoy the trip better (Philippians 4: 6).

For my part, I continue with my goals and projects, with my dreams, lessons; learning to enjoy the nuances of life, because joy is the path we travel every day, not the destination of our journey (Colossians 3:17).

I encourage you to take up those dreams, those projects, dare to fulfill them, to leave traces; since many times we cannot imagine that with our small actions we impact the lives of others, we are like those waves that move the stagnant waters, that do their job without realizing it and make them really happy because over time they saw those promises fulfilled , living a new day, understanding the necessity of the journey that has brought us here (Romans 15: 2).

Remember that we give to others what exists within us, and it is in our hands to choose whether we will leave traces or scars.
