La crónica de mi columna resumida en la C5-C6

¡Hola amigos escritores de su vida! Por diversas razones este año ha sido un año peculiar en varios aspectos en donde la salud ha sido un factor prioritario en sus diferentes manifestaciones; lo que me ha hecho pausar por varias semanas este proyecto, al menos, de la forma en que lo conocen porque de manera personal, durante cada prueba he añadido tes a mi vida desde una nueva perspectiva.

La crónica de mi historia resumida en la C5- C6, se remonta hace una década, después de un accidente aparentemente menor y que con el paso del tiempo fue deteriorando mi columna, especialmente las vértebras C5 y C6.

Así que después de ir y venir en fisioterapias, estudios, medicamentos y hacer como recibir cuestionamientos; decidí tomar una acción definitiva a mi situación.

Los años transcurridos con este malestar fueron resumidos en una resonancia magnética que me hacía entender el origen del daño.

Después del tiempo de oración, de analizar todo el panorama, me embarqué en el camino de la cirugía, donde en cada detalle he visto la gracia y misericordia de Dios principalmente en los momentos de mayor angustia; con el miedo paralizador de sentirme vulnerable y donde me aferré con todas mis fuerzas a recobrar esa paz que sobrepasa todo entendimiento.

Y si existe algo que uno atesora, son esos momentos especiales, únicos e invaluables cuando nuestro Padre Celestial responde nuestras peticiones a través de detalles, mensajes y personas a los que yo llamo ángeles. En medio de mi temor, clamaba el Salmo 56:3-4 “En el día que temo, Yo en ti confío. En Dios alabaré su palabra; En Dios he confiado; no temeré.”

En las frías temperaturas del quirófano, al borde del colapso emocional, replanteándome mi historia, prioridades, la respuesta llegó, vi y entendí que todo estaría bien, renové mis fuerzas como las águilas, la paz y tranquilidad alimentó mi cuerpo, alma y espíritu; haciendo viva en mi la palabra de Isaías 41:10 “No temas, porque yo estoy contigo; no desmayes, porque yo soy tu Dios que te esfuerzo; siempre te ayudaré, siempre te sustentaré con la diestra de mi justicia.”

A un par de semanas después de ese momento especial con la C5-C6, sigo avanzando de a poco; atesorando cada día, añadiendo tes con un significado mayor porque somos más fuertes de lo que pensamos.

Haciéndome un recordatorio diario de que cada día trae una nueva oportunidad; alimentando mi cuerpo, alma y espíritu porque la motivación es la gasolina del cerebro, el centro de operaciones de esta máquina única llamado cuerpo humano.

Con una enorme gratitud para todos los que han estado a mi lado especialmente en este 2022 porque ha sido un año particularmente especial y en donde en mi debilidad he encontrado fortaleza.

Es por ello, que no quería dejar pasar un jueves más, para desde esta nuevo capítulo en mi historia; deseo compartirte que en los momentos más difíciles que enfrentemos, tenemos al Dios de lo imposible, a ese Padre Amoroso, a Su Hijo Amado y a Su Santo Espíritu para llenarnos de la fuerza, sabiduría, gozo y fe necesaria de salir adelante.

C5-C6

The chronicle of my column summarized in C5-C6

Hello writer friends of your life! For various reasons this year has been a peculiar year in several aspects where health has been a priority factor in its different manifestations; what has made me pause this project for several weeks, at least, in the way you know it because personally, during each trial I have added tes to my life from a new perspective.

The chronicle of my history, summarized in C5-C6, goes back a decade, after an apparently minor accident that over time deteriorated my spine, especially the C5 and C6 vertebrae.

So after coming and going in physiotherapy, studies, medications and receiving questions; I decided to take a definite action to my situation.

The years spent with this discomfort were summarized in an MRI that made me understand the origin of the damage.

After the time of prayer, of analyzing the whole panorama, I embarked on the path of surgery, where in every detail I have seen the grace and mercy of God, especially in the moments of greatest anguish; with the paralyzing fear of feeling vulnerable and where I clung with all my strength to regain that peace that surpasses all understanding.

And if there is something that one treasures, it is those special, unique and priceless moments when our Heavenly Father answers our requests through details, messages and people that I call angels. In the midst of my fear, I cried out Psalm 56:3-4 “In the time of my fear, I will have faith in you. In God will I give praise to his word; in God have I put my hope; I will have no fear of what flesh may do to me.”

In the cold temperatures of the operating room, on the verge of emotional collapse, rethinking my story, priorities, the answer came, I saw and understood that everything would be fine, I renewed my strength like the eagles, peace and tranquility fed my body, soul and spirit; making alive in me the word of Isaiah 41:10 “Have no fear, for I am with you; do not be looking about in trouble, for I am your God; I will give you strength, yes, I will be your helper; yes, my true right hand will be your support.”

A couple of weeks after that special moment with the C5-C6, I’m still moving forward little by little; treasuring each day, adding esteem with a greater meaning because we are stronger than we think.

Reminding myself daily that each day brings a new opportunity; feeding my body, soul and spirit because motivation is the fuel for the brain, the operations center of this unique machine called the human body.

With enormous gratitude to everyone who has been by my side, especially in 2022 because it has been a particularly special year and where I have found strength in my weakness.

That is why, I did not want to let another Thursday go by, for from this new chapter in my story; I can share with you that in the most difficult moments we face, we have the God of the impossible, that Loving Father, his Beloved Son and his Holy Spirit to fill us with the strength, wisdom, joy and faith necessary to get ahead.

¡Un día de alegría!

El tiempo ha pasado tan rápido que al verte hoy convertida en una radiante flor no hacemos más que sentir alegría por tu existir.

El gozo del padre, un ser especial que llegó a nuestra vida para ser alguien muy especial y que has llenado de luz a todos los que te conocemos.

Elegiste el segundo mes para abrir tus ojos a esta vida; te acompaña muy de cerca otra fecha especial para nosotros, así que este mes de febrero es sin duda un mes lleno de celebración.

Un día de alegría, de gozo porque la dicha de compartir no tiene fin.

Y ¿Qué más se puede pedir a la vida que ver a nuestros seres queridos crecer y convertirse cada día en lo que sueñan ser?

Con acción de gracias, con emoción este día de alegría, lo compartimos con todos aquellos que también celebran sus avances.

Que El Señor te bendiga y te guarde; el Señor te mire con agrado y te extienda su amor; el Señor te muestre su favor y te conceda la paz (Números 6:24-26).

Que este día de alegría se multiplique para todos, que sean mayores a los días de adversidad y que en cada uno de ellos, valoremos lo que tenemos a nuestro alrededor porque son el resultado de dedicación, de crecimiento, de avance y de una esperanza inagotable para salir adelante.

Un día de alegría es lo que todos nos merecemos, un día que hasta en los pequeños detalles como la brisa, el aire, el sol, el amanecer como el anochecer sea un tesoro que vivamos conscientemente de los tesoros que estamos construyendo.

Así que recibe en este día de gozo, nuestros mejores deseos, que la gracia sobreabunde en tu vida y como lo dice Salmo 90:12 “contemos bien nuestros días, para que nuestro corazón adquiera sabiduría.”

A day of joy!

Time has passed so quickly that seeing you today turned into a radiant flower we do nothing but feel joy for your existence.

The joy of the father, a special being who came into our lives to be someone very special and who has filled all of us who know you with light.

You chose the second month to open your eyes to this life; you are closely followed by another special date for us, so this month of February is undoubtedly a month full of celebration.

A day of joy, of joy, because the joy of sharing has no end.

What more can one ask of life than to see our loved ones grow and become what they dream of being every day?

With gratitude, with emotion this day of joy, we share it with all those who also celebrate their progress.

“May the Lord send his blessing on you and keep you; May the light of the Lord’s face be shining on you in grace; May the Lord’s approval be resting on you and may he you peace” (Numbers 6: 24-26).

May this day of joy be multiplied for all, may they be greater than the days of adversity and that in each of them, we value what we have around us because they are the result of dedication, growth, progress and inexhaustible hope to get ahead.

A day of joy is what we all deserve, a day that even in the small details such as the breeze, the air, the sun, the sunrise as the sunset is a treasure that we live consciously of the treasures we are building.

So receive on this day of joy, our best wishes, may grace abound in your life and as Psalm 90:12 says “give us Knowledge of the number of our days, that we may get a heart of wisdom.”

Los anhelos de nuestro corazón

Diciembre es uno de los meses que se viste con el encanto de volver al hogar, de llenarnos de ilusión y esperanza para lo que está por venir.

Recientemente en un espacio geográfico del orbe, un país ha superado las expectativas de un cambio, de elegir a sus nuevas autoridades y aunque días antes de este evento, el ambiente era de tensión por diversas razones; se ha vivido una fiesta democrática donde familias enteras salieron a cumplir con su deber ciudadano y que su voz fuese escuchada.

El común denominador es que en los hogares se espera que los anhelos de nuestro corazón sean cumplidos y en donde mejores oportunidades surjan de una manera equitativa, justa, limpia para cada ser humano.

Se ha vivido una gran fiesta, donde la paz, alegría, esperanza y un ímpetu de salir adelante es el que se respira a lo largo y ancho de esta nación. 

Existen muchos retos que superar como nación, y se necesitará un tiempo importante para reconstruir el camino, pero se ha entendido que es bajo la unidad de su pueblo que este país superará sus adversidades.

Con la llegada de este mes de diciembre se refuerza ese ambiente de gozo para una nación que necesita aferrarse a una nueva esperanza. Es por esa razón, que esta publicación va dedicada a esa alegría que ha venido a renovar las fuerzas de un pueblo que con gran expectativa esperar ahora el año nuevo.

Los anhelos de nuestro corazón se guardan en un lugar muy especial, como lo dice  Romanos 15:13-14  “Y el Dios de esperanza os llene de todo gozo y paz en el creer, para que abundéis en esperanza por el poder del Espíritu Santo. Pero estoy seguro de vosotros, hermanos míos, que de vosotros mismos estáis llenos de bondad, llenos de todo conocimiento, de tal manera que podéis amonestaros los unos a los otros.” Se necesita de todo esto para que con determinación hagamos nuestra parte, la buena tarea, sembrando para que a su debido tiempo se logre la cosecha de escribir una nueva historia.

2021 nos sigues sorprendiendo, enseñándonos en cada aspecto de nuestras vidas los aprendizajes que necesitamos para sustentar nuestros pasos y que en este último mes del año; recordemos lo esencial, lo importante y verdadero.

The longings of our heart

December is one of the months that is dressed with the charm of returning home, of filling us with enthusiasm and hope for what is to come.

Recently in a geographic space of the world, a country has exceeded the expectations of a change, of electing its new authorities and although days before this event, the atmosphere was tense for various reasons; There has been a democratic party where entire families came out to fulfill their civic duty and have their voices heard.

The common denominator is that in homes it is expected that the desires of our hearts are fulfilled and where better opportunities arise in an equitable, fair, clean way for each human being.

There has been a great party, where peace, joy, hope and an impetus to get ahead is what is breathed throughout this nation.

There are many challenges to overcome as a nation, and it will take a long time to rebuild the path, but it has been understood that it is under the unity of its people that this country will overcome its adversities.

With the arrival of this month of December, that joyful atmosphere is reinforced for a nation that needs to cling to a new hope. It is for this reason that this publication is dedicated to that joy that has come to renew the strength of a people who are now looking forward to the new year with great expectation.

The desires of our hearts are kept in a very special place, as Romans 15: 13-14 says “Now may the God of hope make you full of joy and peace through faith, so that all hope may be yours in the power of the Holy Spirit . And I myself am certain of you, brothers, that you are full of what is good, complete in all knowledge, able to give direction to one another.” All this is needed so that with determination we can do our part, the good work, sowing so that in due time the harvest of writing a new story will be achieved.

2021 you continue to surprise us, teaching us in every aspect of our lives the learning that we need to sustain our steps and that in this last month of the year; let us remember the essential, the important and the true.

Un lugar llamado Hogar

Con el paso de los años, junto a nuestros seres queridos construimos ese espacio de convivencia. Esa área geográfica que invertimos nuestros recursos, al que también le agregamos ilusión, alegría y esperanza de ver cómo poco a poco se va formando frente a nosotros ese lugar llamado hogar.

En ese proceso de creación, vamos aprendiendo y reflexionando sobre los avances que tenemos;  sí vemos lo recorrido, nos maravillamos de cuánto hemos logrado. Lo que con paciencia, incertidumbre y también determinación ha ido creciendo frente a nuestros ojos. 

Posiblemente varios de esos días cuentan con lecciones de armonía, de trabajo en equipo, crecimiento y aceptación; precisamente eso es lo enriquecedor de las relaciones humanas porque nos permite darnos cuenta que estamos aquí para aprender constantemente (Colosenses 3:15).

El anhelo de todos, es tener un lugar llamado hogar, no únicamente un sitio que habitamos físicamente. Por lo que todo lo que hemos construido a lo largo de nuestra historia es un pilar importante para la realización de ese deseo.

Que en ese lugar llamado hogar sobreabunde la comprensión, la alegría, la solidaridad y unión para superar todas las adversidades que nos toca enfrentar. Así mismo, que sea un lugar acogedor con la calidez del cariño y confianza de quienes lo habitan y no necesariamente por las comodidades en su infraestructura.

Que en ese lugar llamado hogar, encontremos el descanso necesario, el refugio y comprensión para renovar nuestras fuerzas y continuar andando el camino.

Sin importar el tamaño de ese espacio, que sea un lugar donde el amor inagotable habite y permanezca entre sus miembros (Efesios 4:2).

 Y en las circunstancias que debamos de comenzar desde cero, con un nuevo inicio, una nueva historia, que no perdamos la esperanza que a su debido tiempo; veremos nacer nuevamente ese sitio el que se irá llenando de gozo, misericordia, gracia y llamaremos hogar (1 Corintios 15:57).

Un lugar llamado hogar es una de las más grandes bendiciones que tiene el ser humano, por lo que deseamos que todos puedan encontrarlo y construirlo cada día (Hebreos 6:14). 

Que cada día se abran las cortinas de par en par, dejando entrar la luz del sol, el aire fresco de renovación, la brisa de nuevas oportunidades, del ánimo y todo lo que necesitemos para ver con optimismo como en ese amanecer las misericordias son nuevas (Lamentaciones 3:22-23).

A place called home

Over the years, together with our loved ones, we have built space for coexistence. That geographic area in which we invest our resources, to which we also add hope, joy and hope to see how little by little that place called home is being formed in front of us.

In this process of creation, we are learning and reflecting on the progress we have made. If we see what we have done, we would marvel at how much we have achieved with patience, uncertainty and also determination and how it has been growing in front of our eyes.

Possibly several of those days have lessons in harmony, teamwork, growth, and acceptance. This is precisely what is enriching about human relationships because it allows us to realize that we are here to constantly learn (Colossians 3:15).

Everyone’s desire is to have a place called home, not just a place that we physically inhabit.  Everything we have built throughout our history is an important pillar for the realization of that wish.

May understanding, joy, solidarity and union abound in that place called home to overcome all the adversities that we have to face. Likewise, that it be a cozy place with the warmth of the affection and trust of those who inhabit it and not necessarily because of the comforts in its infrastructure.

That in that place called home, we find the necessary rest, shelter and understanding to renew our strength and continue walking the path.

Regardless of the size of that space, let it be a place where inexhaustible love dwells and remains among its members (Ephesians 4: 2).

 And in the circumstances that we must start from scratch, with a new beginning, a new history, that we do not lose hope. In due time we will see that place being born again, which will be filled with joy, mercy, grace and we will call home (1 Corinthians 15:57).

A place called home is one of the greatest blessings human beings have, so we want everyone to be able to find and build it each day (Hebrews 6:14).

May the curtains be opened wide every day, letting in the sunlight, the fresh air of renewal, the breeze of new opportunities, the spirit and everything we need to see with optimism how in that dawn the mercies are new. (Lamentations 3: 22-23).

¡Son en esos detalles!

Hola amigos escritores de su vida. Como cada jueves, hoy es día para compartirles un mensaje más de Escribiendo la Vida con T. 

En esta ocasión, me gustaría hacer referencia a esos regalos que llegan a nuestras manos sin pedirlos, esos regalos que nos sorprenden, llenan de alegría y que son muestras de bondad y afecto que por gracia nos son dados.

A lo largo de nuestra historia, nos enfrentaremos por diversas circunstancias que nos obligan a tomar decisiones inmediatas y sobre las que esperamos se resuelvan a nuestro favor y conforme  así como lo hemos planeado en nuestras mentes. 

Sin embargo, en esa búsqueda de soluciones, nos encontramos con la realidad y sus diversas respuestas que nos hacen cambiar de ideas y replantearnos nuevas salidas. Donde, en la mayoría de los casos, no se asemejan en nada a esos planteamientos que habíamos ideado en nuestro ser.

A primera vista, resulta algo abrumador, ya que cuestionamos o dudamos acerca de ¿Qué es lo mejor y cómo debemos de actuar ante estos escenarios imprevistos?  (2 Corintios 12:9).

Es hasta que con el paso del tiempo, y sólo entonces, donde vemos claramente las respuestas y el porqué las cosas no funcionaron así como las deseábamos.

Son en esos detalles, que se encuentran numerosos regalos que llegan a nuestras manos. Se encuentra una gracia que nos hace entender que todo pasa por una razón y que con los años, vamos entendiendo lo afortunados que somos al ser merecedores de algo incalculable como lo es la gracia (Tito 2:11).

Son en esos detalles, que nos hacen recordar que en nuestros momentos más difíciles, recibiremos ayuda o una solución; llegarán en esos momentos que nos darán esperanza para seguir adelante, para renovar nuestras fuerzas y retomar el camino (Filipenses 4:7, Hebreos 4:16).

Las adversidades son parte de la vida, son necesarias para entender y valorar los momentos de abundancia; pero en cada estación de nuestro caminar, la gracia es algo que nos acompañará para que en cada temporada recordemos que siendo como somos, existe un amor invaluable e incalculable hacia nosotros (1 Corintios 15:10).

Son en esos detalles, donde recordamos que aquel tiene el cuidado hasta en lo más pequeño que podemos pasar por desapercibido, es así como cada día tiene su propio afán, basta a cada día su propio mal porque mañana también ahí estará nuestro proveedor (Mateo 6:34, Romanos 8:37).

Y ya que la gracia es un tesoro, celebremos con alegría y humildad el recibirla cada día en esos detalles (Salmos 100:4, 1 Crónicas 16:34).

Hello writers friends of your life. Like every Thursday, today is the day to share one more message from Writing Life with Esteem.

On this occasion, I would like to refer to those gifts that come into our hands without asking for them, those gifts that surprise us, fill us with joy and are tokens of kindness and affection that are given to us by grace.

Throughout our history, we will face various circumstances that force us to make immediate decisions and on which we hope will be resolved in our favor and in accordance with the way we have planned in our minds.

However, in that search for solutions, we find reality and its various responses that make us change our ideas and rethink new ways out. In most cases, they do not resemble at all those approaches that we had devised in our being.

At first glance, it is somewhat overwhelming, since we question or doubt about what is best and how should we act in these unforeseen scenarios? (2 Corinthians 12: 9).

It is until over time, and only then, that we clearly see the answers and why things did not work out the way we wanted them to.

It is in those details that there are numerous gifts that come into our hands. There is a grace that makes us understand that everything happens for a reason and that over the years, we understand how lucky we are to be worthy of something incalculable such as grace (Titus 2:11).

It is in those details that remind us that in our most difficult moments, we will receive help or a solution. They will come in those moments that will give us hope to move on, to renew our strength and get back on track (Philippians 4: 7, Hebrews 4:16).

Adversities are part of life, they are necessary to understand and value moments of abundance. However, in each season of our walk, grace is something that will accompany us so that in each season we remember that being who we area and the invaluable and incalculable love for us (1 Corinthians 15:10).

It is in those details, where we remember that even he is careful, even in the smallest that we can go unnoticed, that is how each day has its own desire, each day its own evil is enough because tomorrow our provider will also be there (Matthew 6 : 34, Romans 8:37).

And since grace is a treasure, let us joyfully and humbly celebrate receiving it each day in those details (Psalm 100: 4, 1 Chronicles 16:34).

Hoy amigo escritor es un nuevo amanecer, la gracia e ilusión de este día lo viviremos de principio a fin sin importar la circunstancias que nos acompañen.

Hoy, es un día para vivirlo de manera especial, porque sabemos que bienaventurado el hombre que tiene ti sus fuerzas, en cuyo corazón están tus caminos como lo dice Salmos 84:5.

Hoy, haremos que cada minuto que transcurra sea atesorado como las riquezas que tendremos en nuestras memorias el día de mañana.

Hoy, nos gozaremos y alegraremos con canto nuevo porque en nuestras aflicciones hemos sido consolados (Salmos 31:7).

Hoy, desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer, disfrutaremos los regalos de la naturaleza; los rayos de sol, el cielo azul y todo lo que se encuentra a nuestro alrededor. 

Hoy es tiempo de agradecer por todo, ya que hemos recordado que Dios es el que nos ciñe de poder, Y quien hace perfecto nuestro camino (Salmos 18:32).

Hoy, vemos con nuevos colores lo hermoso de la vida, no existen afanes ni presiones porque hemos entendido que este presente es uno de los regalos más preciados que podemos tener.

Hoy, somos más que vencedores por medio de aquel que nos amó, aquel que nos sostiene y nos dice: no temas, yo te ayudo (Romanos 8:37, Isaías 41:13).

Hoy, haremos que las emociones que en este día descubramos, nos llenen de la fuerza necesaria para abrazar nuestro futuro.

Todas las emociones son necesarias para enseñarnos el valor de la alegría, de la esperanza y la fe; así que también damos gracias por las lecciones que las adversidades, las dudas, la tristeza, la desilusión y el miedo nos han enseñado para ser más conscientes de lo necesario que es vivir este hoy.

 Así que recibamos este hoy, que cada segundo de este día cuenta. Son tantas las adversidades que enfrentamos, que es muy necesario e importante recordar que cada día tiene su propio afán y por eso cada día merece ser vivido a su manera.

El ayer es pasado, el mañana es futuro, lo que concretamente tenemos es este hoy lleno de metas por cumplir.

Disfrutemos este hoy, abracémoslo con eterna gratitud y bondad, por que este es el día que ha hecho el Señor, para celebrarlo con Él (Salmos 118:24).

Today my writer friend is a new dawn and with grace and illusion we will live this day from beginning to end regardless of the circumstances that accompany us.

Today is a day to live it in a special way, because we know how blessed is the man who has his strength in you, in whose heart are your ways as Psalm 84: 5 says.

Today, we will make every minute that passes be treasured like the riches that we will have in our memories tomorrow.

Today, we will rejoice and rejoice with new song because in our afflictions we have been comforted (Psalm 31: 7).

Today, from dawn to dusk, we will enjoy the gifts of nature: the sun’s rays, the blue sky and everything that is around us.

Today is the time to be thankful for everything, since we have remembered that God is the one who girdles us with power, and who makes our way perfect (Psalms 18:32).

Today, we see with new colors the beauty of life, there are no worries or pressures because we have understood that this present is one of the most precious gifts we can have.

Today, we are more than conquerors through the one who loved us, the one who sustains us and tells us: do not fear, I will help you (Romans 8:37, Isaiah 41:13).

Today, we will make the emotions that we discover on this day fill us with the necessary strength to embrace our future.

All emotions are necessary to teach us the value of joy, hope and faith. We also give thanks for the lessons that adversity, doubts, sadness, disappointment and fear have taught us to be more aware of how necessary it is to live this today.

 So let’s get this today, every second of this day counts. There are so many adversities we face that it is very necessary and important to remember that each day has its own desire and that is why each day deserves to be vivid in its own way.

Yesterday is past, tomorrow is future, what we specifically have is this today full of goals to meet.

Let’s enjoy this today, let’s embrace it with eternal gratitude and kindness, because this is the day that the Lord has made, to celebrate it with Him (Psalms 118: 24).

¡Bienvenido junio! Hoy personalmente es un día especial, el calendario marca la fecha en la que vino al mundo alguien muy importante en mi historia. 

Una mujer amorosa, valiente y determinada que dio lo mejor de sí para que su descendencia saliera adelante. Esa mujer virtuosa que su estima sobrepasa largamente a la de las piedras preciosas tal como la describe el Libro de Salomón, aquella que ciñe de fuerza sus lomos, y esfuerza sus brazos. Aquella, que abre su boca con sabiduría (Proverbios 31:10 -31).

Esa mujer fue mi abuela, y tengo la esperanza de podernos ver nuevamente en la vida eterna.

Hoy le dedico estos pensamientos así como para aquellos que recuerdan con afecto a los que ya no se encuentran entre nosotros. En este día de tu cumpleaños, te agradezco por todo lo que hiciste por nosotros, por tu amor y dedicación, y es por eso que te envío un abrazo desde el alma.

Junio también es el mes de celebración de otros seres queridos, por lo que en esta primera publicación correspondiente al sexto mes del año, es una celebración a la vida, a la familia, a nuestros seres amados y a la dicha de poder compartir con ellos.

Para todos aquellos que tienen su fecha especial en este mes, les deseo un feliz cumpleaños; que este año más de vida sea el inicio de nuevos proyectos, cambios importantes y que te motiven a seguir adelante. 

“Que seas prosperado así como prosperado en todas las cosas, y que tengas salud, así como prospera tu alma.” (3 Juan 1:2)

Y por ser un mes de celebración, este día es propicio para compartir el Poema de Autor Desconocido llamado Feliz Cumpleaños: “Para tu cumpleaños deseo que recibas estos regalos especiales: Felicidad, en lo profundo de tu ser. Serenidad, con cada amanecer. Éxito, en cada respecto. Sinceridad, de amigos que te quieran. Amor, que sea eterno. Recuerdos entrañables, de momentos del ayer. Un presente esplendoroso repleto de bendiciones. Un sendero, que conduzca a un hermoso mañana. Anhelos, que se conviertan en realidad. Y reconocimientos, de todas las cosas maravillosas que hay en ti. ¡Que tengas un cumpleaños muy feliz! Te desean todos los que te queremos.”

Así que amigo escritor de tu vida, celebra cada día, que no hay mejor manera de expresar nuestra gratitud que sonreírle a nuestra existencia, en cada mañana respirar con la ilusión de un día maravilloso porque tenemos la dicha y bendición de compartir con los demás nuestro caminar.

Happy Birthday!

Welcome June! Today is personally a special day since the calendar marks the date that someone very important in my history came into the world.

A loving, brave, and determined woman who did her best to help her descendants move forward. That virtuous woman whose esteem far surpasses that of precious stones as described in the Book of Solomon, the one who girdles her loins with strength, and strains her arms. She who opens her mouth with wisdom (Proverbs 31:10 -31).

That woman was my grandmother, and I hope to see each other again in eternal life.

Today, she dedicates these thoughts to him as well as to those who remember with affection those who are no longer among us. On this day of your birthday, I thank you for everything you did for us, for your love and dedication, and that is why I send you a hug from my soul.

June is also the month of celebration for other loved ones, so in this first publication corresponding to the sixth month of the year, it is a celebration of life, family, our loved ones and the happiness of being able to share with them.

To all those who have their special date this month, I wish you a happy birthday. May this year of life be the beginning of new projects, important changes and that motivate you to move forward.

“My loved one, it is my prayer that you may do well in all things, and be healthy in body, even as your soul does well.” (3 John 1: 2)

And because it is a month of celebration, this day is propitious to share an unknown author’s poem called “Happy Birthday”: “For your birthday I wish you to receive these special gifts: Happiness, deep within your being. So, my writer friend of your life, celebrate every day that there is no better way to express our gratitude than to smile at our existence, every morning to breathe with the illusion of a wonderful day because we have the happiness and blessing of sharing our lives with others to walk.

¡Expectativas Superadas!

Cada esfuerzo que se le dedica a alguna tarea o actividad consecuentemente lleva un proceso de evaluación.  A nivel escolar se puede decir que son las entregas de los reportes de calificación académica, a nivel universitario son los resultados de los exámenes de unidad y a nivel laboral son las diversas evaluaciones de desempeño que un empleado pueda tener para medir su nivel de productividad y eficiencia entre otros (Proverbios 16:3, Job 23:10, Proverbios 1:2).

En cada uno de los escenarios , cada cual se prepara con  mucha determinación y esfuerzo para alcanzar un alta calificación. Entre esos esfuerzos arduos que se hacen día a día, se encuentra el estudio constante, realizando las tareas o deberes académicos, y actividades laborales correspondientes para que, al momento de la evaluación superemos satisfactoriamente la evaluación y nuestras expectativas (Salmos 66:10).

Se podría decir que gran parte del éxito lo determina, la diligencia con que nos hemos desempeñado para aprobar la evaluación , sin embargo existe un margen que lo determina las medidas o criterios que ese evaluador tome para calificar lo que hemos realizado (Job 36:7). 

Aquí es donde recibimos una ayuda que viene de lo alto y nos concede sorpresas al darnos una calificación con excelencia, una calificación que hasta a nosotros mismos nos sorprende y con voz de júbilo solemos decir ¡Gracias a Dios! Nos sentimos halagados y reconocidos, vemos como todo el esfuerzo y las intenciones de nuestro corazón en dar la milla extra son exaltadas (Isaías 52:13, 1 Crónicas 14:2). 

¿Por qué dar un reconocimiento a algo que seguramente estaría dado por sentado ya que sería el resultado lógico producto de un constante trabajo? Desde mi experiencia, lo considero como gratitud y humildad, ya que conforme avanzamos en la vida, el nivel de complejidad de los retos a los que nos enfrentamos incrementan; y muchas veces el que demos nuestro mejor esfuerzo no es suficiente ni determina el éxito que podremos alcanzar (Santiago 1:9, Salmos 118:28, Proverbios 3:1). 

Otro factor muy importante es la importancia de reconocer que en cada paso que damos, tenemos un respaldo a nuestras acciones, en nuestras decisiones y si le reconocemos en todos nuestros caminos, Él enderezará nuestras veredas como lo puedes leer en Proverbios 3:6. 

Así que cada vez que nuestras expectativas sean superadas, demos gracias con júbilo y veamos con gozo como somos la niña de sus ojos, que tiene cuidado de nosotros hasta el más mínimo detalle,  pues aún vuestros cabellos están todos contados (Mateo 10:30). 

La gratitud nos acerca al corazón de nuestro Creador. Y como lo dice el Poema Gratitud de Lissi: “Hermosa palabra que mueve montañas, para que nos abran las puertas del mañana. Paz en la sonrisa, amor espiritual que otorga la visa al valle celestial. Sentir que mi pecho, regalo más grande aquí y en tu lecho, corazón que late. Palabra más bella, que nace muy dentro, hace brillar estrellas en el firmamento.”

Expectations Exceeded!

Each effort that is dedicated to a task or activity consequently carries an evaluation process. At the school level, it can be said that they are the deliveries of the academic qualification reports. At the university level, they are the results of the unit exams. At the work level, they are the various performance evaluations that an employee may have to measure their level of productivity and efficiency among others (Proverbs 16: 3, Job 23:10, Proverbs 1: 2).

In each of the scenarios, each one prepares with great determination and effort to achieve a high rating. Among those arduous efforts that are made every day, there is constant study, performing academic tasks or duties, and corresponding work activities so that, at the time of the evaluation, we satisfactorily exceed the evaluation and our expectations (Psalm 66:10).

It could be said that a large part of the success is determined by the diligence with which we have performed to approve the evaluation. However, there is a margin that is determined by the measures or criteria that that evaluator takes to qualify what we have done (Job 36: 7 ). 

This is where we receive help that comes from on high and gives us surprises by giving us a rating with excellence, a rating that even surprises us and with a voice of joy we usually say Thank you God! We feel flattered and recognized, we see how all the effort and intentions of our hearts to go the extra mile are exalted (Isaiah 52:13, 1 Chronicles 14: 2).

Why give recognition to something that would surely be taken for granted and that would be the logical result of constant work? From my experience, it is considered as gratitude and humility, since as we advance in life, the level of complexity of the challenges we face increases. Many times our best effort is not enough or determines the success we can achieve (James 1: 9, Psalms 118: 28, Proverbs 3: 1).

Another very important factor is the importance of recognizing that in each step we take, we have support for our actions, in our decisions and if we recognize Him in all our ways, He will straighten our paths as you can read in Proverbs 3: 6.

So every time our expectations are exceeded, let us give thanks with joy and see with joy how we are the apple of his eye, who takes care of us down to the smallest detail, because even your hair is all numbered (Matthew 10:30).

Gratitude brings us closer to the heart of our Creator. And as the Gratitude Poem of Lissi says: “Beautiful word that moves mountains, so that they open the doors of tomorrow for us. Peace in the smile, spiritual love that grants the visa to the heavenly valley. Feel that my chest, greatest gift here and in your bed, heart that beats. The most beautiful word, which is born deep within, makes stars shine in the sky “.

Sublime Gracia

Hola queridos escritores de su vida, hace más de un año que nos encontramos en confinamiento y durante este tiempo hemos afrontado tantas cosas. Personalmente, he visto como la gracia  ha estado presente en cada segundo, a cada instante; por lo que esta entrega la dedico a esa Sublime Gracia.

¿Qué es la Gracia? Es ese regalo concedido por el Creador del Universo para ayudar al ser humano a cumplir o lograr en cada aspecto de nuestra vida diversos tipos de bendiciones que no son resultado de nuestras acciones sino su infinito amor de padre. Una de las traducciones a la que  hace referencia en las Escrituras proviene de la palabra griega charis, que significa “favor, bendición o bondad” (Efesios 2:8-10, Tito 2:11). 

Viéndolo de la manera más sencilla, la podemos encontrar en cada esfuerzo que le dedicamos a una tarea o actividad, donde las circunstancias hacen que el camino tal vez no sea tan sencillo  como nos lo habíamos planteado y de repente; ante nosotros, se abren las puertas que no imaginamos se pudieran lograr. Nos extienden la mano, nos miran con agrado para que podamos superar con creces las expectativas de nuestros planes y la única explicación que encontramos es que hemos recibido gracia ante los ojos de los demás (2 Corintios 12:9, Hebreos 4:16, Números 6:25). 

Que alegría la que sentimos al recibir sorpresivamente ese regalo, sabiendo que detrás de lo que nuestros ojos ven, existe un amor incondicional que nos hace sabernos amados, escuchados, privilegiados ya que aún medio de nuestros días de dificultad; cuando nuestra humanidad aflora y muestra nuestra debilidad, sin importar cuánto nos equivoquemos, la incertidumbre que tengamos hacia lo desconocido, nuestras oraciones son escuchadas, regalándonos esa gracia sublime de vernos con amor (Juan 8:9-12, 2 Timoteo 2:1).

Por lo que la mejor manera de corresponder a ese amor inagotable, es celebrar con acción de gracias de que en cada etapa de atravesemos, en las circunstancias más dolorosas, más difíciles o en los días de abundancia,  de salud; tengamos esa conexión única que se tiene a través de la conversación íntima como lo es la oración con ese amigo, con ese Coach, con ese Padre o como quieras llamarle. Encontrarás en esos momentos la paz, la fe y fortaleza que necesitas para seguir adelante (1 Tesalonicenses 5:17, Salmos 100:4) .

Así que amigo escritor, no te sientas solo. Esta temporada pasará y te será de ayuda para alcanzar tu mejor versión, fortalecer tu fe, tu amor a la humanidad; en los momentos de mayor dificultad es donde florecen nuestros más significativos aprendizajes y es también ahí donde recibimos muestras más grandes de que “en todas estas cosas somos más que vencedores por medio de aquel que nos amó”, como lo encuentras en Romanos 8:37.

¡Que la gracia y paz siempre estén presentes en nuestras vidas! (Efesios 1:2, Gálatas 6:18 Filipenses 1:2)

Amazing Grace

Hello dear writers of your life, we have been in confinement for more than a year and during this time we have faced so many things. Personally, I have seen how grace has been present in every second, every moment and I dedicate this delivery to that Amazing Grace.

What is Grace? It is that gift granted by the Creator of the Universe to help the human being to fulfill or achieve in every aspect of our life with different types of blessings that are not the result of our actions, but the infinite love of his father. One of the translations referenced in Scripture comes from the Greek word charis, which means “favor, blessing, or goodness” (Ephesians 2: 8-10, Titus 2:11).

Seeing it in the simplest way, we can find it in every effort that we dedicate to a task or activity, where circumstances make the path perhaps not as simple as we had planned and suddenly, before us, doors open that we did not imagine could be achieved. They reach out to us, they look at us with pleasure so that we can far exceed the expectations of our plans and the only explanation we can find is that we have received grace in the eyes of others (2 Corinthians 12: 9, Hebrews 4:16, Numbers 6:25).

What joy we feel when we suddenly receive that gift, knowing that behind what our eyes see, there is an unconditional love that makes us know that we are loved, listened to, privileged, even in the midst of our difficult days. When our humanity emerges and shows our weakness, no matter how much we are wrong, the uncertainty we have towards the unknown, our prayers are heard, giving us that amazing grace to see each other with love (John 8: 9-12, 2 Timothy 2: 1) .

Therefore, the best way to respond to this inexhaustible love is to celebrate with thanksgiving that in each stage we go through the most painful and difficult circumstances or in the days of abundance, of health. Let’s have that unique connection through intimate conversation such as prayer with that friend, with that Coach, with that Father or whatever you want to call him. In those moments you will find the peace, faith, and strength you need to move forward (1 Thessalonians 5:17, Psalm 100: 4).

So writer friend, don’t feel alone. This season will pass and it will help you to reach your best version, strengthen your faith, your love for humanity. It is in moments of greatest difficulty that our most significant learnings flourish and it is also there that we receive the greatest signs that “in all these things we are more than conquerors through the one who loved us”, as you find in Romans 8:37 .

May grace and peace always be present in our lives! (Ephesians 1: 2, Galatians 6:18 Philippians 1: 2)

¡Segundo Mes del Año!

Bienvenidos a febrero, el segundo mes del año. De lo que llevamos de este 2021 hemos realizado algunos ajustes en nuestros estilos de vida, otros hábitos siguen igual, pero sin duda alguna mantenemos el deseo que este sea un buen año.

Febrero se caracteriza por la mundialmente reconocida celebración de San Valentín, dedicado principalmente al amor de pareja y en segundo lugar a la amistad. Ambos muy importantes en la manera que los seres humanos nos relacionamos. 

Más que enfocarme en lo romántico del mes, deseo abordarlo desde el punto de vista afectivo de compartir con los demás nuestro cariño alejados de lo comercial de la festividad.

Que dicha la que tiene una persona al tener a su alrededor el afecto, respaldo y apoyo de sus seres queridos, así como de esos amigos que se han vuelto familia. Encontramos en Proverbios 17:17, “En todo tiempo ama el amigo, Y es como un hermano en tiempo de angustia”. 

Esta es una cita tan verdadera, puesto que, en los momentos de alegría, disfrutas de los éxitos, proyectos, metas que has alcanzado; pero es en los momentos de adversidad ves frente a ti cómo ese amigo sincero está a tu lado, apoyándote y se vuelven un nudo de tres dobleces que es difícil de romper para darte esa mano que necesitas, así como seguramente tú también lo harás cuando ellos te necesiten.

Considerémonos afortunados de poder recibir ese amor y devolvamos con detalles el afecto, demostrándonos cada día, en cada momento cuán importantes son nuestros seres queridos (Eclesiastés 4:9).

Que este febrero, y los meses que restan del 2021 sean una constante celebración por el amor y la amistad, de dar gracias y ayudarse mutuamente en cada etapa que debamos enfrentar. Que como lo dice Colosenses 3:14 “Y sobre todas estas cosas vestíos de amor, que es el vínculo perfecto” para poder compartir y repartir de ese amor que fluye en nuestro interior, donde la humanidad tiene tanta sed de recibirlo.

Llama a ese amigo, a esa persona especial e importante para ti, recuérdales que los amas y que, con esta nueva normalidad, aún existen maneras de seguir unidos a pesar de las distancias. Y a los que tienes junto a ti, hazles saber cuánto afecto tienes para ellos.

Así que amigo escritor de tu vida, deseo que tengas un mes de febrero muy especial, me despido con el Poema Esto es Todo lo que Deseo para Ti, De Autor Desconocido:  “Felicidad: muy dentro de ti. Serenidad: en cada amanecer. Éxito en cada faceta de tu vida. Amigos: muy cercanos y pendientes de ti. Amor: que siempre fluya de tu interior.                 Conocimiento: de la gracia y el amor de Dios. Recuerdos especiales: de todo el ayer.                  Un brillante hoy: con mucho por lo cual agradecer. Un camino: que te lleve a un hermoso mañana. Sueños: para que se conviertan en realidad y Gratitud: por todas las cosas hermosas a tu alrededor.”

Second Month of the Year!

Welcome to February, the second month of the year. So far in 2021 we have made some adjustments to our lifestyles, other habits remain the same, but without a doubt we maintain the wish that this is a good year.

February is characterized by the world-renowned celebration of Valentine’s Day, dedicated mainly to love as a couple and secondly to friendship. Both are very important in the way that human beings relate to each other.

More than focusing on the romantic of the month, I want to approach it from the affective point of view of sharing with others our affection away from the commercial aspect of the holiday.

What happiness a person has to have around them is the affection, support and support of their loved ones, as well as those friends who have become family. We find in Proverbs 17:17, “A friend is loving at all times, and becomes a brother in times of trouble.”

This is such a true quote, since, in moments of joy, you enjoy the successes, projects, goals that you have achieved. However, it is in times of adversity that you see in front of you how that sincere friend is by your side, supporting you, and they become a three-fold knot that is difficult to break to give you that hand you need, as well as surely you will also when they need you.

Let us consider ourselves fortunate to be able to receive that love and return the affection in detail, showing each day, at each moment how important our loved ones are (Ecclesiastes 4: 9).

May this February, and the remaining months of 2021 be a constant celebration of love and friendship, of giving thanks and helping each other in each stage that we must face. That as Colossians 3:14 says “And more than all, have love; the only way in which you may be completely joined together” to be able to share and distribute that love that flows within us, where humanity is so thirsty to receive it.

Call that friend, that special and important person to you, remind them that you love them and that, with this new normal, there are still ways to remain united despite the distances. And to those you have with you, let them know how much affection you have for them.

So my writer friend of your life, I wish you have a very special February, I say goodbye with the Poem This is Everything I Wish for You, From Unknown Author: “Happines very deep inside of you. Serenity: at every sunrise. Success in every facet of your life. Friends: very close and pending of you. Love: may it always flow from within you. Knowledge: of the grace and love of God. Dreams: so that they become reality and Gratitude: for all the beautiful things around you. “
