    365 días en los que has estado en esta historia

    ¡Hola amigos escritores de su vida! Con la víspera de la navidad, nos damos cuenta de que estos 365 días se han ido más rápido de lo que pensamos pero en cada uno de ellos, nuestro Creador ha estado en esta historia.

    Este 2022 ha sido un año de múltiples sorpresas. En primera instancia puedo decir que no se parece en nada al año que imaginaba, sin embargo; es definitivamente el año que necesitaba y es ahí donde Dios ha estado presente en los 365 días de esta historia que hoy me hace escribir un nuevo capítulo.

    En los momentos que me encontré más vulnerable, la letra de “Dios está en esta historia” de Katy Nichole & Big Daddy Weave me reconfortaron para recordarme que en estos 365 días en esta historia: ¡Dios ha estado! Encontré en estos versos la calma, paz y un susurro: “Agárrate a lo que sabes, Él prometió que no te dejaría ir, tu canción de curación está escrita en sus cicatrices… Dios está en esta historia, Dios está en los detalles, incluso en las partes rotas, el sostiene mi corazón, Él nunca falla. Cuando estoy en mi mayor debilidad, confiaré en Jesús. Siempre en los altos y bajos Él va delante de mí.”

    Y en las vísperas de la celebración del nacimiento del redentor, nos llenamos de alegría, gratitud, ilusión y esperanza de que hace más de dos mil años el Verbo fue hecho carne, y habitó entre nosotros (y vimos su gloria, gloria del unigénito del Padre), lleno de gracia y de verdad, y hasta en nuestros días, en cada una de las etapas que nos ha tocado superar, en esta historia ¡Él está! (Juan 1:14).

    Que tengas unas vísperas de navidad llenas de los sentimientos más reconfortantes, que te unas a los tuyos en un cálido abrazo, porque en navidad: ¡todos los caminos conducen a casa!

    Y si tienes la oportunidad de compartir con los demás, no te limites: ¡hazlo! reparte abrazos, sonrisas y esperanza para todo aquel que lo pueda necesitar (Lucas 2:14).

    365 days in which you have been in this story

    Hello writer friends of your life! With Christmas Eve, we realize that these 365 days have gone by faster than we thought, but in each of them, our Creator has been in this story.

    This 2022 has been a year of multiple surprises. In the first instance I can say that it is not at all like the year I imagined, however; It is definitely the year I needed and that is where God has been present in the 365 days of this story that today makes me write a new chapter.

    In the moments that I found myself most vulnerable, the lyrics of “God is in this story” by Katy Nichole & Big Daddy Weave comforted me to remind me that in these 365 days in this story: God has been! I found in these verses calm, peace and a whisper: “Picked me up, told my heart that hope is never gone. God is in this story, God is in the details, even in the broken parts, He holds my heart, He never fails, When I´m at my weakness I will trust in Jesus, Always in the highs and low, The One who goes before me.”

    And on the eve of the celebration of the birth of the redeemer, we are filled with joy, gratitude, illusion and hope that more than two thousand years ago The Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us (and we saw his glory, glory of the only begotten of the Father), full of grace and truth, and even in our days, in each of the stages that we have had to overcome, in this story He is! (John 1:14).

    May you have a Christmas Eve filled with the most comforting feelings, may you join your loved ones in a warm hug, because at Christmas: all roads lead home!

    And if you have the opportunity to share with others, don’t limit yourself: do it! Spread hugs, smiles and hope to everyone who may need it (Luke 2:14).

    Las anclas positivas que llegan a nuestra vida

    Deseando que este nuevo mes vaya de lo mejor para ti, para mi está siendo de mayor avance en mi recuperación; cada día veo con alegría los logros que estoy teniendo en esta nueva versión que me acompaña. Gracias a las personas anclas que han llegado a mi vida, han sido una dosis positiva de renovación, fuerza y determinación para seguir adelante.

    Mientras preparaba esta entrada, pensaba en muchas cosas que han llegado a mis manos en este 2022. Sin embargo, nuestra salud a veces no se encuentra como lo quisiéramos pero siempre es una oportunidad para hacer realidad lo que nos alegra y agradecer en cualquier comento sin importar que sea una fecha en especial.

    Al escuchar la palabra ancla, según la definición que conocemos y encontramos en los portales web, se refieren a “un objeto de hierro, generalmente en forma de arpón o de anzuelo con las puntas rematadas en ganchos, que va sujeto a una cadena o cabo y se echa desde una embarcación al fondo del mar, de un río o de un lago para asegurar la nave y evitar que esta derive.”

    Y bajo esta explicación llevándolo al plano emocional, las personas que llegan a nuestras vidas con una habilidad increíble que en medio de la turbulencia de las aguas representadas por la dudas, el miedo, la incertidumbre así como cualquier otra emoción que nos inquiete; las personas ancla nos logran llevar a la calma, a fijarnos al suelo y atarnos a un lugar seguro en el que recuperemos nuestra paz.

    No sólo se trata necesariamente que ellos nos brinden de su paz y tranquilidad, es más la oportunidad de darnos cuenta que esos sentimientos de calma se encuentran en nuestro interior y que con su ayuda; nos permiten recordarnos lo que existe en nuestro ser.

    Así que en este nuevo mes, reitero mi gratitud a las personas ancla que llegan a nuestra vida de una forma positiva, que irrumpen nuestro entorno para que con su carisma, sabiduría, empatía y amor; nos recuerden que eso también está en nosotros para justo en los momentos que más les necesitamos sean esa fuerza que retiene nuestro navío con firmeza, tranquilidad y fidelidad.

    Y es que el ancla más segura que podemos encontrar es el alimento de la oración, la comunión en donde encontramos seguridad y firmeza en nuestro ser.

    En el mar embravecido el Señor Jesucristo calmó la tempestad frente al asombro de sus apóstoles, dejándonos la gran enseñanza de que Él es nuestra ancla que nos lleva a puerto seguro (Marcos 4:39).

    Los seres humanos en nuestra época actual, somos los instrumentos que el Creador del Universo utiliza para hacer visible y audible las respuestas que necesitamos recibir; porque en nuestra alma es el Santo Espíritu quien nos brinda el consuelo, la paz, templanza y gozo para levantarnos (Hebreos 6:19).

    Y esas personas anclas “que cada día siembran todos los días un poco de amor, tiene el privilegio de florecer los más bellos sentimientos a su alrededor” cita una famosa frase y cuanta verdad existe en ello.

    Así que gracias a esas personas anclas, a esos ángeles puestos en el camino ya que nos regalan de las cosas más valiosas que existen: su tiempo, su esencia, su determinación. ¡Muchas gracias por existir!

    Que con la llegada de diciembre, este 2022 concluya con la gran mayoría de los planes que nos propusimos al inicio del año y sí por diversas razones, no fueron cumplidos; que sean la base de las metas que nos reformulemos en el año nuevo.

    Así que amigo escritor de tu vida, deseo que sigas cada día añadiendo historias de gran valor por todo lo que has alcanzado, dando gracias al cielo y compartiendo con los demás la alegría de vivir.

    Anchor People

    The positive anchors that come into our life

    Wishing that this new month goes well for you, for me it is being of greater progress in my recovery; every day I see with joy the achievements that I am having in this new version that accompanies me. Thanks to the anchor people who have come into my life, they have been a positive dose of renewal, strength and determination to keep going.

    While I was preparing this post, I was thinking about many things that have come into my hands in this 2022. However, our health is sometimes not as we would like, but it is always an opportunity to make what we are happy about come true and to be grateful at any time, regardless of whether it is a special date.

    When listening to the word anchor, according to the definition that we know and find on the web portals, they refer to “an iron object, generally in the shape of a harpoon or a hook with the ends ending in hooks, which is attached to a chain or rope and it is thrown from a boat to the bottom of the sea, a river or a lake to secure the ship and prevent it from drifting.”

    And under this explanation taking it to the emotional plane, the people who come into our lives with incredible ability that in the midst of the turbulence of the waters represented by doubts, fear, uncertainty as well as any other emotion that worries us; Anchor people manage to bring us to calm, to fix us on the ground and tie us to a safe place where we can recover our peace.

    Not only is it necessarily that they offer us their peace and tranquility, it is more the opportunity to realize that those feelings of calm are within us and that with their help; they allow us to remind ourselves of what exists in our being.

    Así que gracias a esas personas anclas, a esos ángeles puestos en el camino ya que nos regalan de las cosas más valiosas que existen: su tiempo, su esencia, su determinación. ¡Muchas gracias por existir!

    So in this new month, I reiterate my gratitude to the anchor people who come into our lives in a positive way, who break into our environment so that with their charisma, wisdom, empathy and love; They remind us that this is also in us so that, just when we need them the most, they are the force that holds our ship firmly, calmly and faithfully.

    And it is that the safest anchor that we can find is the food of prayer, the communion where we find security and firmness in our being.

    In the rough sea, the Lord Jesus Christ calmed the storm in the face of the astonishment of his apostles, leaving us the great teaching that He is our anchor that takes us to a safe harbor (Mark 4:39).

    Human beings in our current era are the instruments that the Creator of the Universe uses to make visible and audible the answers we need to receive; because in our soul it is the Holy Spirit who gives us comfort, peace, temperance and joy to lift us up (Hebrews 6:19).

    And those anchor people “who sow a little love every day, have the privilege of blooming the most beautiful feelings around them” cites a famous phrase and how much truth exists in it.

    So thanks to those anchor people, to those angels placed on the road, since they give us the most valuable things that exist: their time, their essence, their determination. Thank you so much for existing!

    That with the arrival of December, this 2022 concludes with the vast majority of the plans that we proposed at the beginning of the year and yes, for various reasons, they were not fulfilled; that are the basis of the goals that we reformulate in the new year.

    So, writer friend of your life, I hope that you continue every day adding stories of great value for all that you have achieved, giving thanks to heaven and sharing with others the joy of living.

    ¡Un día de alegría!

    El tiempo ha pasado tan rápido que al verte hoy convertida en una radiante flor no hacemos más que sentir alegría por tu existir.

    El gozo del padre, un ser especial que llegó a nuestra vida para ser alguien muy especial y que has llenado de luz a todos los que te conocemos.

    Elegiste el segundo mes para abrir tus ojos a esta vida; te acompaña muy de cerca otra fecha especial para nosotros, así que este mes de febrero es sin duda un mes lleno de celebración.

    Un día de alegría, de gozo porque la dicha de compartir no tiene fin.

    Y ¿Qué más se puede pedir a la vida que ver a nuestros seres queridos crecer y convertirse cada día en lo que sueñan ser?

    Con acción de gracias, con emoción este día de alegría, lo compartimos con todos aquellos que también celebran sus avances.

    Que El Señor te bendiga y te guarde; el Señor te mire con agrado y te extienda su amor; el Señor te muestre su favor y te conceda la paz (Números 6:24-26).

    Que este día de alegría se multiplique para todos, que sean mayores a los días de adversidad y que en cada uno de ellos, valoremos lo que tenemos a nuestro alrededor porque son el resultado de dedicación, de crecimiento, de avance y de una esperanza inagotable para salir adelante.

    Un día de alegría es lo que todos nos merecemos, un día que hasta en los pequeños detalles como la brisa, el aire, el sol, el amanecer como el anochecer sea un tesoro que vivamos conscientemente de los tesoros que estamos construyendo.

    Así que recibe en este día de gozo, nuestros mejores deseos, que la gracia sobreabunde en tu vida y como lo dice Salmo 90:12 “contemos bien nuestros días, para que nuestro corazón adquiera sabiduría.”

    A day of joy!

    Time has passed so quickly that seeing you today turned into a radiant flower we do nothing but feel joy for your existence.

    The joy of the father, a special being who came into our lives to be someone very special and who has filled all of us who know you with light.

    You chose the second month to open your eyes to this life; you are closely followed by another special date for us, so this month of February is undoubtedly a month full of celebration.

    A day of joy, of joy, because the joy of sharing has no end.

    What more can one ask of life than to see our loved ones grow and become what they dream of being every day?

    With gratitude, with emotion this day of joy, we share it with all those who also celebrate their progress.

    “May the Lord send his blessing on you and keep you; May the light of the Lord’s face be shining on you in grace; May the Lord’s approval be resting on you and may he you peace” (Numbers 6: 24-26).

    May this day of joy be multiplied for all, may they be greater than the days of adversity and that in each of them, we value what we have around us because they are the result of dedication, growth, progress and inexhaustible hope to get ahead.

    A day of joy is what we all deserve, a day that even in the small details such as the breeze, the air, the sun, the sunrise as the sunset is a treasure that we live consciously of the treasures we are building.

    So receive on this day of joy, our best wishes, may grace abound in your life and as Psalm 90:12 says “give us Knowledge of the number of our days, that we may get a heart of wisdom.”

    Una de las celebraciones más importantes alrededor del mundo y de acuerdo al cristianismo es la celebración de la promesa hecha verbo, ¡Emmanuel! (Isaías 7:14, Mateo 1:23).

    Entre las luces de colores, los clásicos de navidad y todo lo que enmarca estas fechas, es un tiempo para agradecer que hasta aquí hemos llegado.

    Es un tiempo de paz y amor donde la reconciliación, el perdón, la fe y la alegría albergan los corazones para recibir en nuestro corazón el nacimiento de nuestro redentor. “Porque un niño nos es nacido” la promesa que se muestra en Isaías 9:6.

    Que a lo largo y ancho del orbe, las familias se unan en un abrazo virtual o presencial para con que con esperanza y gozo celebremos en la calidez que dan las fechas especiales.

    Felices fiestas de navidad para todos, que todo lo vivido en este 2021 sea la semilla para la cosecha del año nuevo.

    Nativity

    One of the most important celebrations around the world and according to Christianity is the celebration of the promise made verb, Emmanuel! (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23).

    Between the colored lights, the Christmas classics and everything that frames these dates, it is a time to be thankful that we have come this far.

    It is a time of peace and love where reconciliation, forgiveness, faith and joy shelters the hearts to receive in our hearts the birth of our redeemer. “For a child is born to us” the promise shown in Isaiah 9: 6.

    That all over the world, families join in a virtual or face-to-face hug so that with hope and joy we celebrate in the warmth that special dates give.

    Happy Christmas holidays to all, that everything lived in this 2021 is the seed for the harvest of the new year.

    Clásicos de Navidad

    Hola amigos escritores de su vida, conforme avanza el mes vemos que el ambiente de la temporada toma mayor fuerza y los clásicos de la navidad hacen de sus mejores galas para animarnos aún más.

    Entre los clásicos de la navidad se encuentran las melodías, comidas, postres, luces, árboles entre muchas otras cosas que inyectan esperanza para poder volver a compartir con nuestros seres queridos de esta festividad.

    Y es que se siente un aire de renovado de esperanza muy diferente al que vivimos el año anterior, reconozco que la festividad pasada fue un tiempo consciente y de mucha gratitud; pero este año es un momento de agradecimiento lleno de gozo, alegría, paz y determinación de seguir adelante.

    El Poema Espíritu de Navidad de Monibe  refleja a la perfección este sentimiento:  “La navidad aflora y destapa, sentimientos cargados de amor, sensaciones de fe, vida y esperanza, momentos vibrantes, que hacen bailar el corazón, rebosando la solidaridad del alma. 

    En navidad todos damos y recibimos, época que evoca paz y dicha, un grito desesperado que ansía felicidad, tiempo para dibujar sonrisas en rostros con desdichas. El espíritu que rebosa el ambiente navideño, rompe barreras, acercando al que está lejos, transmite paz y alegría de forma desmedida, se abre al mundo entero mostrando fuerza, cargado de abrazos, besos y caricias.

    Celebremos esta navidad, esperanzados en un mañana prometedor, añorando que el próximo año el mundo esté en paz, que se acabe la violencia y la marginalidad y que por fin podamos ser un  mundo unido, sin envidias, sin guerras, sin odios, ni desatinos. 

    Un mundo que festeje sin miedos, que celebre en grande cada año de vida y de gracias al cielo, por lo que nos enseña la madre naturaleza, por la fuerza de nuestro espíritu, por nuestro planeta tierra y cada una de sus maravillas. 

    Por la vida de los viejos, jóvenes y niños, y sobre todo por capacidad de entender, que somos diferentes y actuamos distinto, por eso no debemos sobrepasar el respeto que cada ser merece y necesita.” 

    Disfrutemos entonces de estos clásicos de navidad usando todos nuestros sentidos para saborear, observar, escuchar, tocar y hablar de esos detalles que hacen especial todo lo característico de la estación, recordando que la esencia de esta celebración es el nacimiento del redentor como se muestra en Isaías 9:6 “Porque un niño no es nacido, hijo no es dado, y el principado sobre su hombro; y se llamará su nombre Admirable, Consejero, Dios Fuerte, Padre Eterno, Príncipe de Paz.”  

    Y con voz de júbilo digamos: “¡Gloria a Dios en las alturas, Y en la tierra paz, buena voluntad para con los hombres!” como lo encontramos en Lucas 2:14

    Christmas Classics

    Hello writers friends of your life, as the month progresses we see that the atmosphere of the season takes more force and the Christmas classics do their best to cheer us up even more.

    Among the classics of Christmas are the melodies, meals, desserts, lights, trees among many other things that inject hope to be able to share this holiday with our loved ones again.

    And it is that you feel an air of renewed hope very different from the one we lived the previous year, I recognize that the last holiday was a conscious time and of great gratitude; but this year is a time of gratitude filled with joy, contentment, peace, and determination to keep going.

    Monibe’s Spirit of Christmas Poem perfectly reflects this sentiment: “Christmas emerges and uncovers, feelings full of love, feelings of faith, life and hope, vibrant moments that make the heart dance, overflowing with the solidarity of the soul.

    At Christmas we all give and receive, a time that evokes peace and happiness, a desperate cry that yearns for happiness, a time to draw smiles on unhappy faces. The spirit that overflows the Christmas atmosphere, breaks barriers, bringing those who are far closer together, transmits peace and joy in an inordinate way, opens up to the whole world showing strength, loaded with hugs, kisses and caresses.

    Let’s celebrate this Christmas, hopeful for a promising tomorrow, longing that next year the world is at peace, that violence and marginalization end, that we can finally be a united world, without envy, without wars, without hatred, or nonsense.

    A world that celebrates without fear, that celebrates each year of life and thanks to heaven, for what Mother Nature teaches us, for the strength of our spirit, for our planet earth and each of its wonders.

    For the lives of the old, young and children, and above all for the ability to understand that we are different and act differently, that is why we must not exceed the respect that each being deserves and needs. “

    So let’s enjoy these Christmas classics using all our senses to savor, observe, listen, touch and talk about those details that make everything characteristic of the season special, remembering that the essence of this celebration is the birth of the redeemer as shown in Isaiah 9: 6 “For to us a child has come, to us son is given; and the government has been placed in his hands; and he has been named Wise Guide; Strong God, Father for ever, Prince of Peace.“

    And with a voice of joy let us say: “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom he is well pleased!” as you find it in Luke 2:14

    Un lugar llamado Hogar

    Con el paso de los años, junto a nuestros seres queridos construimos ese espacio de convivencia. Esa área geográfica que invertimos nuestros recursos, al que también le agregamos ilusión, alegría y esperanza de ver cómo poco a poco se va formando frente a nosotros ese lugar llamado hogar.

    En ese proceso de creación, vamos aprendiendo y reflexionando sobre los avances que tenemos;  sí vemos lo recorrido, nos maravillamos de cuánto hemos logrado. Lo que con paciencia, incertidumbre y también determinación ha ido creciendo frente a nuestros ojos. 

    Posiblemente varios de esos días cuentan con lecciones de armonía, de trabajo en equipo, crecimiento y aceptación; precisamente eso es lo enriquecedor de las relaciones humanas porque nos permite darnos cuenta que estamos aquí para aprender constantemente (Colosenses 3:15).

    El anhelo de todos, es tener un lugar llamado hogar, no únicamente un sitio que habitamos físicamente. Por lo que todo lo que hemos construido a lo largo de nuestra historia es un pilar importante para la realización de ese deseo.

    Que en ese lugar llamado hogar sobreabunde la comprensión, la alegría, la solidaridad y unión para superar todas las adversidades que nos toca enfrentar. Así mismo, que sea un lugar acogedor con la calidez del cariño y confianza de quienes lo habitan y no necesariamente por las comodidades en su infraestructura.

    Que en ese lugar llamado hogar, encontremos el descanso necesario, el refugio y comprensión para renovar nuestras fuerzas y continuar andando el camino.

    Sin importar el tamaño de ese espacio, que sea un lugar donde el amor inagotable habite y permanezca entre sus miembros (Efesios 4:2).

     Y en las circunstancias que debamos de comenzar desde cero, con un nuevo inicio, una nueva historia, que no perdamos la esperanza que a su debido tiempo; veremos nacer nuevamente ese sitio el que se irá llenando de gozo, misericordia, gracia y llamaremos hogar (1 Corintios 15:57).

    Un lugar llamado hogar es una de las más grandes bendiciones que tiene el ser humano, por lo que deseamos que todos puedan encontrarlo y construirlo cada día (Hebreos 6:14). 

    Que cada día se abran las cortinas de par en par, dejando entrar la luz del sol, el aire fresco de renovación, la brisa de nuevas oportunidades, del ánimo y todo lo que necesitemos para ver con optimismo como en ese amanecer las misericordias son nuevas (Lamentaciones 3:22-23).

    ¡Hasta la próxima!

    A place called home

    Over the years, together with our loved ones, we have built space for coexistence. That geographic area in which we invest our resources, to which we also add hope, joy and hope to see how little by little that place called home is being formed in front of us.

    In this process of creation, we are learning and reflecting on the progress we have made. If we see what we have done, we would marvel at how much we have achieved with patience, uncertainty and also determination and how it has been growing in front of our eyes.

    Possibly several of those days have lessons in harmony, teamwork, growth, and acceptance. This is precisely what is enriching about human relationships because it allows us to realize that we are here to constantly learn (Colossians 3:15).

    Everyone’s desire is to have a place called home, not just a place that we physically inhabit.  Everything we have built throughout our history is an important pillar for the realization of that wish.

    May understanding, joy, solidarity and union abound in that place called home to overcome all the adversities that we have to face. Likewise, that it be a cozy place with the warmth of the affection and trust of those who inhabit it and not necessarily because of the comforts in its infrastructure.

    That in that place called home, we find the necessary rest, shelter and understanding to renew our strength and continue walking the path.

    Regardless of the size of that space, let it be a place where inexhaustible love dwells and remains among its members (Ephesians 4: 2).

     And in the circumstances that we must start from scratch, with a new beginning, a new history, that we do not lose hope. In due time we will see that place being born again, which will be filled with joy, mercy, grace and we will call home (1 Corinthians 15:57).

    A place called home is one of the greatest blessings human beings have, so we want everyone to be able to find and build it each day (Hebrews 6:14).

    May the curtains be opened wide every day, letting in the sunlight, the fresh air of renewal, the breeze of new opportunities, the spirit and everything we need to see with optimism how in that dawn the mercies are new. (Lamentations 3: 22-23).

    Cuando la Respuesta es ¡No!

    Hola amigos escritores de su vida, desde hace un par de semanas este tema ha estado en mi mente y no quiero dejar pasar más tiempo para abordarlo desde un enfoque muy particular el cual espero sea de aliento para todo aquel que lo necesite.

    Sin importar las creencias que profesamos, a través de la oración hacemos petición por algo o alguien en nuestro entorno. Y ante esa circunstancias, inevitablemente existirán tres opciones que son el sí, el espera y el temido no (Daniel 10:12).

    Cuando la respuesta es no, dependiendo de la circunstancia, es un proceso amargo, doloroso que nos hace dudar ya que es muy común escuchar que sí lo pedimos nos será dado, pero existe algo muy importante que es reconocer si esto se encuentra dentro de la voluntad de Dios. 

    Cuando la respuesta es no, no significa que hemos dudado o que nuestra fe no ha sido lo suficientemente fuerte. Tampoco significa que Dios no nos ama y que su voluntad es hacernos sufrir. Simplemente significa que todos durante nuestra vida, pasaremos por procesos que debemos de sobrellevar y muchos de ellos no tienen explicación (Romanos 12:12, Salmos 46:1).

    Cuando la respuesta es no, es un tiempo de aprendizaje, de ser transformados desde el amor en algo valioso ya que así como ocurre con las perlas, éstas son el resultado del dolor y sus frutos son un tesoro admirado. ¡Una ostra que no ha sido herida no puede producir perlas! (Santiago 1: 2, Corintios 8:2).

    Las ostras al ser heridas en su interior por los granos de arena, cubren con nácar el grano para protegerse y sanar del dolor, y conforme van aplicando las capas, se va formando la perla. Desde el amor y el perdón se sanan las heridas, ese es nuestro nácar para aceptar las desavenencias de la vida, así que no te culpes en pensar que tus oraciones no han sido escuchadas, al contrario, han sido contestadas para formar una preciosa perla de ti (Lucas 7:47, Efesios 4:32, Salmos 103:3).

    Las almas más bondadosas son las que conocen el dolor, el perdón y el amor. No permitamos que esa respuesta llene nuestra alma de amargura y esa herida nunca sane por esa respuesta; al contrario, convirtamos ese dolor en un brillante nácar que transforma nuestra vida y la de los demás (2 Corintios 1:4, Mateo 5:14-16). 

    Todo lleva su tiempo, no será fácil y posiblemente tendrás recaídas como todos, pero te levantarás, ¡Tú fuerza y determinación te harán salir adelante como un valiente!

    Si te encuentras en este momento que tu respuesta es no, te brindo palabras de aliento para que tu fe se fortalezca, para que la paz que sobrepasa todo entendimiento te acompañe y tu alma se llene de gozo nuevamente.

    Descansa, respira, busca ayuda si es necesario, perdona y ama; poco a poco, un día a la vez.

    ¡Saldrás adelante, no te detengas! Sigue creyendo en que el que te formó en el vientre de tu madre tiene preparado mejores cosas porque sus caminos son más altos que los nuestros y en su infinita sabiduría sabe por qué permite que ocurran las cosas, ya habrá tiempo en la eternidad para preguntarle tantas cosas que hemos querido saber, por ahora, nos toca seguir escribiendo la vida con t (Mateo 5: 1 -12, Juan 20:29, Romanos 4:8, Lucas 14:14,  Salmos 40:4).

    When the Answer is No!

    Hello writing friends of your life, for a couple of weeks this topic has been on my mind and I do not want to let more time go by to approach it from a very particular angke in which I hope will serve as encouragement for everyone who needs it.

    Regardless of the beliefs we profess, through prayer we make request for something or someone in our environment. Under these circumstances, inevitably there will be three options that are yes, wait and the dreaded no (Daniel 10:12).

    When the answer is no, depending on the circumstance, it is a bitter, painful process that makes us doubt since it is very common to hear that if we ask for it, it will be given to us, but there is something very important that is to recognize if this is within the God’s will.

    When the answer is no, it does not mean that we have doubted or that our faith has not been strong enough. Nor does it mean that God does not love us and that his will is to make us suffer. It simply means that during our lives, we will go through processes that we must endure and many of them have no explanation (Romans 12:12, Psalms 46: 1).

    When the answer is no, it is a time of learning, of being transformed from love into something valuable since, as with pearls, they are the result of pain and their fruits are an admired treasure. An oyster that has not been wounded cannot produce pearls! (James 1: 2, Corinthians 8: 2).

    The oysters, when they are wounded inside by the grains of sand, cover the grain with mother-of-pearl to protect themselves and heal from pain, and as the layers are applied, the pearl is formed. From love and forgiveness wounds are healed, that is our mother of pearl to accept the disagreements of life. Do not blame yourself for thinking that your prayers have not been heard, on the contrary, they have been answered to form a precious pearl of you (Luke 7:47, Ephesians 4:32, Psalms 103: 3).

    The kindest souls are those who know pain, forgiveness, and love. Let us not allow that answer to fill our soul with bitterness and that wound never heal from that answer. On the contrary, let us turn that pain into a shiny mother of pearl that transforms our lives and that of others (2 Corinthians 1: 4, Matthew 5: 14-16).

    Everything takes time, it will not be easy and you will possibly have relapses like everyone else, but you will get up, your strength and determination will make you get ahead like a brave person!

    If you find at this moment that your answer is no, I offer you words of encouragement so that your faith is strengthened, so that the peace that surpasses all understanding will accompany you and your soul will be filled with joy again.

    Rest, breathe, seek help if necessary, forgive and love. Little by little, one day at a time.

    you will get ahead, don’t stop! Keep believing that the one who formed you in your mother’s womb has better things prepared because his ways are higher than ours and in his infinite wisdom he knows why he allows things to happen, there will be time in eternity to ask him so many things we have wanted to know, for now, we have to continue writing the life with esteem (Matthew 5: 1-12, John 20:29, Romans 4: 8, Luke 14:14, Psalms 40: 4).

    ¡Bienvenido agosto! Un mes que sin imaginarlo se volvió muy importante para mí, es el mes que se concretó este proyecto que ya cumple su primer año. No cabe duda que el tiempo se ha ido volando (Habacuc 2:3).

    Es por esa razón que hoy haré una referencia a los rompecabezas y cómo estos se entrelazan a los retos que resolvemos en nuestras vidas. De acuerdo a la definición en el diccionario es un “juego de habilidad y paciencia que consiste en recomponer una figura o una imagen combinando de manera correcta unas determinadas piezas, en cada una de las cuales hay una parte de dicha figura o imagen; las piezas pueden ser planas y de formas distintas, que dan lugar a una sola imagen.” 

    Entre los beneficios que se adquieren al completarlos, descubrimos que en todas las edades son de gran ayuda ya que es un ejercicio mental pues activa ambos lados de nuestro cerebro puesto que aplicamos el pensamiento intuitivo, las emociones, la lógica, la objetividad y lo metódico para lograr nuestro objetivo.

    Adicionalmente, existe un mejor razonamiento visual-espacial, prestamos mayor atención a los detalles para elegir cual pieza va en su lugar, mejora la memoria, incrementa nuestro coeficiente intelectual; mejora nuestra capacidad en la resolución de problemas así como eleva nuestro nivel de productividad, disminuye el estrés entre muchos otros que podemos encontrar.

    Y haciendo una comparación con la vida, tal como ocurre con el juego, vamos buscando las piezas que pertenecen en el lugar correcto. Muchas veces elegimos la pieza equivocada y aunque pensamos que encajamos y que preliminarmente tendemos a creer que encontramos nuestro lugar; conforme avanzamos en nuestro caminar, nos damos cuenta de que no pertenecemos ahí y es momento de llegar al lugar correcto en donde lo reconocemos de inmediato que es nuestro sitio, porque las piezas simplemente descifran la imagen que vamos construyendo de nuestra historia (Juan 14:4, Salmos 56:3, Josué 1:9, Proverbios 1:7).

    Como también es parte de la vida, pasamos por tiempos de confusión, no sabemos cuál camino elegir, pero tras un respiro, con calma, el análisis y sobre todo el buscar la guía correcta; retomamos nuestro proyecto donde las piezas van tomando su lugar y todo cobra sentido. Los errores forman parte de ese proceso, que nos enseña a encontrar diversas opciones para llegar a la solución de nuestros problemas (Salmos 23:4, Deuteronomio 31:8, Salmos 27:1).

    Y conforme los años pasan, ganamos experiencia y confianza que nuestra habilidad en la resolución de problemas bajo la sabiduría, nos hace más ágiles en elegir las piezas adecuadas desde la intuición, la humildad, la paciencia, la alegría, la fe y la fortaleza de que todo obra para bien (Proverbios 2:6, Santiago 3:17, Colosenses 3:16).

    Disfrutemos entonces como en el juego, que cada una de las piezas que compone nuestra vida cobre el significado que tiene. Aprendamos de los errores, de las lecciones, del éxito, del amor al prójimo, así como del amor a uno mismo;  y construyamos una historia que refleje a la creación más valiosa de Dios, quien hizo a su imagen y semejanza (Job 10:12, Efesios 2:10, Efesios 4:2,  Marcos 12:33).

    Y para que el día que se coloque nuestra última pieza, con gozo y paz, recordemos que somos la obra perfecta de aquel que nos amó, listos para seguir nuestro camino a la eternidad (1 Juan 5:11 Juan 11:25).

    Welcome August! A month that without imagining it became very important to me, it is the month that this project was completed, which is now in its first year. There is no doubt that time has flown by (Habakkuk 2: 3).

    It is for that reason that today I will make a reference to puzzles and how they are intertwined with the challenges we solve in our lives. According to the definition in the dictionary, it is a “game of skill and patience that consists of recomposing a figure or an image by correctly combining certain pieces, in each of which there is a part of said figure or image; the pieces can be flat and of different shapes, giving rise to a single image.”

    Among the benefits that are acquired by completing them, we discovered that at all ages they are of great help since it is a mental exercise since it activates both sides of our brain since we apply intuitive thinking, emotions, logic, objectivity and method. to achieve our goal.

    Additionally, there is better visual-spatial reasoning, we pay more attention to details to choose which piece goes in its place, improves memory, increases our IQ, improves our ability to solve problems as well as increases our level of productivity, reduces stress among many others that we can find.

    Making a comparison with life, as with the game, we are looking for the pieces that belong in the right place. Many times we choose the wrong piece and we think that we fit in we preliminarily tend to believe that we found our place. As we advance in our walk, we realize that we do not belong there. It is time to get to the right place, where we immediately recognize that it is our place, because the pieces simply decipher the image that we are building of our history (John 14: 4, Psalms 56: 3, Joshua 1: 9, Proverbs 1: 7).

    As it is also part of life, we go through times of confusion, we do not know which way to choose, but after a breath, calm analysis and above all looking for the correct guide, we resume our project where the pieces take their place and everything makes sense. Errors are part of that process, which teaches us to find different options to solve our problems (Psalms 23: 4, Deuteronomy 31: 8, Psalms 27: 1).

    As the years go by, we gain experience and confidence that our ability to solve problems under wisdom makes us more agile in choosing the right pieces from intuition, humility, patience, joy, faith and the strength of that everything works for good (Proverbs 2: 6, James 3:17, Colossians 3:16).

    Let’s enjoy then, as in the game, that each of the pieces that make up our life takes on the meaning it has. Let’s learn from mistakes, lessons, success, love of neighbor, as well as love of oneself. Let’s build a story that reflects God’s most valuable creation, who made in his image and likeness (Job 10:12, Ephesians 2:10, Ephesians 4: 2, Mark 12:33).

    And so that the day our last piece is placed, with joy and peace, we remember that we are the perfect work of the one who loved us, ready to go on our way to eternity (1 John 5:11 John 11:25).

    Amigos escritores de su vida, con esta publicación llegamos a la número 55 de Escribiendo la Vida con T, una aventura que ya está por cumplir su primer año oficialmente.

    Aunque hace un año para estas fechas, la idea estaba tomando forma, era cuestión de días para que decidiera salir de mi zona de confort y embarcarme en esta aventura.

    Ha sido una experiencia muy gratificante a la que le he dedicado lo mejor que he podido sabiendo que con la mejora continua este espacio será de motivación para todo aquel que lo necesite.

    Y como todo con lo que amas, te comprometes con esos proyectos, he sido muy afortunada y bendecida porque he contado con el apoyo de muchas personas para que este espacio tome forma, crezca y cumpla su objetivo.

    En algunas de las publicaciones he compartido un poco de mi historia y de cómo se inició esta aventura. En un momento en el que pensé que ese anhelo lo daba por cancelado, por no logrado; con la palabra adecuada en el tiempo perfecto, entendí que, existen mil maneras de lograr nuestros propósitos, ya que como lo dice Isaías 55:8-11:“Porque mis pensamientos no son vuestros pensamientos, ni vuestros caminos mis caminos dijo Jehová. Como más altos los cielos que la tierra, así son mis caminos más altos que vuestros caminos, y mis pensamientos más que vuestros pensamientos. Porque como desciende de los cielos la lluvia y la nieve, y no vuelve allá, sino que riega la tierra, y la hace germinar y producir, y da semilla al que siembra, y pan al que come, así será mi palabra que sale de mi boca; no volverá a mí vacía, sino que hará lo que yo quiero, y será prosperada en aquello para que la envié.”

    Y a un año después, aquí estoy, viendo cumplir esa promesa, esos caminos que con lágrimas despedí suponiendo que no eran para mí; más mis pensamientos no son sus pensamientos y mis caminos no son sus caminos… Hoy con esta quincuagésimo quinta publicación reafirmo que no existe nada imposible para aquel que nos formó en el vientre de nuestra madre.

    Todo lo vívido, todo lo aprendido era necesario para traerme hasta aquí; como todo lo valioso, no ha sido fácil pero así es con lo que realmente es importante. 

    Agosto te esperamos con alegría, gratitud y celebración, porque es el mes que marca la fecha en el calendario del nacimiento oficial de esta promesa.

    Y a ti amigo escritor de tu vida, deseo que esas promesas que están en ti, crezcan, se fortalezcan y sean de bendición para los demás. Sigamos cada día reinventándonos, ampliando nuestra zona de confort, creando nuestra mejor versión, porque para eso fuimos creados.

    Recuerda que en tus manos está elegir que quieres dejar a los demás, si huellas o cicatrices.

    Writer friends of your life, with this publication we reach number 55 of Writing Life with T, an adventure that is already officially celebrating its first year.

    Although a year ago by this time, the idea was taking shape, it was a matter of days before I decided to get out of my comfort zone and embark on this adventure.

    It has been a very gratifying experience to which I have dedicated the best I could, knowing that with continuous improvement this space will be motivating for everyone who needs it.

    And like everything you love, you commit to those projects, I have been very lucky and blessed because I have had the support of many people so that this space takes shape, grows and fulfills its objective.

    In some of the posts I have shared a bit of my story and how this adventure started. At a time when I thought that this desire was canceled, as not achieved, with the right word in the perfect time, I understood that there are a thousand ways to achieve our purposes, since as Isaiah 55: 8-11 says:  “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, or your ways my ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and does not go back again, but gives water to the earth, and makes it fertile, giving seed to the planter, and bread for food. So will my word be which goes out of my mouth: it will not come back to me with nothing done, but it will give effect to my purpose, and do that for which I have sent it.”

    And a year later, here I am, seeing that promise fulfilled, those roads that I tearfully dismissed assuming they weren’t for me, but my thoughts are not his thoughts and my ways are not his ways … Today with this fifty-fifth publication I reaffirm that there is nothing impossible for the one who formed us in the womb of our mother.

    Everything vivid, everything learned was necessary to bring me here, like everything valuable, it has not been easy but that is what is really important.

    August we await you with joy, gratitude and celebration, because it is the month that marks the date on the calendar of the official birth of this promise.

    And to you the writer friend of your life, I wish that those promises that are in you grow, become stronger and be a blessing for others. Let’s continue each day reinventing ourselves, expanding our comfort zone, creating our best version, because that is what we were created for.

    Remember that it is in your hands to choose what you want to leave to others without footprints or scars.

    10,000 Pasos

    Hola amigo escritor de tu vida, deseando que este mes de junio vaya por muy buen rumbo para todos.

    Dentro de los planes de estilos de vida saludable, se recomienda realizar actividad física de manera regular junto a una alimentación balanceada para que nuestro organismo se llene de vitalidad y alegría.

    Y una de las opciones más populares son los mundialmente famosos diez mil pasos al día que son promovidos en diversos lugares y que tienen su origen en una campaña de mercadotecnia previo a los juegos olímpicos de Tokio en 1964.

    Más allá de la veracidad en la cantidad de pasos promocionados, esos diez mil pasos tienen el equivalente a constancia, dedicación, esfuerzo y a una alta motivación ya que principalmente para los que están iniciando con mejorar sus estilos de vida, puede ser todo un reto el lograr cumplir esa cantidad o traducirlos en actividad física.

    El número diez mil tiene un factor importante, entre ellos, completar diariamente tareas que al repetirse de manera continua reflejan grandes resultados en nuestras vidas. No es una meta sencilla pero sí logramos cambiar hábitos, podremos adquirir nuevos que son de mayor beneficio, que indudablemente lo agradecerá nuestra salud.

    Ese número diez mil me hace recordar la hermosa canción escrita por Matt Redman y Jonas Myrin. De acuerdo a los datos bibliográficos, la canción 10,000 Razones o Bless the Lord se basa en el Salmo 103 y especialmente se enfoca en el versículo uno que cita: “Bendice, alma mía, a Jehová, Y bendiga todo mi ser su santo nombre.”

    Es una canción que al momento de comenzar el día, te motiva y alegra el alma que te ayuda a complementar esa nutrición espiritual con la actividad física y una alimentación adecuada. 

    Cantemos cada día a aquel que es rico en amor, tardo para la ira, cuyo nombre es grande y lleno de amor, aquel por cuanta bondad seguiremos cantando y encontraremos en nuestro corazón diez mil razones para amarle más (Salmos 103:8).

    Hagas lo que hagas, cumple esos diez mil pasos que te ayuden a seguir adelante, que mejoren tus condiciones en todos los aspectos, mirando con entusiasmo los resultados que vamos obteniendo por buscar nuestra mejor versión cada día.

    Sigamos avanzando, no nos detengamos, sigamos tonificando nuestra alma, nuestra esencia. Avancemos esos diez mil pasos para encontrarnos al final del día con una sonrisa de logro aún en medio de las adversidades que podamos enfrentar.

    10,000 Steps

    Hello writer friend of your life, hoping that this month of June goes on a very good course for everyone.

    Within healthy lifestyle plans, regular physical activity is recommended along with a balanced diet so that our body is filled with vitality and joy.

    And one of the most popular options is the world famous 10,000 steps a day that are promoted in various places and that have their origin in a marketing campaign prior to the Olympic games in Tokyo in 1964.

    Beyond the veracity in the number of promoted steps, those ten thousand steps have the equivalent of perseverance, dedication, effort and high motivation since, mainly for those who are starting to improve their lifestyles, it can be a challenge to achieve that amount or translate it into physical activity.

    The number ten thousand has an important factor, among them, daily completing tasks that when repeated continuously reflect great results in our lives. It is not a simple goal, but when we do manage to change habits, we can acquire new ones that are of greater benefit, which our health will undoubtedly appreciate.

    That number ten thousand reminds me of the beautiful song written by Matt Redman and Jonas Myrin.  According to bibliographic data, the song 10,000 Reasons or Bless the Lord is based on Psalm 103 and especially focuses on verse one that quotes: “Give praise to the Lord, O my soul; let everything in me give praise to his holy name. “

    It is a song that at the moment of starting the day, motivates you and cheers the soul that helps you complement that spiritual nutrition with physical activity and adequate nutrition.

    Let us sing every day to the one who is rich in love, slow to anger, whose name is great and full of love, the one for what kindness we will continue to sing and we will find in our hearts ten thousand reasons to love him more (Psalm 103: 8).
